Scamed with BF Pro Bonus rewards!
11 days have passed and all we got instead of fixing this shameful bug are just empty promises that the developers are aware of the problem. How much longer do we have to wait? But you know what? They don't really care. And if you stop for a minute and just think about it, you will definitely agree with me. I don't think it's technically impossible or even difficult to give a reward to all players who have bought Battlefield PRO ? Of course not. But the developer doesn't care about us, because he has already received our money . And is that really fair? Doesn't that look like cheating customers? That's the way it is, and I sincerely want to help other people and open their eyes so that they don't do the same as we did by spending a large enough amount of money into the void. And I need your help with that. For us who bought the game here in Steam and also have problem of missing rewards for BF PRO Bonus Path you can leave a negative review about this problem. The fact that people who bought the most expensive edition of the game were simply deceived. Maybe when people find out the truth and stop buying the game, it will force the developer to give us the content for which we paid EXTRA money and which is rightfully ours. But I can't do it alone. One review won't change anything. But if there are many of us, we will be noticed. It always happens that way. I know for sure that there are a lot of people with this problem on the EA forums, here on Steam, among our friends and etc. So if you are among the same lucky people who were simply deceived leave a nefative review and don't forget to mention that the reward issue has not been solved. Please don't stay away. Help me and yourself, and help those people who may be deceived like us in the future ! P.S. For those who don't understand what I'm talking about - check the EA forums or simply search online for "BF Pro Bonus path" to see how dozens of players who purchased the Pro Season pass were left without the rewards they deserved, and the developer simply turned a blind eye to it. #RageAgainstTheEA
My beta rewards still haven't been rewarded
This issue has been present ever since I bought the game nearly a month ago. Ive brushed it off until now but I would like to know if theres any ETA on when they could be given? I have my PSN and EA accounts linked so I dont see why it couldnt be resolved soon. In any case, thanks for any help I can get. Thanks
Weekly challenges not awarding battle pass points
I’m trying to finish the battle pass by completing previous weekly challenges but in many occasions I complete the challenge and do not get awarded the battle pass coins. In the video attached I completed the weekly challenge to win a match of escalation. I should have gotten 5 coins but got none.Didnt get weapon from weapon pack “Ursus Major”
Hello! So i buy almost every weapon skin that comes out lol. I bought “Ursus Major” which had the skin “Golden Claw”. Usually when I buy something it gives me the weapon right away when I pay. This time it weapon stays locked. (i attached photo) Are you guys saying I paid for it to get the skin but I have to unlock the weapon? What if I don’t unlock the weapon in time? Do I lose my skin I bought? Also I want to give feedback on this for people who are like me who pay for all your items and support you guys. Where can I see all my things I bought and what do they look like? I buy the items but then I can’t see the bundle so I forget what the items are called and now I’m guessing….. can you guys make it where we can see all the bundles we bought with all the items (or photos like the main photo in the store? I attached a a hammer photo for example) because now I feel that I could have missing skins like this Golden Claw & I can’t tell you if I have all of them or not. Missing 85 BP points for BF PRO Battlepass
Earlier this week, when the new Battlepass came for BF6 I saw that it didn't have any reward yet. Then a few days later when I already completed it somehow, it suddenly had 85 battlepass points for the BF PRO battlepass. I did not receive those points because I already completed it and therefore am not able to complete the BF PRO battlepass. I've already contacted support and they told me indeed those points have not been granted. But I had to make a discussion here. Who can help me granting these points or just granting me the rewards in the battlepass? I already have 3/10 rewards. So the points I didn't get would give me more than I need. I also have video proof of me having it completed and showing my progress on the BP.
