Cannot Assign 2 Evolution Items in Unassigned List
Hi, I have a persistent synchronization error on my account. I have 2 Evolution items stuck in my "Unassigned" list Every time I try to assign them or move them to my club, I receive the error message: "There was an error communicating with the Football Ultimate Team servers. Please try again." > After this message, I am immediately kicked out of Ultimate Team. I chain evod a base Bowen card, and completed the Birthday Brunch evo. Now, whenever I try put him in another evo it says “you already have an evolution version of this player”, also in the “my evolutions” tab I have the yellow dot that implies I have an evo to claim, but there isn’t any. Has anyone had this glitch and solved it? Do I need to complete all of my other evos or something? Bug and lag issues When playing matches in Ultimate Team mode, there are no problems in the first half, but in the second half, immediately after the cutscene, the game crashes and lags to the point of being unplayable. This applies to AI matches as well. I bought the game 4 months ago, and it's been like this since the day I bought it. I haven't been able to get my complaint across. This is the worst game made. The servers are horrendous, the gameplay is usually glitchy/ lagging, the menus often crash, you spend money and get little in return. Sometimes it’s impossible to play. Ea should give us money for the amount of time wasted for this game. They don’t care about gameplay and only care about making money. This is for schiesters. None of my other games are as crap as this one. No it’s not the internet or tv, it’s your servers and your game. Fix it. Years ago I would enjoy playing this game and it was actually playable and one of my fav games, now it is rarely playable and frustrating. While I was leading 2-0 in a Squad Battles match, the message "You have lost your online connection. Check your home network. You will not be able to access FC's online features until you can reconnect to EA Servers. Go to ea.com/unable-to-connect to find out more." appeared on my screen. Despite my PlayStation being connected to the internet via an ethernet cable and my internet connection was fine, I lost the match 0-3 and received 0 points because of your terrible servers. I can provide video clip of it. Because of this issue, I won’t be able to finish in Elite 1 this week. Hi everyone, I need help and I want to bring attention to a critical issue that EA Support has finally acknowledged as a server-side bug. The Problem: I bought FC 26 and played it without any issues at the beginning. However, for the last 2 months, I haven't been able to launch the game. Every time I try to start it, it crashes instantly at the splash screen and sends me back to the EA App. What I’ve discovered: It’s not my PC: I can still play FC 25 on this same computer with zero issues. This proves my hardware and drivers are perfectly fine. Handshake Error: After many support sessions, it has been confirmed that the crash happens during the pre-initialization/authentication phase. My account cannot "handshake" with the EA servers to verify my game rights. No Folder Creation: The game crashes so early that it doesn't even create an "FC 26" folder in my Documents. Offline Mode Fails: Even trying to launch the game in Offline Mode leads to the same crash, meaning the license token is completely broken. My Request: EA Support has officially documented this as a potential bug in my case notes (Case ID: 239359087). They admitted that standard support tools cannot fix this and it requires a deeper look into the account's "entitlements." I am not looking for basic troubleshooting steps like "update your drivers" or "clear your cache"—I have done all of that dozens of times. I am requesting a senior technical specialist or a community manager to look into this account-side authentication block.
