Unobtainable "On the Way Up" Trophy in EA FC 24 (PS5)
Hello, I am contacting you regarding a technical issue in EA Sports FC 24 on PS5. I am trying to earn the "On the Way Up" trophy, which requires reaching Level 7 in a VOLTA or Clubs Season. However, because there is currently no "Live Season" active in the game, the progression bar is stuck at Level 0. Even when I play matches and earn SP, it does not count toward any level. This makes the Platinum Trophy impossible to obtain for any player who didn't finish it last year. As a dedicated player and trophy hunter, I am requesting that the team: Add a permanent/infinite "Legacy Season" to the FC 24 servers. Or, trigger a refresh of the seasonal timer so progression can resume. Many players in the community are currently facing this issue. Please escalate this to the game team so we can complete our trophy collections. Thank you.Relegated after winning match.
We were down 3-2 and i scored a penalty to make it 3-3 in our div 3 relegation match, after this we got a free kick in the last minute of the game, in which we went on to score from, winning us the game 4-3 and saving us from relegation. Or thats what we thought after the game we seen a screen telling us that we lost 3-0 and had been relegated down to division 4, this is so annoying and needs to be fixed asap.EA FC 24 to receive Legacy Pass
Hello, I’m writing to you today in some last hopes for help, In EA FC 24 is two no unobtainable trophies that I feel could be easily fixed. “End of the Line” is a trophy you receive for reaching the last level of the UT 24 season however due to the game now being not as frequently updates, we haven’t received one in a long while. I feel as though this could easily be fixed however if you just added an old one as a “Legacy Pass”, I’m a trophy hunter myself and love achieving one hundred percent on all my games and would love to do it with your game!. Please consider this as it would massively improve the communities happiness and help drive people to play the game.fc24 final match cant save
I’m running into a frustrating issue in EA Sports FC 24. The game saves properly up until the final match, but it fails to save the actual result after the whistle blows. After the final is over and the tournament ends, clicking forward just kicks me back to the main menu without showing any saving options. Every time I reload, the game acts like the match never happened and forces me to play the exact same final game all over againDraft kept glitching
I built an online draft using fifa points i bought (300) but when i tried swapping players it would say error and kick me out of UT. I spoke to an advisor and they told me its because i had different versions of the same player (92 and 96 Carlos) ao it caused a glitch. This was annoying but i was still able to play. I got to round 3 and before starting i contacted support to see if this issue could be resolved as ideally i wantedto move playersaround. I was given 3 options and one was for me to forfeit the draft myself and id get base level rewards by clikcing square (which i couldn't find on the screen), so the advisor reset remotely. What i wasnt made aware of is doing this causes you to lose the draft, lose the points, not packs and not eligible for a token. Im not without all this when i could have either played on got packs or left mid match and got rewards that way. I was then told there was nothing that could be done. I felt quite hard done-by as i wasnt made aware of this, ive had a draft reset for no reason it seems
12 Days Without Resolution - Unacceptable Support Experience
I’m writing this post out of sheer frustration after waiting 11 days for a response from EA Support without any meaningful resolution. I have reported an issue that prevents me from creating or renaming squads and changing my club name, and the following error messages constantly appear: "Failed to create a squad" "Failed to rename squad" "Your entry is filtered because it may be used to offend or harass other players…" This happens even when I use neutral terms like "Squad123", "Test123", ''12345'' and many another words. There are no restrictions or penalties on my account, and I have followed all troubleshooting steps—yet nothing has worked. The lack of support and communication from EA is beyond frustrating. 12 days without any progress or response is unacceptable, and I’m left feeling like no one at EA actually cares about fixing the issue or supporting paying customers. I’m reaching out here because it feels like the support team just doesn’t care. This problem is ruining my gaming experience, and it's hard to see how EA can let this slide without any urgency. Can someone from EA step in and fix this? I expect better, especially after being loyal to the company for so long.
Can't be created/rename it squad/club name changed in ultimate team
Hello! I'm facing this issue wich is persistent from last year December since I observed and as I observed today the problem/issue or bug/glitch whatever is called didn't get fixed. May I ask EA please to look after this issue and to try to fix for us as i see a lot of people complaining about this unresolved problem. After all what I noticed iwen in this days many players still playing this FC 24 wich means people still love this game and many of us prefer to play this game iwen a lot of us having all tree FC SERIES games, like myself, having all tree bought and I'm playing all of this, depending on what feeling catch me and acordantly I play the games I think the all problem is caused by outdated profanity text filter or outdated syncing server side acont data. I want on the way up trophy in ps5 but volta season ended and level progression locked 0. any SP i earned in featured matches in volta battles, not count to level up. Also in Clubs mode the level progression don't appear. Please start a new live season to reach level 7 and earn this trophy. Thanks
