I saw someone else post that they bought FC 26 in the Switch 2 Japanese eShop and got FC 26 for Switch 1 as a bonus. However, when I bought FC 26 in the Japanese Nintendo eShop, I didn't receive FC 26 for Switch 1. Does anyone know what's going on? Hello EA Team, I’ve been experiencing a recurring issue in FIFA 26 Seasons mode. Despite winning multiple matches — sometimes after the opponent quits, sometimes after playing the full 90 minutes — the victories are not being recorded in my season progress. So far, this has happened to me at least 10 times. Each time, I took a screenshot showing the match result (score, stats, and opponent’s quit message if applicable). However, none of these wins are reflected as victories in my season record. This problem makes progression impossible and ruins the competitive experience, as the game doesn’t acknowledge deserved wins. Could you please investigate this issue? Hello today I completed the "Seleção" objectives by scoring 30 goals in the match on beginner difficulty. However when I am done with the match and exit it kicks me out saying "The EA servers are unable to process your request at the moment, please try again later". When I log back onto ultimate team my objectives arent completed and I tried another time but got the same issue. I wasted 1 hour doing this objective. Dear EA Support Team, I am facing a serious performance issue while playing EA SPORTS FC 26 on my laptop. Laptop Specifications: - Model: ASUS TUF A15 (2025) - GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 (4GB VRAM) - RAM: 16GB - Display: 144Hz - Storage: SSD Issue Description: When I start the game, everything works perfectly fine. Initially, I get around 70–80 FPS and the game runs smoothly. However, after the game starts or after spending some time on the home page/menu, the FPS suddenly drops drastically to 7, 5, 3, 2 FPS, and today it even dropped to 0 FPS. The game becomes extremely laggy and unplayable. I also noticed that GPU utilisation goes up to 99%, while the game performance becomes worse instead of better. GPU temperatures are around 75°C–86°C, which seems normal for gaming, but the FPS still drops heavily. I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps: - Switching between Turbo and Performance mode in Armoury Crate - Updating graphics settings - Running the game in Fullscreen mode - Adjusting NVIDIA settings to Prefer Maximum Performance - Disabling overlays and changing display settings Despite these steps, the issue still continues only in EA SPORTS FC 26. Other games work normally on my laptop. Please help me resolve this issue as the game becomes unplayable after launching. Hello there, I just wanted to take a moment to appreciate EA's brilliant game design. It has been over 3 days now, and it is absolutely beautiful how my entire Asia/Oceania objective progression is completely held hostage by a missing 89-rated Tim Cahill card. The main group reward is just sitting there, completely unreachable for me and thousands of other players. Why? Because we committed the ultimate crime of actually completing the "Tiny Tim" objective on day one. The UI shows a beautiful green checkmark, our match logs say we did it, but our clubs say "zero." It is hilarious that a multi-billion dollar company cannot deliver a single player card to the players who actually spent their weekend grinding the gameplay. Thank you, EA, for ruining the entire event progression so effortlessly. We are still here, still waiting for our Cahill card, our packs, and the final group rewards.
