Support Process Question: EA Help vs EA Forums
Dear EA Sports, I was advised by the EA Sports Support team (EA Help) to raise my concerns and issues with the game on the EA Forums, and I was assured that developers and relevant teams are active here. However, despite creating multiple posts outlining my concerns, none of them have been acknowledged by EA staff. I have worked in a corporate environment for over 25 years, and I must say that this level of communication falls well below the standard one would normally expect from a customer support structure. What I find particularly confusing is the process itself. EA Help, which is meant to support customers, redirects players to these forums to raise issues. Yet once customers follow that direction, it appears that no meaningful engagement takes place. From a customer perspective, this creates a situation where players are effectively moved from one support channel to another without their concerns actually being addressed. The only time I received a response was when a post included a three-letter word that apparently violated forum rules. That post received attention immediately, yet the actual concern raised in the post was not addressed in the response. This sends a rather unfortunate message that moderation is active, but meaningful engagement with the issues themselves is not. As a long-standing customer, this is disappointing. I have been playing EA football titles since the very first FIFA, well before the PlayStation era, and I have remained a loyal player for decades. Because of that, I find it difficult to understand why concerns raised by players here receive so little acknowledgement. I fully understand that companies must be careful when responding publicly. However, complete silence is also a response, and it is not a particularly reassuring one. If EA Help directs players to the forums, then the forums should function as a place where issues are at least acknowledged or discussed. Otherwise, the process risks appearing circular — players are redirected to the forums for help, but once they arrive, no help is provided. I would respectfully ask that this process be reconsidered, and that concerns raised here receive at least some level of acknowledgement from the relevant teams. I have earned badges and profile levels on this forum over time, but those are secondary. What matters far more is meaningful communication with the player community. Could EA staff please clarify whether posts raising gameplay concerns are reviewed and whether players can expect responses here? For clarity, could a member of the EA community team or moderation team please confirm whether gameplay concerns raised on this forum are reviewed by the development team, and whether players should realistically expect feedback or acknowledgement when such concerns are raised here? Understanding how this process works would be very helpful for players who have been directed here by EA Help. Thank you for your time and consideration.
launching error
So, ive been playing fc26 offline for a while (my wifi is horrendous so basically no online), and i came back from a 3 day vacation, for eafc26 to make a memory dump, attachment is what i mean. Believe it could be because the installer doesnt place the .sys anticheat file in my drivers folder in system 32, but thats just what ai tells me.Four Friends 🫂, Two Teams ⚽, One Missing Feature 🥺, Don’t Skip 2v2 Again!
One of the biggest letdowns in EA FC 25 was the absence of online 2v2 friendlies using real teams — something that’s been a dream feature for many of us. Right now, you can only play 2v2 locally with friends using clubs or national teams. But if you’re online and want to play 2v2 with three other friends (that are seperated), you're out of luck. We’re asking for a simple but powerful feature: Let four separate players (two on each team) play online using real-world teams in a friendly match. Why is this important? Siblings, cousins, old friends — people who live apart — want to team up like old times. It was heavily requested in FC 25 forums and left a lot of players disappointed when it didn’t return. We know the mechanics exist — it works locally. Let’s make it online. > 🎮 Let’s bring that community fun back. The demand is real.
Lost every game since the latest update.
This has happened in the last three updates. As soon as the game updates I lost 10 out of 12 games. I usually get close to half the games won or lost. But after updates like clockwork I lose 8 out of 10 games. Its obvious that since the update everyone got a lot better.
EA web app Auto builder is not working perfectly
Whenover i used to build squad and set limit for example for TWT item i set limit and then even players are availble but only few added rest are empty slot this is really time consuming thing now a days most of people who do SBC through web app now stop doing it due to manually pick in all 11 sqaud is time consuming job and people avoid it so please EA fix this issue whenever we select limit all players should be added in squad to avoid confusion.. attched picture how squad builder works every time then user need to add each player manually by selecting ony by one position...
FC 26 pro clubs. Bring back 10 divisions.
I type this to you today as a seasoned player. Please bring back the old division system of clubs. This system is broken due to the reset culture of the seasons that makes unfair matchmaking. I don't see as a company how you get someone to play for 4-6 weeks of a season the only offer a 10 /15 game playoff to last a week. Absolutely absurd. A playoff system in football is different to American sports so why try to bring that into the game. Shows complete incompetence and a total disregard for your player base. You cater for pro players with your game design but ruin it for the 99% of your customers. Also I was previously told the ten tier system couldn't be returned to clubs. This is obviously a lie considering that it still exists on online seasons. My hope is that EA read this and believe me when I say this. A LARGE majority of your clubs community want this to be implemented. I hope that this post is read by EA and replied to with an acceptable response. Thank You.Israeli League fc 26

This is an active league with history, tradition, and passionate fans. Clubs like *Maccabi Haifa, Maccabi Tel Aviv, Hapoel Tel Aviv, and Beitar Jerusalem* participate regularly in European competitions, facing teams that already exist in the game – yet they themselves are not represented. In community polls and feedback, *Israel consistently ranks high* in demand for new leagues. Still, despite strong support, this request remains unanswered. Commercial considerations are understandable, but from a marketing standpoint – *adding the Israeli league would significantly grow the local player base* and generate renewed interest in each new edition of the game. Moreover, this is also a cultural matter. For many of us, seeing our local clubs and players in the game is a dream that connects our love for football games with our love for our teams. My EAFC 26 won't connect to EA's servers. I've already reinstalled the game twice, cleared the cache, restarted the Wi-Fi, tried a wired network connection, restored network settings, changed the DNS, and nothing works. Any solutions? I've tried everything, even deleting my profile, nothing worked.
