Mass Effect: Andromeda crashes with Bex64 exeption code.
game has worked for me for the last 4 years. until this year. now I get that above error msg and windows reliability history showed Problem Event Name: BEX64 Exception Code: c0000005 and I tried many things I found online. this one finally got the game running without the above error msg: Press Start and type Windows Security, then open it. Select App & browser control. Scroll down and click Exploit protection settings. You’ll see two sections: System settings (global defaults) Program settings (per-app overrides) select program settings. add a program (I picked the complete path name to the executable) then I turned OFF Force randomization for images (Mandatory ASLR) click on apply game has been running 45 minutes instead of the immediate c0000005 error for the last month. even exited twice and game still restarted. game worked with the default setting ON until this year. has to be something windows 11 changed as the game (mass effect andromeda) has not been updated since before 2020. so try turning that one off. if your game still does not work and still shows c00000005, try turning off for this game only one of the other default system settings that are ON.Mass Effect Andromeda: Missing Online Access
Hello, a couple days ago I reinstalling Mass Effect Andromeda on my steam account MisterDiego310, to play it again. Since then each time I try to get in the Online Features are disabled with the message: Missing Online Access. I can't Import or Export my character personalization nor can I access the Multiplayer side, and it is very frustrating because 2 years ago I bought and played the game normally, but now this issue is making me reconsider buying EA games if they are going to have this kind of online problems. I followed the troubleshooting guide on the EA Support page, but none of them have worked. I deleted and reinstalled the game, logged off and on and even uninstalled the EA App to check if those things could fix it up but nothing... I also reported and sent a Support description of my problem, I don't know if they attend those things, but I would like to know if there is something else I can do to.419Views2likes11Comments500 Error when attempting to Download ME3
Hi, I attempted to download ME3 on the EA app after not having played in many years. I used to play through the Origin app but that has since been taken down. The EA app shows ME3 in my library and shows my history of the time played and achievements. Unfortunately every time I attempt to download it the EA app goes into meltdown and returns a 500 Error and crashes the EA app, having to force shutdown through task manager. Tried clearing cache, reinstalling the EA app, nothing seems to work... I can load other games through the app so it isn't a connection issue. Help needed!35Views0likes0Commentshalf of a product

I downloaded mass effect Andromeda yesterday through pc gamepass and when I launch it, it tells me "missing online access" looking through the forums it seems like everyone is having this problem. Please fix it for me! The ea support chatbot refuses to connect me to a real person or actually help me in anyway, it just keeps asking the same questions referring me to the same article that is no help. Commander, you've received a new message at your private terminal! Ready to jump back in the game and save the galaxy? Are you running into an error that matches the following: "Unable to authorize the listed DLC"? Below are the steps to help resolve this error when launching both Mass Effect 2 and Mass Effect 3. Checking your account First things first. Make sure you are logged into the correct account. With older titles, we may often end up with multiple EA accounts without realizing it. Use the following steps to verify you are in the correct account. Head on over to EA.com and log in with your EA credentials. Under the About Me section, make sure you see a Mass Effect ID. If you play on Epic/Steam/Switch, check the Connections tab at the bottom of the page to verify the accounts are linked. Click on Order History, change the drop-down to match All, and scroll through the content, as there should be logs here with each DLC name. Note: If the EA account previously had an EA Play subscription, once the subscription ends, you will lose access to any additional content the subscription provides. You can read more about what content is included in the Learn about EA Play article. Once you verify you are in the correct account, perform the following steps below as these should help reinstall the DLC content and resolve these errors. Troubleshooting Steps Locate the following folder on their PC Default Path: C:\Program Files\EA Games. This path may vary depending on where the player installs the game. C:\Program Files\EA Games\Mass Effect 2\BioGame C:\Program Files\EA Games\Mass Effect 3\BIOGame Delete ALL DLC content within the DLC folder Delete EA License Files Make sure the EA app is closed. Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time. Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (without the quotes) into the new Window > ENTER. Enable View Hidden Files and Folders Delete all files in the "License" folder. If the above steps do not resolve the issue, you will need to contact one of our advisors to review the account and the content currently linked to the account you log into the game with. Players can contact our live support team on our Help Site. To request a chat or open a case through email. Thanks!1.9KViews15likes0Comments
