6th Anniversary rewards are stuck
I have reached 5500 points for the anniversary rewards but I realized the items are not checked and for the past two days I can not progress and it will not give me my rewards. There is no point in playing if I can't get the stuff I earned and it isn't going to progress either way. I have tried on steam, EA app, and console and they are all stuck. I even reinstalled apex and that didn't help either
Can't see friends in Apex, regardless of platform
I can't see any of my friends who are online in their own lobbies in Apex Legends. This is an issue for PS4, PS5, and PC. It looks like it's happened to other people too but hasn’t been patched. Please prioritize, as it's a massive issue and ruins the game experience.Crashing and disconnects - Under investigation
When I opened the game for the first time today, this message appeared: "There was a problem processing game logic. Please try again. sh_challenge_tiles.gnut #331[UI] GetCurrentPlaylistVarBool: Not connected to a server". I have tried to verify the file in Steam - Steam support: Verifying the integrity of the game file. Unfortunately, it still didn't work. Moreover, I tried re-downloading but it didn't help either. Additionally, my Windows and graphics driver programs have been updated to the latest version, but I also tried switching to other servers, or changing the game language to English before logging in, but still no response. Apex Legends download from the EA app is bugged

Seems like with the release of S25, Something is wrong with the installer. I do a fresh install of the game when a new update comes out because I've had some weird shader bugs in the past so now its just a habit with each release of a new season. This go round I and a few others have gotten a "The final stages of installation didn't go as planned." error message. I went through to do all suggested fixes and none of them worked. I just recently tried to install Sims and that, however, did work. Platform: PC (Steam) Issue: During the Gundam collaboration event, I am unable to purchase the final pack (27th pack). Details: I have already purchased 26 out of 27 packs The event progress shows as completed at 26/27 The last pack is not available for purchase There is no option to continue or unlock the final item Expected Result: I should be able to purchase all 27 packs and complete the event normally. Actual Result: The event is marked as completed at 26/27, preventing me from buying the final pack. Additional Notes: This seems to be a bug related to the event completion logic. Apex Legends Event, Challenges, Passes, Legend locker, and Store not loading.
The whole top menu of Apex legends isn't loading for me, restarted my console, rebooted the game, switched servers, still the same issue, I noticed that I finished all the 7th anniversary badge challenges and didn't get any badges, also my prize tracker for the event is stuck even though I finished it 2 days ago, it hasn't reset the challenges or the dailies, this really sucks for me as I bought all the even packs except the last one because I saw it free in the tracker and decided it was worth waiting a day or two to save 10 dollars, but now it will t load either and I can't get my heirloom shards. I've talked to everal other people on this issue, and I believe the problem to be the legend pass I bought for octane, as other people I have talked to on the topic say that that is something they have noticed with this bug. I just got a 4k badge on octane and want to equip it but again I can't access my Legend Locker, the only solution I've seen so far is someone said you can change your resolution after every match, which sounds like a pain, especially on Xbox, but I'm gonna give that a try, lmk if anyone else found any fixes.Light Source Bug on Current Season
In the current season of Apex Legends, I am experiencing a light source bug on World’s Edge where certain areas become extremely bright, causing the ground and buildings to appear washed out or glowing purple/white. My environment: GPU: Intel Arc Resolution: 2560×1440 (QHD) Anti-Aliasing: TSAA Texture Streaming: 3GB Texture Filtering: Anisotropic 2x Changing graphics settings does not resolve the issue, so it appears to be related to the map’s lighting data or shader calculations rather than client-side settings. Similar reports have been posted on Reddit, so this does not seem to be a GPU‑specific issue. I would appreciate it if the development team could investigate and address this problem.
