Unable to download DLC for Mass Effect 3 in the EA app
After purchasing and launching Mass Effect 3 (2012) on EA, it was discovered that there was no DLC download for both single and multiplayer games. When I tried to find them in "add-ons management", they were not displayed. They weren't in the store either. Restarting the game, reinstalling the game, and clearing the cache did not help. There is no way to play with DLC. Please explain how to solve this problem. If there is a problem on the part of the launcher, are they going to solve it or at least provide the opportunity to manually install DLC.Solved612Views0likes15CommentsME3 Multiplayer: Progress/Profile Transfer?
I played the multiplayer way back when it was first released on the Xbox 360 and hoped to jump in again on PC/Steam for old times' sake. However, I've found that while the old Xbox Live Gamertag I had and Origin/PC profiles are on the same account, they are separate from each other. Is there a way I can transfer my old data from way back to PC and overwrite the inconsequential progress?Solved168Views0likes5CommentsUnable to launch Mass Effect 3
I've owned this game forever and used Origin to launch it. I just decided to play it again. I know EA killed the Origin launcher, so I installed the EA App. The game shows up there and is listed as Mass Effect Standard. However, when I click play the launcher tries to launch Mass Effect N7 Digital Deluxe and says it can't find my license code. That's because I'm don't own that version and am trying to launch the standard version. When I click on properties, the license code for the edition i own shows up. How can I play the game I purchased? Thanks.SolvedMass Effect 3 (2012) Won't Launch "Error on our end. Try again later."
Since ~May 13th, I have been unable to open Mass Effect 3 on my PC. Whenever I try, the game crashes during the opening Bioware cinematic. The App then displays an error message "Failed to Launch Game. An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later." I've tried troubleshooting on my own, and I just spent three hours navigating the live help, without a solution. I have the In-game Overlay turned off; I have repaired the EA App; I have repaired the game; I have restarted my computer and opened the EA App before opening Steam. The last person I spoke to told me to create a forum post in the hopes management sees it and can fix it.Un problème qui s'éternise....
Merci d'avance, Axel, jeuxvideo.comHelp. Run ME1 via EA Launcher needs Admin Privileges but won't run.
I download and launch ME1 from the EA Launcher "This game requires administrative privileges. do you want to grant access and launch the game" I click "OK" "Failed to launch game. An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later" I tried running the EA launcher with Admin privileges. I tried running MassEffect.exe as administrator. I've tried repair. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it. I've tried repair. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it. Nothing works. Always the same message. I DID NOT buy it from Steam but from EA (actually Bioware ages ago) Thanks156Views0likes4CommentsMass Effect: Andromeda crashes with Bex64 exeption code.
game has worked for me for the last 4 years. until this year. now I get that above error msg and windows reliability history showed Problem Event Name: BEX64 Exception Code: c0000005 and I tried many things I found online. this one finally got the game running without the above error msg: Press Start and type Windows Security, then open it. Select App & browser control. Scroll down and click Exploit protection settings. You’ll see two sections: System settings (global defaults) Program settings (per-app overrides) select program settings. add a program (I picked the complete path name to the executable) then I turned OFF Force randomization for images (Mandatory ASLR) click on apply game has been running 45 minutes instead of the immediate c0000005 error for the last month. even exited twice and game still restarted. game worked with the default setting ON until this year. has to be something windows 11 changed as the game (mass effect andromeda) has not been updated since before 2020. so try turning that one off. if your game still does not work and still shows c00000005, try turning off for this game only one of the other default system settings that are ON.Mass Effect Andromeda: Missing Online Access
Hello, a couple days ago I reinstalling Mass Effect Andromeda on my steam account MisterDiego310, to play it again. Since then each time I try to get in the Online Features are disabled with the message: Missing Online Access. I can't Import or Export my character personalization nor can I access the Multiplayer side, and it is very frustrating because 2 years ago I bought and played the game normally, but now this issue is making me reconsider buying EA games if they are going to have this kind of online problems. I followed the troubleshooting guide on the EA Support page, but none of them have worked. I deleted and reinstalled the game, logged off and on and even uninstalled the EA App to check if those things could fix it up but nothing... I also reported and sent a Support description of my problem, I don't know if they attend those things, but I would like to know if there is something else I can do to.456Views2likes11Comments
