Persistent Party Matchmaking Issues on Xbox Series X Anyone Else?
I’m posting this on behalf of a friend who doesn’t have access to the EA forums. He is playing on an Xbox Series X, and ever since about a week after the BF6 launch, he has consistently had problems playing with friends on both Xbox and PC. It doesn’t matter whether he is hosting or joining their party. Very often, when they leave a match or finish viewing the end-of-round results, the game prepares to load into the next match. He can hear the audio cue of entering the new map with the squad, but he doesn’t actually load in. Instead, he is stuck watching the UI flicker at the bottom of the screen where the squad icons are, and he gets a “Matchmake” button that just loops endlessly. When they try starting a match from the main menu, the same thing happens: he hears the game loading into a new match, but stays stuck looking at his character in the lobby, and eventually the lobby UI overlaps with the main menu. The only “fix” that works about 75% of the time is restarting the game. Sometimes that lets him play one match, other times he can play the entire evening without issues — it seems completely random. None of his friends on Xbox or PC experience this issue, and he doesn’t have similar problems in any other game. He’s not sure if it’s related, but he also frequently has to restart the game just to equip newly unlocked items in BF6 multiplayer. This applies to every unlock. He has tried searching online to see if others have the same issue, but hasn’t found anything that matches exactly. He also isn’t sure whether posting here is the best way to report this issue, or if there is another official method. Bugged Bot only loop
The game has constantly fed me 100%BOT Lobbies.I,ve encountered scripted spawns countless time.I,ve also experienced I kill-instant death loop.I,ve only had 2-5 real matches in several weeks.So I kill and a bot appear and instantly kills me.At first i was learning from this but now its completely unfair.I play free Gauntlet only at the moment.I didn,t experience this in duos or quads in bigger matches,only in Gauntket.Can you help me get this bug fixed?ThanksMissing Battlefield Labs Rewards
User ID: fariasmateuss Platform: Steam-PC Case Number: 240331295 I am writing because I have not received the Battlefield Labs rewards (Constant Companion Dog Tag, Collaborator Icon, and Lab Assistant Title) despite meeting all requirements. I played well over the required 4 hours in-match during the Battle Royale Solo test (March 6-9, 2026). I have archived Twitch VODs of my gameplay during that specific weekend, showing I met the criteria on the live Battlefield 6 client. I have been testing this game since the Beta last year. I have a consistent history of participation, yet the rewards from the latest Labs session are missing. I have contacted EA Help multiple times. An agent previously identified a "Merging/Sync Issue" between my Steam and EA accounts, which seems to be preventing the automated system from recognizing my playtime. However, recent chat agents only give generic responses about "ineligibility" without actually investigating the sync error.
Stuck in party chat
I'm stuck in party chat on EA connect in battlefield 6 and can not leave it or close it. I've tried to close the game and restart it and I'm still stick in party chat on EA connect. Its say im the host on it i believe. If someone joins the party they can hear me but anyone thats not joined can't hear me. I can't speak to squad members or team members. Its frustrating as can't ask to be revived or ask for ammo or ask for reinforcements or give manoeuvres/targets.
Please proof read - poor wording in challenges
Recon Specialist 2 says "Laser Designate targets that sustain damage as Recon 0/2,000", this technically means you have to Designate 2,000 different targets that individually sustain damage, not what you mean which is to have 2,000 damage dealt to targets you have designated.
