Not getting wins when the opponent quits
Please can something be done about players quitting the game when they're losing and the opponent does not get the win. I play online Seasons and almost every game the opponent quits when I am in a winning position. They either wait till 80+ minutes to quit or if they're losing by a big scoreline, they will quit the game immediately and I will not get the win nor will there be a record to show I played that opponent. Sometimes they will cheat by pausing the game, do something to quit and a message will show "you have lost connection to your opponent..." Sometimes the disconnection will be immediately after you score (almost instantly) and you will not get the win and there will be no record of that game. And finally, they also cheat by stop playing after you score. The game will restart from the centre circle and the opponent will not move at all, then after approximately a minute you will lose connection to your opponent and not get the win etc. The level of frustration this causes when people are doing it almost every game is immense and I will not play online Seasons anymore until this issue is fixed. Hi, I've been a long time players of Fifa/FC. I recently only skipped FC 25 because I was sick of the terrible gameplay - this year it looked like you guys finally got your act together and I was keen to come back, and ordered the ultimate edition. Now, I pre ordered the ultimate edition through steam, I did this so I can get the advantage of being ahead of others, making some investments through the transfer market, etc. What I didn't expect is to have the transfer market locked....I was extremely annoyed to say the least. It took me a day to get through all of objectives to unlock the transfer market, only to be met with another 48 hour restriction upon unlocking it!? This is ridiculous. So not only am I unable to spend my coins on players to improve my team, I can't even make crucial early game investments which is why most people by the ultimate edition to begin with. So im technically 3 days behind other people that pre ordered the exact same thing as me, all because I didn't play FC 25!? This "Fine Print" is nowhere to be seen on the pre order details on steam, nothing that says "If you didnt play FC 25 you will be restricted on the transfer market through objectives and a 48 hour restriction". This is utterly ridiculous. You realise you would have a ton of returning players that skipped FC 25, decided to come back, and are hit with this!? You are going to lose players again. I even contacted support, his screen name was "JV" nice guy, but he couldnt do anything and even sympathized to this issue. So, there's no fine print about this in the pre order information, im behind 3 days now compared to everyone else, my account is not a new one, im not a bot. I genuinely deserve compensation for this, in the form of a refund or compensation of some sort on ultimate team for how much this has put me behind everyone else. I was playing gauntlet Tuesday. Was kicked out of ultimate team. since then, whenever I try load ultimate team I am greeted with “connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment” I’ve tried every single fix under the sun and nothing works. anyone has this issue?207Views8likes14CommentsI didn't get to choose between the player or the packs on level 40
When reaching level 40 I claim my rewards because I wanted the Tomori card to put into my team. Upon claiming the rewards I didn't get to choose between either of the 2 players or packs, it just gave me the packs. I haven't opened either of them as I hope someone can help me out or reverse it please as I wanted the Tomori card and not the pack, the Rodgers card I couldn't care about and don't mind getting the pack but its still annoying it bugged.379Views8likes16CommentsHourly SP Limit reached
Today I got a notification on Ultimate team to say that I had reached the 'hourly SP limit' and therefore wouldn't earn any more SP, this came after completing a match that should have given me around 3.6k SP which I didn't receive, the objectives have registered as completed and after speaking to an EA advisor I found out there's no way of trying to claim the earned SP back, even though they do admit that there is no indication of there being an SP limit until you have already lost out on the earned SP... this seems like a complete error on EA's behalf and shouldn't be a feature that's in the game if they have made that amount of SP available to obtain at 1 time!2.8KViews7likes30Comments
