Jedi Survivor Crashing on Startup
Started playing the game this morning for the first time on PC. Played for around ~90 minutes or so, then took a short lunch. On relaunching the game, it now crashes as soon as the title logo appears. I've tried repairing files, the app, reinstalling the whole game, verifying file integrity, launching at a lower resolution, turning off any and all overlays/overclocking applications, etc. Nothing has worked. The crash is typically (but not always) in the form of an Unreal engine error. Here is the summary information: LoginId:eabde2f8fc62000b4268f71008b93b6e LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line: 686] RetCode = Adapter->CreateCommittedResource(Desc, GetGPUMask(), HeapProps, InitialState, ClearValue, &NewResource, Name, false) failed at D:/depot/r8branches/r8release/Engine/Source/Runtime/D3D12RHI/Private/D3D12Allocation.cpp:1411 with error DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED I will gladly give more information upon request if anyone is willing to direct me to where I can find the crash data.23Views0likes0CommentsLaunch Error
I purchased the game on May 1st, 2026, and it was working perfectly for the first few days. However, since yesterday, I have been unable to open the game. The Problem: Whenever I try to launch the game via Steam, an error message pops up stating: "您的遊戲設定有問題。請重新安裝您的遊戲" (There is a problem with your game setup. Please reinstall your game.) My System Specifications: Device: ASUS Zenbook (Copilot+ PC) Processor: Snapdragon X Elite (ARM Architecture) GPU: Qualcomm(R) Adreno(TM) X1-45 GPU OS: Windows 11 Home (Version 26200.8328 Preview) Steps I have already tried: Reinstalled the game completely. Verified the integrity of game files on Steam. Cleared the EA App cache using the "App Recovery" tool. Set the game's GPU preference to "High Performance" in Windows settings. Checked for the Respawn folder in Documents (folder was missing). Since the game was running fine a few days ago, I suspect a compatibility issue between the recent Windows Preview Update (KB5083631) and the EA App's translation layer on ARM. Could you please investigate this?32Views0likes0CommentsProblem launching

Hello, I am having a persistent issue with launching Star Wars Jedi: Survivor on PC through the EA App. Every time I try to start the game, I receive the error message: “An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later.” I have already gone through all available troubleshooting steps without success. This includes reinstalling the game multiple times, reinstalling the EA App, clearing the EA App cache, running the app as administrator, enabling and disabling the in-game overlay, restarting my PC multiple times, checking EA App logs (which showed no clear errors), and attempting to locate and repair EA AntiCheat (which I could not find in the installation folder). I have also followed all troubleshooting instructions previously provided by EA support. The issue only affects Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, while all other games in the EA App work normally. The EA App itself also functions without any issues, and the problem persists even after a full reinstall of both the game and the launcher. At this point, I have exhausted all troubleshooting options available to me. I would appreciate help with a deeper investigation, possibly related to account entitlement or backend issues, as I am unable to launch a game I have purchased. Thank you.149Views0likes2CommentsThe game doesn't launch from Steam
The game doesn't launch from Steam, and it says that the game's license is invalid I bought the game on Steam's sale. When I download and try to launch it, I get this error. I've tried checking the integrity of the files, reinstalling, launching from Steam and EA, directly through a shortcut, with and without a VPN, but nothing works. My EA and Steam accounts are linked, and the game is already displayed in my EA library.88Views0likes2CommentsStar Wars Jedi: Survivor dont start
Hello, I am unable to launch Star Wars Jedi: Survivor on PC through the EA App. The game shows the error: “An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later.” I have already tried reinstalling the game and the EA App, clearing cache, and restarting my PC, but the issue still persists. Other EA games work normally, and only this game is affected. I would appreciate any help or guidance on how to resolve this.77Views1like3CommentsGlitched Priorite Shard - Southern Reach Gate
I've completed the full game and I'm only missing one priorite shard (99/100). The only treasure icon on the map is at this location. However, the skull is untargetable, and I don't see the priorite in the skull's mouth. I've tried different angles, saving and reloading, going to other locations and returning. Nothing has fixed it. Please help, this is standing in the way of me finishing all achievements in the game.73Views0likes1CommentTransferring saves to PS4 or PC
