[ANSWER IN THREAD] Ongoing Purchase Restrictions on More Sims 4 EPs
---------------- Sep 10th 2025 edited ------ Issue Not Solved yet. nothing else mentioned previously about EA app or EA official website in main post has changed. STEAM platform provides full TS4 packs for purchase properly while the EA App abides the regional standards shared by EA colleagues and restricts those packs for purchase. Epic platform provides full TS4 packs for purchase properly while the EA App abides the regional standards shared by EA colleagues and restricts those packs for purchase. (snap attached below) All these platforms mentioned above are checked in the same region that is listed by EA colleague impacted by the "Regional Standards". For windows PC users, you could check on Steam and Epic if you feel like to. The "solution" will automatically go back on once I remove it. ----------------- Sep 7th 2025 edited ------ nothing else mentioned previously in this main post has changed, except that on STEAM platform the packs are actually ON SHELF FOR PURCHASE properly, which is totally different than what the EA colleague shared before (I quoted previously). Unfortunately I'm a Mac user so this doesn't help me at all, but for all your PC players this might be a good news for you to check out on STEAM to see if this is the same for you in your regions. Since this seems to be the only way, I might keep updating the information I could find on my own to help me, or anyone who cares about this issue, understand what's going on, at least before I give up purchasing. ----------------- Sep 5th 2025 edited ------ With the new EP "Adventure Awaits" pre-order coming, the EP "Enchanted by Nature", which WAS ON SHELF FOR PURCHASE DAYS AGO, now has been REMOVED from EA Store. What's more, there's NO WAY to create bundles ourselves to purchase now. This is BEYOND RIDICULOUS. I wonder which kind, or which exact terms, of regional standards would so kindly and mercifully allow a certain product to be SOLD IN A PHASE before getting PROHIBITED?? Is this REALLY about standards that come from the impacted regions (listed by EA colleagues below quoted earlier), or is this actually an EA Policy??? With no exact terms quoted, with no exact time schedule announced, the only gesture that Sims4 Players who are shut out from purchase can read from the current situation is that EA doesn't care about these players buying or not. Only speaking for myself, I understand the marketing policy to promote new products and withdraw the early ones in order to concentrate the revenue or whatever to meet the internal KPI, however, it is a totally different thing to keep customers in the dark, only throw out vague explanation and publicly launch new product in such a self-conflicting way. Aug 18th, 2025 ----------------- the original post ------------ As shown in my pics attached, I can't purchase the game pack "Growing Together"(in my wishlist) or "Businesses & Hobbies". The page of the pack display says "Not Available for Purchase / This game is no longer offered in our catalog, but there are tons more games to find. Just head to the browse page and start exploring." But the thing is, if I add "Growing Together" into a bundle and purchase other 2 packs in the meantime, the paying page will proceed. I'm a Mac user and I'm sure my EA app is updated for the recentest version. So, all I want to know is that is this a technical problem? (If so, how can I fix it?) Or is it just a promotion strategy that I can't purchase the above 2 packs only by themselves? (as all I can purchase solely on the app are those packs on sale)? I've seen lot of gamers talking about this situation on EA app for these 2 days. Since the sale is ending, I wanna know the answer, for obvious reasons. Thanks.
Missing Sims 4 Enchanted by Nature bonus content - Fairy Garden Digital Content
I bought Enchanted by Nature through the EA app on the 6th August, but have not received the Fairy Garden Digital Content bonus items. I have restarted my laptop and the EA app, and repaired the game but the Digital Content does not show up, and does not appear in the 'Manage add-ons' list. Enchanted by Nature is definitely downloaded and working."You don't own this game" despite just redeeming the key.
I have previously played Mirror's Edge via EA Play on my PC and wanted to play again without a subscription. The EA app had no option to purchase the game so I turned to CD Keys. I was able to redeem the code but the EA app is telling me I don't own the game. I have tried reloading the page in the EA app, logging out & in, flushing the app cache and uninstalling then reinstalling the EA app, all to no avail. What do I need to do to play this game? Hello I bought the enchanted by Nature pack a couple days ago and the extra content is not showing. I have searched for all three items and none come up. I have repaired my game and have un installed and reinstalled the game. The website states the extra content was available until August 21st so I'm confused as to where it has gone. It does not show up in the pack library under build items either. I have already removed all my mods so that is not an issue eithersteam paid BF6 didn't see in EA app

Issue purchasing in the EA app
i am trying to purchase BF2042 elite edition using the EA app during the sale and i cannot because an error appears for my card needs to be verified even though my card works fine on platforms like epic and steam and i cannot use other payment method such as paypal because the other of using it is not there i dont know what to doPurchased Madden 26 on Epic Games but still don't "own it"
I've linked my EA games app with Epic Games. If I unlink the accounts I can't re-link them until Feb of next year! I clicked to install my new game and it opens EA app to download it. Cool. The EA app doesn't say it's linked to Epic Games but my EA account on web browser DOES say I'm connected. I try to launch Madden in EA app and it says I don't own it? Completely useless! My sister wants her games back!
so my sister has been tring to get her games back on her EA app for about a year now! she lost all her games. she has did the chat twice and they sent her an email with things to try and none of it worked and they just keep telling her the same thing. (SO madding) she had alot of games that she paid good money for and they are all gone now. How is she suppose to get them back?
