sims medieval
I got sims medieval years ago when it was on origin. the game is greyed out on the ea app (I think that version is now only usable on Microsoft and I have a Mac). So anyways I was browsing the pc games on ea and it came up as available to buy so I paid like £10 but a new version hasn't appeared and the old version is still greyed out? I have been searching for a way to contact EA but have had no luck.
Activating Fifa 12 and older EA games
Hello, I am having activation issues with older EA games that I legally own on CD with valid serial numbers. These games were originally registered through Origin and now appear in my EA app library. I can download and install them, but when I launch them, an old EA activation window appears and says my computer is offline and needs an Internet connection, even though I am online. One example is FIFA 12 for PC, but the same issue is happening with other older EA games on my account. I have already tried repair, administrator mode, compatibility mode, and checking firewall/antivirus settings, but nothing worked. Please check whether these games can still be activated through the EA app and whether my licenses are correctly linked to my EA account. Thank you.
