After my game data was lost dated 2024 JUNE, after that I stopped playing Plants vs. Zombies 2. Recently 2026 JULY, I decided to play the game again, but starting over from the beginning has been very difficult. I kindly request that you recover my previous game data, including my upgraded and powered-up plants, if possible. I have attached screenshots of my achievements as proof that I played the game previously. You may also verify my purchase history, which shows that I have been playing and supporting Plants vs. Zombies 2 for many years. I purchased an additional coins in PvsZ2 amounting to Php 315 for 10,000 coins on 07/25/26. However, it does not reflect the coins in the game while the amount was deducted in my online bank. I remember while purchasing the game lagged and glitch. Please refund my money,asap. Thank youI just know they are doing this on purpose
I was about to unlock pokra and when I bought the rental seed packets it closed out my game and took my money. This is incredibly frustrating since the game only crashes when I’m about to unlock something good. Oh but the game doesn’t want to crash when I unlock Mangofier what a funny coincidence. I need atleast 5 seed packets to unlock the plant but the 10 I bought would be preferred. How do I contact a member and get my pokra seeds that I spent 6000 coins for just to get a crashed game. They will pay, they will I will not let this happen once more.
Daily Goals disappeared! Every day, from 7 days already!
The daily missions disappear two or three minutes after they’re supposed to become active. This is unacceptable—it’s been happening for seven days now. I’ve been hoping, day after day, that this bug would go away, but here we are—it’s still there! It’s unacceptable to have a bug like this and not notice it—I’m talking about the team developing the game. There have been periods like this over the years; only after we “screamed” here did they take action, but it seems that was only temporary. I can't access the event. Each time i try to, it redirects me to the tasks screen and won't let me leave ko matter what i click. Every time now that I go on to play, ill do one thing like click on my bonuses for the day and then it boots me completely out of the game when I go back in I do something else then first thing I do it boots me back out. so something seriously wrong with the game. Also, every day I go in to claim my rewards and it says it’s already claimed for the day, but I haven’t so I have lost approximately 10 to 15 days of bonuses and prizes because it will not let me claim them.
