Split Fiction Crossplay Issue
I am trying to play Split Fiction with a friend. I am on PS5 he is on PC. I bought the game, he has the friends pass. We both are friends on EA and have crossplay enabled. When I send him an invite he doesn't receive it on his end. We have been trying to get this to work for the past 2 hours but it hasnt worked at all and he hasnt been able to join the game. He simply doesnt receive the invite when I send it. Yes we are friends on EA. Yes we have both tried deleting and redownloading. Yes we both have crossplay enabled. Yes both of our systems are capable of running the game. Yes we have tried logging in and out of our EA accounts. Yes We have tried unfriending and re-friending. Yes my friend has tried downloading the friend pass specifically through the EA servers rather than steam. Genuinely shocked at how frustrating this is. Been trying to get it to work for the past 3 hours of my day I just wanna play the game :(
Crashing in Split Fiction on PC
Hello, I got Split Fiction today and have been playing it with my partner. We fell in love with A Way Out and were hoping for something as engaging as that from Split Fiction. While I suspect that nothing will quite meet the wonderful experience of that game in our hearts, Split Fiction has been a great time so far. The only issue has been that my partner, who's playing with Friend Pass, has been having intermittent crashes. About every 20 minutes, give or take a few, a Fatal Error screen will pop up. We'll try that next. Even if the crashing continues I believe we'll be able to keep playing without too much of an issue, as it's a small matter to boot the game back up, but I hope this error log is helpful to the team in figuring out launch-week bugs!
Exclude Split Fiction from Steam Family sharing
Hi. Split Fiction is not excluded from steam family sharing so it does not allow to use friends pass for another family member account because it considers the full game is owned. But Steam locks out of play because one instance of the game is already launched. On the other hand It takes two is removed from family sharing so there is no problems.
Split fiction friend's pass (steam)
I tried to download the friend´s pass just now, the download window opened, but I didn't have enough memory on my computer. I cleared the memory and now steam can't add the friend´s pass to my library, I can't download it. If I have a family share with my GF, can I play with her in main version?
