Mass Effect 3 Online Pass, Unhelpful Support
I have followed all help tips I have seen online and reached out to support. I said at one point I had an EA play subscription and they asked for the dates when I had it. This was years ago so I don't know. I asked how to confirm and they said check your email and ended the chat with me. After 3 hours of trouble shooting I finally get someone to talk to and when I ask how to get the information for them they end the chat. This is an infuriating experience as all I want to do is play a game I purchased. I bought ME3 through steam last night. Getting the authorization dlc error, got rid of all single player dlc to get rid of the error. Tried clearing temp files, moving liscense to the desktop and deleting it, and i have cleared cache on the EA app. Reinstalled the game twice. All the forums say to reach out to support but then for them to just "hang up" on me is ridiculous. Please can someone help me.
Mass Effect 2 Save Files
Hello! Is there a way to restore my ME2 save file? I finished the game a long time ago, and now I have no save backed up on my PC. I played a Steam version, and there is no save on cloud either. But it should be on EA servers, right? But I just can't find a way to restore it. Please help!
ME Legendary on EA App will not recognize a controller
Hello, I have repaired the game, tried running it as a non Steam game through Steam, tried a wired and bluetooth controller, tried using KB+M until in the games main menu, enabled and disabled the EA overlay, confirmed the controller works on other games, tried a different controller, tried DS4 windows, closing Steam from the task manager and closing DS4 windows from the task manager, every troubleshooting guide online I could find, I tried. The game will not accept any input from a controller. What further solutions are there? Or should I just give up on this franchise? Thank you.
ME: LE Mass Effect 3 Freezes and Crashes
Hey everyone, I need some help with Mass Effect 3 in the Legendary Edition. I had this issue 3 days ago when I decided to redownload the game to finally finish ME3 after having it uninstalled for several months. But when I click start a new game or do anything, the game freezes and crashes. ME1 and ME2 have no issues at all. I’ve tried uninstalling and redownloading it, as well as disabling Steam Overlay in game, but it still didn't work. Does anyone have any suggestions? I really want to play this game so badly.
