Dear EA, will you fix PvZ's problem or not?
A lot of people having connection issues from different countries. We all wants to play it again! GW 1, GW 2, BfN... Why if you are own PopCap and PvZ, why you do nothing with this problem? And even no where any news about this problem? Why its so silent from you?? Do you really buried PvZ down? Is it the end for us? What about newbies who just bought the game and they see it?? EA, its awful <:( Here never was that big problem... That it continues for a days!SolvedWhat is happening?!
Really, what is going on. Yesterday I played both GW for a while, however during night time, servers seem to be unstable, due to that the game said it failed to load my saved data. I first thought it was my pc problem, I asked chatgpt about, and it gave me lots of solutions, however as you may already know, none of them worked. I dunno if it is a massive attack, or a failed temporary system, does somebody know what went wrong and caused the problem? ThanksAm I The Only 1 Who Is Experiencing Mic Issues In GW1 On PC...? 🤨🤔🙄🤦♂️😒
Well, guys, the title says it in a nutshell, but I should provide a little more details, which I'm going to right now... 👇 As of a few days ago, my mic is no longer showing up in GW1, & for that matter, the same goes for other people I have noticed who are in the same session as me. I have done some troubleshooting of my own, in case any of y'all are wondering: things like trying to repair both the EA App, AND the game itself, making sure my mic works fine in Windows --(Which it totally does. I have verified that myself a few times.)--, also validating that I have ALL the latest updates & drivers installed (Which I do.), no issues with file integrity, or infections... The list could go on, but needless to say, I was QUITE thorough, which I make it a point to be, since I can be rather fussy about keeping things working properly, & that certain things function the way I expect them too, which includes software. It was rather disappointing to see that despite my best efforts, it didn't help, even though I'm fairly tech-savvy. Before this even happened, things were perfectly fine, but I can only theorize that maybe this is a weird glitch of sorts? 🤔🤷♂️ However, I still WOULD like to know if anyone else out there has noticed, & been experiencing this same issue, or if someone knows something. And while on this part of the subject, if it IS a glitch, then I sincerely hope that someone on the EA support/development/maintenance team can look into this, get the issue resolved. 🤞 If any of you happen to need more details, or wish to know anything else, be sure to ask, & I'll get right back with you. Thanks in advance to whomever can help! 🙏🙇♂️😊GW2 on PC is completely unplayable
The title explains the problem. Some internet sleuths found out that the 10th anniversary drew the attention of a hacker who created a [Edit - CM] mod to completely break the game and make it unplayable. Every single lobby has the same wonky settings (like invisible players and 1hp) and the lag gets out of control to the point that the game crashes. It's not just the North American servers either, every single region has this issue. It has been like this over 24 hours now. The fact that this person was able to do this, and the fact that it has been 24 hours of radio silence from EA just further invites hackers to come take shots at the game on PC. It's just embarrassing all around that EA is currently having their servers held hostage on one of their games (a game that they have available to play for free via EA plus and Xbox Game Pass, so it's not like this can be kept hush hush). And yes, I understand that when a developer makes another game with dedicated servers in a franchise the vast majority of resources goes to that game (looking at you, Neighborville) but still... no server support? None?PvZ GW2 on PC once again unplayable due to influx of hackers
As some of you are aware, Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 just turned 10 years old. The celebration that happened yesterday ended up attracting the attention of many hackers on the PC platform, who had made it so that every lobby was unplayable (everyone in the lobby would have 1hp and be invisible). This effectively made multiplayer not an option for anyone playing on PC and locked a major portion of the content of the game away. Multiple people have also gotten outright “banned” due to a leveling exploit applied to someone’s EA account that has been previously done before. It is not known exactly how this is done on such a scale like this, but it overall has ruined the PC platform’s experience as we know it. Popcap Vancouver is no longer in service, this I know. They don’t have the team they did before to be able to uphold the game to the degree they did before. But at the same time, PvZ GW2 is a game that is still sold, still offered as a functioning product, and still enjoyed by thousands. EA, something, anything, needs to be done about this.EA AntiCheat Error (115) - Game Worked After Update But Now Won't Launch
I am experiencing an issue with EA AntiCheat. After updating to the latest version, the game ran normally at first. However, it now fails to launch completely and displays the same "out of date" error message with code (115) every time I try to start it. What I have already tried: Updated EA AntiCheat through the official website. Repaired the game via the EA App. Restarted my computer multiple times. Temporarily disabled my antivirus and firewall. Manually reinstalled EA AntiCheat using the installer. Despite these steps, the problem persists. I would appreciate any help or guidance on how to resolve this.Incorrect Version Retrieval of EA Javelin
Scope: This issue affects users in Chinese Mainland and impacts all games using EA Javelin (e.g., Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2). The problem stems from EA Javelin’s version routing logic, not the game itself. Reproduction Steps: Launch the game → EA Javelin auto-update triggers. Expected: Javelin downloads the latest version (as of now, the latest version is 1.0.12601614, released February 23, 2026) and the game launches. Actual: Javelin downloads the July 2025 release if the installed version ≠ July 2025 release. Game fails to launch with error 115, prompting a manual update via installer. Critical Cycle: Manual update via installer also downloads the aforementioned older version. Next game launch reverts Javelin to the older version, repeating the failure. Summary: EA Javelin’s version routing is incorrectly serving the July 2025 release to users in Chinese Mainland, causing a loop where manual updates are overwritten. This is a server-side configuration issue (not a game bug), and it blocks game launches for affected users. Also, it is worth mentioning that this issue affects all games that depends on Javelin.
