My Challenges Do NOT Load.
I can’t play the new challenges or load the challenges I can use every other feature in the game but nothing i’ve done will fix this problem if I can’t fix it i’ll have to quit Madden because I can’t progress or get any tokens for the new promos I get stuck on this screen every time11Views0likes0CommentsGAME BREAKING ISSUE, FRANCHISE MODE
Since I’ve picked up madden 26 there’s been a huge issue with Franchise mode that I noticed. No matter what I have the injury, and fatigue slider set to, I do not get injuries that knock players out of games nor do I get any injuries that span multiple weeks. When I am actually playing the game in franchise mode the only injuries I get are foot contusions or bruised sternums. The same player will get injuried 5 times in a game and only get the foot contusions or bruised sternum. The only way players get actual injuries is if you sim games. For whatever reason actual injuries are not happening in franchise mode when you are user playing a game. All my buddies noticed the same thing and it’s quite immersion breaking if you ask me. Madden 26 has done the recent title update I was hoping they were going to fix this problem but in my franchise mode no one gets injured with the new update my players now get injured in games but they're never get injured where they'll be missing some games and sometimes I can have my players on red you would think that's a big chance for them to get real injured and it never happens it does happen to the CPU but it does not happen to me the only time I can lose players for a game or two is in weekly strategy in practice.. To all the PC players out there who haven’t been able to play online game modes for almost a month now - I highly recommend we collectively don’t purchase Madden 27. On top of that, go completely free to play on MUT. I think it’s insane that for one, we can’t create a ticket to get individual support with a tech and direct-personalized compensation for our losses. We’re just directed to forums for a “quick fix - on field visuals” that literally only helps offline play. Two, can’t request a refund if you’ve owned the game longer than a day. Can’t request refunds on purchases made within the time frame of this glitch - I would not have bought packs if I knew I couldn’t even play the game. Three, they mark the discussions as “solved” to save face. Little to no updates for us regarding the matter - just “solved” for the sake of acknowledgment paired with a weak tweet regarding the matter. Still allow us to buy packs and waste our money on players who will seemingly be out of META by the time the issue is resolved - and with no warning that the game is unplayable. Miss out on an entire season of Ranked, losing out on rewards that impact our teams moving forward. Not to mention missing out on, what usually is, one of the best promos of the year. I’ve played and loved madden for years, but this is literally abysmal. Disgusting. Prolonged without reason. Could they not have prioritized us by rolling the update back to when it was playable? Yes they could have. So long Madden, it’s been horrid knowing you. I think the only way they save themselves is by way of heavy compensation. All I’m saying is it better be good… And in case any of you were wondering, there are some PC players that are completely unaffected by the glitch. Knowing this, I wouldn’t expect anything from EA. Whenever I try to edit my avatar on superstar mode or add boosts etc, I get an error message appear on the screen and won’t allow me to customise my player, sometimes a completely random character will appear in games and during cutscenes. The message literally just says error and won’t allow me to proceed to the customisation page. I've tried rebooting my ps5, clearing the cache & rebuilding the system, I’m using the most up to date version of the game and use a wired WiFi connection. I’m so frustrated, don’t want to delete my current player as I’m halfway through a season Does anyone have any advice or experiencing the same?Online match Wins Not Updating Record
Hey all, my wins are not updating my online quick match record when the entire game is finished. If the opponent quits/concedes or loses connection the win will update, otherwise if you finish the game complete to finish it does not update a win. It will update a loss though. Ripped me off for about 8-9 wins today. Any idea what is causing this? Ok a PS5. I have never had so much problems with try to get ahold of customer support for a company I started to had madden around madden 20 or 21 because of where they took the game and how to community plays these games finally came back to madden I pulled the new Ltd kicker in game that was quickselling for 875000 coins I spent a bunch of coins on helping my team at the end I was around 515000 coins I sold one of my cards brings me to like 716000 sold the Ltd because I thought I was going to get a bunch of coins instead I zeroed my coins out for a minute then it changed my amount of coins to 819000 or 820000 I have been trying to get help from support ive had 2 people end the chats on me middle of chat and the people who actually tried to help to me to wait till the next day it is the next dat and when I try to make a ticket to speak to live chat it now tells me that the live chat people can not help and to go to forums for help this is silly this in game currencies cost the company nothing to use i have to use my money and my time to build my team ive dealt with all of the issues we've already had on this game and to still put time and money in to this game and receive zero support when I tried to get some from the support team makes me want to drop this ea service entirely so here's my last ditch effort to get any support for this issue I know im only one out of hundreds of thousands people who pay for this service but I won't be one of them for much longer if I can't get any help at are....27Views0likes4Comments
