Arena Reward Seeds Not Posting
I have played past 750 points in the current arena season, Volt Snapdragon. The volt dragon unlocked but I have not been rewarded any of the 330 seeds I should have gotten at this point so I cannot upgrade the plant at all. When I contacted help I was told there was nothing that could be done about this issue and I should just keep waiting for the game to correct itself and that I should alert the community manager here. I had an account for Plants Vs. Zombie 2 on iOS, I had beaten Modern Day, and made multiple in-app purchases. An iOS software update wiped the app's data, and I was unable to use the email I synced with my account to sign in because the dates of birth did not match up. Recently, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and changed my date of birth to the one set on the email I was using. Unfortunately, all it did when I registered my email was register it to that random identity and give me gems, it didn't restore my account and the force sync data button didn't do anything either. The restore purchases button also just flat out did not do anything at all. My achievements still show up in gamecenter. Also, an EA agent was no help. My player ID for the random identity I selected is A5242309-E142-4BC2-B362-613E3D58B192DAILY GOALS LOST
After completing my third goal today I went to the watch an add. This immediately crashed my game and reset my goals to complete. This is the 7th time I have had this problem in the last month and I keep missing out on my daily goal rewards. Attached is the screen I get when I try to go back to my daily goals.PvZ2 for iPad still broken after update 13.2.1
After weeks of this game being nonfunctional, I was hoping the latest update would help, but no such luck. Graphics still missing in many events (see screenshots), game crashes randomly, game still crashing on certain menu selections like plant almanac and daily event. Game crashes after watching ads to completion and still gives no daily quest credit for watching. No iPad specific instructions for troubleshooting have ever been shared. I’ve played this game for over a decade, and of course it’s just a game - but why keep trying to monetize a product when the core function is broken and fans clearly frustrated at lack of communication.Epic Quest completion glitch
Ive beaten all of the levels for far future fracas but whenever i get to zomboss and beat him i dont get the gems for beating him every other quest gives me the rewards for completion except the epic quest. I deleted the app and got it back it didnt fix it, I Reset my phone it didnt fix it, i did a software update, it didnt fix it, not really sure what to do
