PC client is stuck on opening screen
Hi, Since few days ago PC client doesn't get past opening screen with message "Initializing Game Systems". First time the issue appeared the game crashed into blue screen. Hello, I purchased Era leveling packs for Era of Andor, enough to take Cassian Undercover to Era level 95, and to take Cinta Kaz, Vel Sartha, and Kleya Marki to Era level 90. This was all completed before CG gifted enough Era leveling materials to take all the Era of Andor units to Era level 95. I attempted to buy the bundle I a few days ago in game on IOS and it didnt work so i went to the webstore to buy it and it worked, after going in game though i dont receive the 30 shards and era mats i instead get 2 batches of 4324 crystals. Yesterday while looking through my card purchases i find that on the 7th of may, when i bought the bundle, i got charged for 34.99€ on EA and on Apple when i tried to buy it with apple pay in game. I have talked to many online agents, ive been shuffled to higher ups on multiple levels. I have been troubleshoooting this error for over 6 days now, 3 days with the help of EA online chat. and we cannot find a solution to this game. I have played on this PC over 100 hours in the game. New game plus'd the game and now i cannot launch it. I have tried many different suggestions from the EA team to troubleshoot. Nothing worked. i was told at first it was a license refresh that was needed and to wait for a unspecified time. i waited 3 days, every day i would go through the trouble shooting methods until the third day, which is today where i said this became unacceptable. Ive done IPconfig resets. that worked kind of. It launched the game, and it went through the Main credit logos. Respawn Electronic Arts Lucus Films and the It says the TItle "Jedi Survivor". The game proceeds to go dark and then go into an infinite loading loop on screen. i waited 15 minutes. no idications for shadows or any other graphical adjustment. just spinning lines drawing over and over. i finally checked task manager and the app said it wasnt responding. so i closed the task. I then launched the game again and waited for the game to launch and load. i had task managewr open. and when it hit that same laoding screen. task manager said the app wasnt responding. i ended the task again. I then verified the files on steam (Probably the 5th time i did that in 6 days redownloaded the game 3 times ): ) When i tried to open the game again. it didn't launch. i got the same error message that i got 6 days ago. I have not played the game in some time. I am a PC player and I just launched it and when I tried to go online and got error code: 524. I checked the troubleshooting tips and it said to make sure your DOB is up to date which mine is. is there any other solution?31Views0likes1Comment50000 loaned unit era levels in pass plus on webstore.
The webstore shows that the plus pass upgrade will supply 50000 loaned unit levels in the store(1.jpeg) When purchased it gives 50000 episode points instead(2.jpeg). Additionally worth noting that my era units did not get upgraded 50000 times(3.png). I'm not upset, but wanted to make sure it was caught that the art in the store was wrong.
