Sims 4 won't download EA app.
Hi, I'm having trouble launching The Sims 4 in the EA app. I've tried logging out several times and even reinstalled the app. I also uninstalled The Sims 4 from my system, but now I can't download it again. The app says I don't own the game, but I definitely purchased it. I'm logged into the correct account and have already tried multiple solutions.
Help with Accessing Expansion Packs Purchased In Person
Good afternoon, To Whom It May Concern, I have not played on my account since EA removed the Origin app. Previously, I had both The Sims 4 and The Sims 4 Get to Work expansion pack downloaded. However, when I signed back into my account recently, only Sims 4 is being recognized as purchased in my history. Do you all know how I can get my expansion pack back without purchasing it? Overcharged, but not getting help?
I have been trying to be respectful and understanding, but EA has stolen $162.20 from me and has essentially refused to help me. I made a post not too long ago about being triple charged. I use EAHelp and get told, "Upon confirming with our team, it appears that we also received the same issue with other players who are having multiple charges." and "Let me inform you that this is a known issue and our team is working on it to resolve it." I had that conversation on May 23rd. I asked if I could dispute the overcharges with my bank and if it could get my account banned? I was told, "Since this is not your fault and this is on us, our team is already aware and rest assured that your EA account will not get banned." I disputed the overcharges with my bank because I have been put into the negatives because of them. I have to literally fight with my bank just to contact EA about the overcharges, and then on May 30th I get this. So, I hop over to EAHelp once more. "I will help you with this, I want to inform you that the active issue where multiple purchases were made is now resolved and out team is actively working to help those that were impacted." "From our end we are unable to see those duplicate charges on our account, this is directly being handled by the EA developers team and it will be fixed for you as well in coming days." "Do not worry this issue has been addressed and it will be fixed for all the impacted players very soon." "The issue was resolved on 27th may by the team now they are fixing it for the impacted players so you will be contacted soon via email or EA app notification." "If you have requested the charge back then the bank will take care of the charges now it will not be handled by EA" Hi, impacted player here. Still haven't received back any money. Why has it taken almost two weeks to either give me back my **bleep** money, or at least pay me back for what you overcharged me for?? [Edit - EA_Barry]
I don't see the game in my EA App library
For tech support === Case #212457060 I bought the game and activated key in Origin client about 4 years ago. The game library with this INSTALLED Game has moved from Origin client to EA App successfully. After I changed Windows 10 to Windows 11 EA App says that i don't have key for this game anymore and i don't see exactly THIS VERSION OF GAME with THIS KEY in my EA App library anymore. WTF??? Can you fix it?My Packs is saying I have to purchase it again!!
I updated my sims 4 game and it is telling me that I need to purchase my 2 packs, The Get To Work , Dine Out and Seasons. I went to the Add-ons and it isn't showing up there. I even tried relogging and it isn't working. I thought that Maybe I was going crazy but I'm not Because Both games shows up in my installed list showing that it was purchased and installed. Please help me because I really don't wanna have to re-purchase it.
cant download ea game with my xbox gamepass ultimate
So i am trying to download a way out via the xbox app w my xbox gamepass ultimate but it for some reason doesnt work, it always tries to start the download but shortly after it says that i dont have access to the game and that the download has been canceled and that i dont own the game. i tried relinking my xbox acc to ea, but that did nothing i also tried to reinstall and update ea and xbox but nothing worked.
