They refuse to give me a refund for Ea play
I bought EA play not knowing that I don't have access to all the games. So I installed EA fc 26 just to have it there. When the application finished installing, it automatically put me in the game. So I left the game to give a refund for Ea play. at the refund I spoke with a lady who told me that I had already entered the game and that she could not do anything. I tried explaining her that it put me in automaticlly and i could not do anything she did not believe me. When I said I was going to make a complaint, she closed the chat and didn't say anything to me.EA PLAY subscription not showing up in EA app after purchasing through steam

Hey Everyone! Need some help with EA play sub payment, on the app I see the payment in PKR for EA play but last time I bought a game through EA app I was charged for Indian rupee rather than Pakistani Rupee. I have confirmed through account settings that my region is Pakistan. How can I confirm that the amount shown in EA app is actually Pakistani PKR and not in Indian Rupee. Would appreciate any help I can get in this regard.
been getting charged for ea play since october
i honestly dont know how im getting charged for ea play still, i have no payment methods saved and to my knowledge i cancelled the service and haven't been using it for months now, so i don't understand how im still getting charged for it. i had no clue i was even getting charged since its on a credit card i never use and never got a email from ea that i was even getting charged like many others do. im so tired of ea and will def never use this service again or buy a game from ea.
Can’t Buy EA Play Pro Subscription – Payment Always Fails
I’ve been trying to subscribe to EA Play Pro for days now and EA just won’t let me. First, I couldn’t even link my credit card for 3 days straight. When I finally got that sorted and tried to purchase the subscription, I got this error: "That didn’t work, let’s try again. If the problem persists you may want to use a different payment method or try again later." Well, the problem definitely persists. I’ve tried multiple times, waited, retried — same thing every time. I contacted EA support twice already, and absolutely nothing has been done to fix this. I just want to pay for the subscription and play, but EA’s system won’t even let me give them money. Has anyone else run into this? Is there any actual fix, or am I stuck waiting forever while support does nothing?Bought an EAPLAY subscription on PS4, but UFC5 is not available.
For some reason after buying the EAPLAY sub I get all the games for free, except the one that I actually want to try out UFC5. Having EA PLAY only gives me a 10% discount on this particular game. What is going on, and how do I fix this?
