Download error in EA app
Every time I try to download F1 23 on the EA app it gets stuck on preparing at 0%, and then will pause itself at 0% and comes up saying download error in the corner or a pop up will appear saying 'theres a problem with your download'. I have tried clearing cache, reinstalling the ea app and running as administrator and nothing seems to be working. Anyone know how to fix this?
No Pitcoins
Hello everyone, Back in the 29th of April i bought through the EA store 11.000 pitcoins, and i'm yet to receive them. I've spoken to EA support throughout the ENTIRE month of April and May and at some point I spoke to someone who was better informed that told they could send it as a bug at least... Some other person made me stay with support for 2-3 hours as they told maybe reinstalling the game would fix it... it did not, and now i can't speak to ea support since it's been a month. So either fix this "bug" or close the SHOP since buying anything there doesn't work, some other user reported this issue back 7 months ago and i can safely say it's still a problem.
Pitcoin doesn't exists even I buy it.
I bought the F1 23 Champion Edition (EA App, PC), but I have 0 Pitcoins. Wondering what was going on, I went ahead and bought an additional 24,000 Pitcoins, but they never showed up. I tried restarting and logging back in, but nothing worked. The payment went through, so I'm basically just getting ripped off. I really hope this gets fixed immediately. If this isn't resolved, it's basically a scam.
F1 23 Error Reading Data in Career Mode on a Specific Track
Hello EA Support Team, I am experiencing an issue in F1 23 Career Mode where I receive an Error Reading Data message that prevents me from progressing. The issue always occurs on the same specific track and at the same point. I can reach that point normally, but every time the error appears and stops my progress. I deleted my career and created a new one, but the exact same issue happens again at the same place. This makes me believe the problem is related to specific track or career data rather than a corrupted save file. I have verified the game files, restarted my PC, and run the game as administrator, but the issue still persists. I am currently unable to progress in Career Mode. I kindly ask for this issue to be investigated and addressed in a future update. Thank you for your support.Game crashes to desktop after finishing any race in F1 World
Have been playing on my older Alienware desktop with a 2080 Super with zero issues. Bought a new Alienware desktop that has a 5080 in it and every time that I complete a race in "F1 World" it will crash to the desktop when it goes to show the podium walk transition. Same spot every time. Straight to the desktop with no error message and nothing in Event Viewer. If I go back to my old machine, I can progress through "F1 World" without any crashes through each race (I completed the 3 races to unlock the others) and can see my progression on the new machine. But if I try a race on the new one after advancing it on the old one it still crashes at the same spot. This only happens in F1 World as I can start a career, and it doesn't crash at all after any races.
