payment methods for Egyptians
Due to the currency crisis, most credit cards now have limitations on USD payments. Additionally, EA ignores virtual credit cards if they don’t match the account’s region, making it even harder to make purchases. As a result, many of us have no choice but to buy games from other platforms or third-party sellers—who are often rare and charge higher prices.so I was wondering if anyone has found a workaround or alternative payment method? I spoke to support via chat and reviewed the following link, but it was not helpful for my problem. https://help.ea.com/in/help/account/troubleshooting-payment-issues/ I also checked the bank's application and there were no rejected transactions. I also spoke with the bank's customer service and there were no transactions that occurred on your part for the bank to reject or accept. I used my credit card on your website on more than one account and then it was blocked from payment and I asked my friend to use his credit card and he paid normally twice and then it was also blocked from your system. My sims 4 DLC not in my library
Good evening I brought the sims 4 business & Hobbies on the 6 of march from instant gaming I looked in my game and it's not there . it doesn't show that I own the pack but when I Looked at my add on's it is there but there is no download button what can I do. can someone please help me I can't talk to anyone at EA
Unable to redeem games with Vanilla Gift Card
The title says it all. I was given a vanilla gift card for Valentine's Day, to buy games. I figured I could use up the money on the card and split the payment with another card on file to purchase multiple games. Unfortunately, I am unable to link the card to my account, so I tried looking for an online EA gift card purchase screen so I can use the gift card to buy that, but again, no luck. Is this gift card essentially useless when it comes to EA?
Cant purchase games on the EA app while having an active EA play subscription.
Hey I'm not able to purchase Battlefield 1 (BF1) on the EA app store, it doesn't give me the option to add to cart I think its because I have an EA play subscription active which came with a free xbox game pass month which came from getting discord nitro, I would like to purchase BF1 while it is on sale but I am un able to do so. I was able to buy the BF1 premium pass though so I'm not sure what's happening
