Mut lineup screen update
So I have other posts on this but since the help desk said get more engagement and upvotes here I am again. After spending two hours on ea help, I'm convinced there's not going to be a fix on this. One of the reps legit used an AI generated response as an answer for things for me to try (already tried them. It's been 4 weeks remember!) I can't, in sound mind, continue to put money into a broken game mode/game. So here's the solution: STOP PLAYING ULTIMATE TEAM AND BUYING POINTS UNTIL THE PROBLEM IS FIXED! Reduced revenue on packs and points will maybe get these guys to fix the game. So if you've been having problems like me (missing out on 2 promos because of bugs on this game/game mode,) join me in generating some change by staying off the pack store, auction house, all of it. The recent update on 10/20 ruined the online gameplay for PC users. I have seen countless posts with no effort from EA to actually fix the problem. "On field visual display" off ONLY FIXES OFFLINE GAMES. The Ranked season ends in less than 245 hours and I haven't been able to even play for over a week due to this. We are heading into DAY 8! with no update and only one message from the EA team referencing PC lag in H2H. This should be completely unallowed and everyone on the bug fixing and development team for all platforms should be out of a job. The company rakes in billions per year with all the games and access to alll the technological resources you could ask for. YET we are in the dark like a 1940s attic about when we are able to play the game many people put hunrdereds of dollars in.A week and Not a word from EA! Cancelling my play account!
I own almost all the games i play outright however i pay still for a play account. I was mistakenly thinking this would make sure customer service might be helpful when i came across any issue with a game. I have been shown this is completely false. Even when EA bloke there own game they wont even post an update on information for it's customers. This doesn't even seem as this patch was alpha tested as if they didn't care and forced it out. Paying customers are at this time buying a broken product and EA clearly knows this and DOES NOT CARE! I won't fund a company that treats it customers like trash! I own lots of AE products like all the battlefield series and so many other titles. This has left a scar on this Brand name i wont forget! slow motion/stuttering crashing after a patch how do most companies handle this? Within 24hrs an emergency patch is released to fix the main issues. Here i am after the issues with madden 25 Battlefield series ect watching this i can't see anything but one post "we are working on it" posting a work around the players found. So after days of EA breaking the game they refuse to even give us an information update of any timeline. New buyers are at this time are buying a broken game. Owners who invested in the game are completely angered at this result of the money we spent the trust we showed. Forums at Steam, Reddit, here ect are screaming about this very subject. Discord lit for days yet still nothing more then a post. Does anyone see this as customer service or company pride in its product? Glad you have your money EA it seems to be the only part you really care about!
