I don't like this app.
I bought ME:LE on Steam. I want to play it but I heard the EA app was buggy, ate money, and had privacy concerns. I thought to myself: "That sounds right about in line with EA." So I used the Origin workaround for a while until you guys dropped Origin. Now I can't play Mass Effect without being taxed somehow. Even though I already bought the game. I just won't then. You took away Mass Effect just like you took away the studio that made it. I miss EA from the 90's. I wish you guys cared about people and not just money. I finally got my boyfriend into Sims so I wanted to buy him a few packs. We both play on Mac so I used the EA app and EA website searching for some way to gift him packs. I own every pack and I don't have any options for gifting. Someone please make this make sense. I included a picture of what I see from my end. Hey, I bought a game Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville Deluxe Edition inside the EA app, money charged but get nothing, and get status "Your payment failed. Make sure your payment method isn't expired and your info is entered correctly.". I've tried do the same on the site and it worked. But I didn't receive money back for failed transaction. How can I get my money back?payment options
We Egyptian gamers really appreciate your offers on Egypt's store , I even want to purchase on summer sale about 3 games from your store but there's a bit problem , we can't buy anything from international stores or subscribe in any service without credit card duo to some economic problems . It's rare to find someone has a credit card and if you made someone puy you a game , you ban the account. and we can't even purchase games with any debit card or virtual wallets the only way to purchase a game is having a credit card or go to someone online to buy it to you (it might be a scam and I know many happened this to them ) many gamers like me want to buy from your stores but we can't because of this so please make a local payment option .
sims 4 add ons
I just got the bundle where you can choose a expansion pack, game pack and stuff pack. I chose what I wanted and I only got one of them and it was the game pack. I got charged from the bundle and save and it took my money, but I didn't receive the expansion pack or the stuff pack at all. I looked them up and it shows that they are not in my library and shows me that I need to buy them again. I really need help. Also I don't know how to add an screenshot.
OTHER Payment Methods
Should EA include other payment methods except Credit cards like Debit cards , UPI etc in India ????? want to play , but i dont use credit cards and whenever i proceed : it says try again later or contact support or use other payment method, whereas their isnt any ; only credit cards available. But previously about 2 years back whenever i use to proceed in buying from EA App i use to input my debit cards details in there and proceed further and it was accepted by EA but now it has been removed i guess . i thought of not buying from steam , epic or any third party app , came to EA App directly but now this is the situation ;/ Anyone of you agree with this please support"This card can't be used for this transaction"
Whenever I try to buy a Sims 4 pack from EA, it says "This card can't be used for this transaction". I tried both Kaspi and Halyk bank cards, and the same message pops up. But those cards work for every other transaction outside of EA. It's definitely an EA problem. When will it be resolved? So frustrating
