Arena streak bug
Is anyone else having arena issue with keeping up the winning streak? EVERY. **bleep**. TIME. after my 3rd victory I just HAVE to lose. My screen either gets frozen or suddenly the game's touch sensitivity is not good or I would have a giant zombie killing my plants and going through the entire row, whereas in the previous 2 games, I would be able to kill it relatively fast. The players I'm up against start way behind me in terms of points and then 5 seconds later, they have 2 million more than me?? With the plants they use, most of the time it is physically impossible for them to win against me! I even bought a new plant with real money, thinking it might help. What I'm saying is, stop messing with the game! It's so frustrating when you sit down after a long day to relax with the game only to get even more frustrated because the game is messed with! I cannot reach the last reward for the last 2 arena leagues which is seriously annoying. We pay you and you still cannot do 2 things: prevent bugs and make the game enjoyable enough. What the heck, EA????Update
After the last update, my progress was wiped out. I am back at the start of the game. The game keeps taking me to “go to the almanac “. When I click on the almanac it exits the game. I can’t get to help to try to fix it. I keep getting an internal server message. Is anyone else having this problem?
Frustrated
Is any of you frustrated with the lack of action from technical support to solve our complaints . I have not see anyone answering our complaints ,no a way to file a claim to get answers to our problems. I’m here because I couldn’t open a claim ,‘this is where they send me to get a resolve issues and only see , our complaints going nowhere . For advice is great you get ideas when you don’t know what to do but with issues like bug or technical difficulties or anything related to fixing technical problems . I don’t think anybody is reading this forum, I ‘ m reading over and over the same issues but nobody answered them. I’m frustrated that’s my two cents. Collect 40 seeds packets Claim 2,000 coins Click… NOTHing! Go win an Arena match. It’s fun. Claim 2 candies.click ….NOTHIng!! win a Penny pursuit level.Claim 3 jewels .click… NOTHINg!!! Plantain seed in Zen garden. Claim 1 jewel . Click …. NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!! THAT’S MY PATIENCE GONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fix it
