FC 26 crashing mid-match on Xbox Series S — Still ignored by EA
Hi everyone, This issue has been present since launch, and despite being reported repeatedly, EA has yet to provide any meaningful response or fix, which is frankly unacceptable. On Xbox Series S, FC 26 consistently freezes for 2–3 seconds during matches and then crashes to the Xbox home screen, usually during the second or third match. When the game is reopened, the match is automatically counted as a loss due to disconnection, even though the crash is caused by the game itself—not the player’s connection or hardware. I have contacted EA Support multiple times, followed all suggested troubleshooting steps, and monitored community reports, yet nothing has changed. This issue has been affecting players for far too long, and the continued lack of acknowledgment makes it feel like it’s being ignored entirely. For a paid, competitive title, this is ridiculous and severely damages the gameplay experience. If you are also experiencing this problem, please reply and confirm so we can demonstrate that this is not an isolated case. The more visibility this gets, the harder it is to ignore. I have problems with evolutions. Di Maria didn't get the quickstep from party exit. Matsukubo can't get further, I have played in squad battle and in multiple rush games, but nothing happens and I'm stuck on this level. I'm trying to put my card into the Birthday Bonito Evo. I had previously canceled the Birthday Brunch Training Camp Evo on the same card after realizing I didn't want the PS+ combination that Evo would bring. However, when I try and put my card into the Evo, I get the error of "You already have an Evolution Version of this player." This is the same card I had previously evolved, and I have no other iterations of this player in my club. Is there a way to fix this such that I can evo this player? Hi EA, In FC 26 Ultimate Team on Nintendo Switch, my Squad Battles points multiplier shows as 0.00 across every difficulty. No matter the result, I earn 0 points per match. Key details: All difficulties affected — Beginner through Ultimate I still receive coins from matches, confirming results are being registered Only the points multiplier is broken This completely blocks weekly rank progression and locks me out of fair rewards This makes Squad Battles unplayable as a progression mode and creates an unfair disadvantage. I have two unnamed “Evolution” items stuck in my Store/Unassigned. These items show only the label “Evolution” with no name or description. They: Cannot be opened Cannot be assigned or moved Cannot be discarded Completely block my Store Prevent starting any new Evolutions This matches known cases where Evolution items become stuck in Unassigned and require EA to clear them server-side. It also resembles Evolution table corruption cases where the system falsely tracks a player as active in another evolution, blocking all progress. i did a chain evo on cristiano ronaldo. Had the full chain on the second monitor and did it step by step untill "winger trasnformation" i have payed 20k for it , played the match for the evo to get done, nothing happened.Did it again , nothing.Now customer service instead of helping me send me here to write my problems :), just great.The card now is unusable because i can t complete the chain withour the " winger transformation.Its like not even registered as done but without my 20k in my account :)6Views0likes0CommentsCannot Assign 2 Evolution Items in Unassigned List

I have 2 Evolution items stuck in my "Unassigned" list Every time I try to assign them or move them to my club, I receive the error message: "There was an error communicating with the Football Ultimate Team servers. Please try again." > After this message, I am immediately kicked out of Ultimate Team.
