Unable to contact Support about programme bug in Plants v Zombies 2
Hi, I believe we are into the 6th day of an ongoing bug issue with the game, & still no resolution. The daily Piñata is not refreshing. It is the same with the daily gauntlets & adverts to earn coins & gems (see attachment). This is having an adverse effect on gameplay & progress. My main frustration lies in the fact that I am unable to contact EA Support & raise a ticket, as there is a compulsory box that needs to be filled in before sending - ‘CONSOLE’ (see attachment). However, there is no drop-down menu, & whatever you attempt to type into that box is not accepted, so you are effectively stonewalled. You can’t call them & I can’t find a ‘live chat’ option. Solutions to contact them under these circumstances, anybody? Does EA monitor these chat-rooms? If so, & you’re reading this, maybe someone could look into it? Since the update, these are the bugs I have noticed. I have not been able to play a piñata party since. The timer shows a countdown like I’ve already played, but I haven’t. When it gets down to the time it starts over again. Not giving me the option to play. When there is a new penny pursuit with a new plant I play the first three levels. Wait until I have full energy again and my progress is reset. Has happened with every new plant since I picked this game up again. Not just this update. Lastly, I cannot collect the gems from the daily quests. I complete 8 even without the piñata party. When I press "register e-mail", I get sent to a website with the EA account. Everything works just fine until I press the account. I keep getting sent into the same screen over and over again until suddenly I get stuck on a grey screen, and it doesn't matter how long I wait, the screen does not go away and the log-in fails. Tombastic Energy did not replenish overnight. I have restarted my phone and still nothing. This in addition to pinata party not working and arena gauntlet and penny fuel not allowing ad watching to replenish. The daily free gems, coins, penny pursuit fuel, arena gauntlet by watching ads has stopped working for a week. There is NO USE at all to contact support. It will be answered in India and they wont know what you're talking about and cannot fix the issue. The only this can be fixed is for them to firstly GIVE A **bleep** then look into rectifying the PROGRAMMING of the game, send out a global patch. This does not look like it will happen. Hi, I’ve been redirected here after trying to recover my Plants vs. Zombies account(s). Over the years I purchased multiple premium plants, but I’ve lost access to the accounts tied to those purchases. I’ve already tried EA Help, but I keep getting redirected back here instead of speaking with an advisor. I still have some of the details needed to prove ownership (old emails, purchase receipts, approximate account dates), and I would like to recover my purchases or have them restored to my current account. Could an EA Community Manager or Support staff please escalate this so I can get in touch with an actual EA Advisor?
