Ban wave
Was therea ban wave last night? Was it an error? Were the reasons for banning wrong? Was it some mistake? Were some false positive error? Why no warning before full ban? I was banned last night with no apparent reason, never cheated in any game and never bought coins or such stuff. So why would I get the ban? There is no real info in the mail I got (generic stuff like you were cheating) I noticed a few messages in the past hour on the forum o people in similar situation, so some clear communication about what happened would be helpful. Before you send each and every one of us to the support page, please consider it says there we will get a response in 10 days(maybe more), so a bit of internal checking from your side would be greatly appreciated.
Writing book never finishes
hey there, I have had no issues writing or finishing novels beforehand. However, when I go to write my sim will finish writing the book (the green wheel fills out) and then... nothing... I won't receive a notification and the book she was working on will fall under the "resume writing" category as if she had made no progress at all. Any fixes for this issue? (PC) Wild Hearts Crash after first cut-scene
I started the game Wild Hearts. At first the menu was choppy and attempting to even watch the initial cut-scene was impossible. doing some research I found that you need to set the audio to 5.1 surround sound. After I did that the menu and cut-scene play just fine no matter what other settings I change. Looking around online I'm not the only one with the crash issue after the first cut-scene most people in other forums seem to be people that played the game when it first came out and went to try to do a second play-through and pretty much just gave up on the idea after it crashed. They seem to pretty consistently say this wasn't an issue for them the first time around. To be clear from a hardware perspective I have an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D an NVIDIA 5090 and 96GB of RAM so there really shouldn't be a hardware issue here. I have standard Win 11 pro without any OS mods. I have run through all the standard attempts at fixing this. I have reinstalled the game from scratch. Attempted to validate the the game files through steam. Attempted to clear multiple areas of caches. Made sure I was up to the latest on Windows updates / driver updates. reinstalled graphics card drivers. made sure to validate windows updates. made sure to validate the VC++ libraries are installed properly. Made sure to run everything as Admin. I have even spent quite a few hours updating various settings to see if this changes anything. I tried lowering the graphics settings down to nothing to see if that would help. There are some rabbit holes out there around NVIDIA settings to try and I have attempted to flip those on and off in various combinations. There are some posts that talk about disabling your services for audio and that doesn't seem to matter. I know I had some issues with various games with the old Nahimic service where disabling that magically fixed the game. Though my new computer doesn't seem to use that. To be clear so far I have played Forspoken, banishers ghosts of new eden, Frostpunk 2 and Roblox all without any problems and all with the settings cranked to max. I'm fairly certain that banishers is a more intense game on the system. Though maybe someone more familiar with Wild Hearts code would know why this happens. I attached a dxdiag of my computer for reference since looking at the other EA forum where another person has this same issue that seems to be what support wants to see.Game doesn't load past the loading family screen
Hi, when I go to load into a family/household, my game won't load past the loading family screen. I've tried reinstalling and repairing the game files but the problem still persists. My game is also for some reason recognizing a few "objects.package" files that are in the pack folders as custom content even though I have nothing new in my game.[BH] [SE] Buying Onsen as business lot causes lot type to become unchangable
So, my sim, who lived somewhere else, bought the Onsen lot as an small business lot. That changed the lot type to, obviously, a small business lot. Now, I want my sim to move to another place and I thought it would be nice to live above his Onsen business. I noticed I couldn't change the lot type when the lot was owned. So I sold the lot and thought to go there via the world map (build mode), change the lot type, move my sim there and then start over the small business as residential small business. However, I still couldn't change the lot type. Maybe, it was because the business was still his (although without a location), so I also sold his business. Still I couldn't change it. Well, saving the entire lot, then deleting it and then replacing it from my library. Still not an option, it didn't even give me the option of "as what lot type do you want to place it". Replacing it with a different lot type from my library then and then changing it? Still not an option, replacing it with a house, does change the lot type to residential, but then there is no dropdown menu either. Maybe it is possible to have a residential there, move there and then start a business, but then I have to build the entire Onsen lot out of my memory if I want it there, haven't tried that yet, and honestly don't like doing that, since it shouldn't be needed. Also, that still isn't a real solution, because let's say at some moment I want it to become the original Onsen lot type again, because for example the sim dies, then that still isn't possible. Utracono połączenie z przeciwnikiem lub czarny ekran RIVALS
Witam, przestudiowałem już wszystkie wątki forum ale nigdzie nie znalazłem odpowiedzi. Mam problem z trybem RIVALS. Za żadne skarby nie idzie zagrać z nikim ponieważ gra po wyborze strojów wywala komunikat "utracono polaczenie z przeciwnikiem" lub po prostu mam czarny ekran i wisi a muzyka w tle nadal gra. Sprawdziłem router, porty, wszelkie sterowniki, ustawienia NVIDIA, usuwanie profilu, usuwanie folderu EA FC 25 z plikami konfiguracyjnymi. Wytestowałem nawet wszystkie ustawienia graficzne gry, wyłączyłem wszystkie aplikacje w tle. Nic kompletnie nie pomaga... Ma ktoś jeszcze jakiś pomysł?
