ME3 Multiplayer progress lost/merged with secondary account?
Ok, so this is going to be a bit weird. I have two accounts, this one and a secondary one. I've used this account for a long time, playing a lot on both xbox 360 and on PC, unlocking everything on both. I have also renamed this account some time last year. I have a secondary account I made to play with a friend. It's name and email used is different from this one. I have been playing on that one. I recently logged out to switch over to this one to play with everything unlocked again. I log into N7 HQ with this account and I see all the progress and unlocks there. I log into the EA app with this account and I see all my games and the hours. I go log into ME3 multiplayer, and the progress matches what the second account has? The name in the lobby is correct, but all the unlocks is just what the second account has. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but that didn't change anything. It's just.... stuck matching the previous account?Solved167Views0likes6CommentsMass Effect 3 Activate Key Error

I played the multiplayer way back when it was first released on the Xbox 360 and hoped to jump in again on PC/Steam for old times' sake. However, I've found that while the old Xbox Live Gamertag I had and Origin/PC profiles are on the same account, they are separate from each other. Is there a way I can transfer my old data from way back to PC and overwrite the inconsequential progress?SolvedMass Effect Andromeda - Missing Online Access
I downloaded mass effect Andromeda yesterday through pc gamepass and when I launch it, it tells me "missing online access" looking through the forums it seems like everyone is having this problem. Please fix it for me! The ea support chatbot refuses to connect me to a real person or actually help me in anyway, it just keeps asking the same questions referring me to the same article that is no help. No online pass on my game, can't play MP, the dlcs don't seem to be active. Been in chat with support for over 4 hours, speaking to like a dozen diffrent agents. They all seem clueless. Case #242969621 First I started with the steam digital deluxe edition, but clearly when you buy it, the EA server actually gives you the standard edition. Okay, so i've seen four or five threads with the same issue, just contact support and they'll fix it, right? Well actually getting in touch with support seems nigh impossible, the ai chatbot that masquerdes as support won't let you. But eventually I got though. The first support agent lied and said it was steam's fault and I needed to talk to them to 'prove that i'd bought the dlc' (it's a one item bundle, you HAVE to buy the dlc) Anyway, i got in touch with another support agent who passed me off to another one, who got the Online Pass required to actually play MP. GREAT! But not the dlc. The agent then says "reinstall the game and it'll all be fixed k thx bye" and closed the chat on me. I reinstall, and wouldn't you know it, not fixed. I get back in chat with a new agent, then my tab closes itself and I can't reopen it no matter what I do. While i'm 'afk' the new support agent 'fixes' my problem by doing something, which completely removes my permissions and ownership of the game entirely. So I've got from 'has the game but no dlc or online' to 'has the game with online but no dlc' to 'can't even boot the game because EA app is saying that I don't own it' After two more agents and like another hour of this, I eventually get one who just completely removes the steam version from my account at all, presumably writing it off as irrecoverably screwed up by the previous guy, and he gives me the EA version of the game. Great! But no dlc or online. So i'm right back where I started. I eventually get another new agent, who makes me reinstall the game again (for the fourth time total so far) claiming 'you definitely have all of the permissions, you just need to reinstall and it will work' I reinstall. No dice, doesn't work. They say "We've logged this issue and will get back to you, when we find a solution, we'll send you a message in-game." in-game? You're going to send me a message through Mass Effect 3? Somehow I seriously doubt that. Also, why would I even boot the game up unless I know the issue is fixed? It's not like i'm going to be playing it. Also, the solution is simple. You just give me the online pass and the dlcs that come with the version of the game that I originally purchased. One of you literally already did that before another one of you screwed it up and took it back away from me again. Jesus, how is this so complicated? It's been five hours. Just give me what I paid for![PC] Mass Effect Unauthorized DLC Error
Commander, you've received a new message at your private terminal! Ready to jump back in the game and save the galaxy? Are you running into an error that matches the following: "Unable to authorize the listed DLC"? Below are the steps to help resolve this error when launching both Mass Effect 2 and Mass Effect 3. Checking your account First things first. Make sure you are logged into the correct account. With older titles, we may often end up with multiple EA accounts without realizing it. Use the following steps to verify you are in the correct account. Head on over to EA.com and log in with your EA credentials. Under the About Me section, make sure you see a Mass Effect ID. If you play on Epic/Steam/Switch, check the Connections tab at the bottom of the page to verify the accounts are linked. Click on Order History, change the drop-down to match All, and scroll through the content, as there should be logs here with each DLC name. Note: If the EA account previously had an EA Play subscription, once the subscription ends, you will lose access to any additional content the subscription provides. You can read more about what content is included in the Learn about EA Play article. Once you verify you are in the correct account, perform the following steps below as these should help reinstall the DLC content and resolve these errors. Troubleshooting Steps Locate the following folder on their PC Default Path: C:\Program Files\EA Games. This path may vary depending on where the player installs the game. C:\Program Files\EA Games\Mass Effect 2\BioGame C:\Program Files\EA Games\Mass Effect 3\BIOGame Delete ALL DLC content within the DLC folder Delete EA License Files Make sure the EA app is closed. Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time. Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (without the quotes) into the new Window > ENTER. Enable View Hidden Files and Folders Delete all files in the "License" folder. If the above steps do not resolve the issue, you will need to contact one of our advisors to review the account and the content currently linked to the account you log into the game with. Players can contact our live support team on our Help Site. To request a chat or open a case through email. Thanks!1.9KViews15likes0CommentsMass Effect Andromeda: "Missing Online Access" Issue
As the title says, I've been having trouble connecting to Mass Effect Andromeda's online servers and been scouring the internet for solutions. I've deleted files, restarted the EA app, verified the game files, uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I remember getting it to work at some point by either tweaking, disabling, or deleting some Window licenses it was weird. This was also when I first played it through EA Play. I don't know if buying it through Steam after that caused new issues. I can play Mass Effect 3's Multiplayer just fine so that rules out any internet connection problem, I think.Mass Effect Andromeda will not open
Hi there, I am trying to replay Andromeda that I bought on steam a while ago. I go to steam, click play, and EA pops up, telling me that the game needs to be uninstalled from steam for some reason. I try that, wait and reinstall, and again, just tells me I need to uninstall to play. A third time I tried, the game removes itself from my installed games on EA, yet it is still in steam? And now it will verify but refuses to open. I tried to contact support but the AI put me into a horrible three question loop before I cussed it out and came here. Any help is super appreciated, thank you
