EA Play Pro Membership Problem – Wrong Card Charged
Hello, I updated my payment method for my EA Play Pro membership, but EA tried to charge a removed or invalid card. This caused an error and I am being unfairly affected. This is not my fault. I kindly ask for my EA Play Pro membership to be reinstated at the previous price and for this issue to be reviewed by someone who can resolve it. Thank you.
EA Play Pro automatic fee withdrawal failed
When the automatic fee withdrawal failed, I renewed my membership manually, but the fee charged to me was many times more than it should have been. I need help please.. I live in Turkey. I was taking advantage of EA's country-based pricing, but here opposite happened and too much was charged, and I request that this error be corrected.

Let us buy games while having an active Pro subscription
I want to be able to buy BF2042 (currently on sale) so that I can stop my Play subscription at some point and still access it, but that's just not possible. This must be a mistake, because I can't imagine EA wouldn't let us give them more money. On the web store, I simply cannot click check out. In the App (horrible, by the way, objectively inferior to even the worst version of Origin), I can add the Elite Edition upgrade to the cart, but not the base game. And maybe this is just to prevent the careless from buying a game they have access to unecessarily, but I don't care about them. I know what I'm about, stop holding my hand.
Ea Play Pro game pre order
Hi guys, I want to buy the EA Play Pro for 1 year but I will only play Fc26 and BF6 and they are not out yet so I thought that it would be a waste of money to get this subscription now. The pre release bonus for FC26 ends on the 26th August and the game is only out 3 weeks after. Can I buy the EA Play Pro on the early release date and still get all the pre order bonuses ? or do I have to subscribe before the 26th ? Just like this user registered 12 years ago mentioned here: ea play psn | EA Forums - 12472180 , me and a few friends from all around the world can also confirm that the recent campaign with the $0.99 / €0.99 etc. for a month's subscription was FAKE! Why are you deceiving people like this? We tried all possible methods on August 18 and 19 through the PlayStation (Store) website & through our PlayStation 4 consoles, but nothing worked! Prove that this was not Fake by bringing it back (for real this time) for at least a couple of days and stop giving us the same copy-paste answers with "please note that some offers are platform-specific and may vary depending on the store" or others similar to this.Battlefield 1 "expired" while I should own the standard edition
I want to play Battlefield 1 again but the game page is showing some sort of Expired button. The game should be available within the EA Play subscription (which I have via the XBOX Ultimate pass) and I might have bought it actually ~10 years ago. The game does show up under My games in my profile and the game page says "Standard edition owned".
