SUPER BOWL DAY EVENT!
I’m sitting here playing today’s event.. 3/10 wins and grinding for the 10 wins. Dominating. Was up 35-0 or something and I lost connection to EA now I get to lose out on an awesome award because the servers are trash? How is this right? Why can’t you implement the Resume/Delete screen when this happens? I need compensation or atleast a reset.
Didn’t get my packs
So I bought 3 packs on Christmas I ended up opening up one of them which was okay. But then when I went to buy my other 2 packs with my Madden points the game lagged for like 3 seconds it kicked me out of the game. I ended up back loading back into Ultimate Team and I ended up not getting my packs at all and my points were all gone… I contacted EA live chat and they said they couldn’t do anything…Your game sucks
Don’t even want an issue resolved, but just wanna tell you how bad your game is. Wasn’t lagging all night AT ALL, and all of a sudden when I’m in my divisional round game in squads your garage game wants to desync me out. This happens every day with this dog 💩 game. Fix your servers man, this happens way too frequently. Also, if I have a desync why should that count as a loss when it tells me NO STATS OR “quit” WILL BE RECORDED. You wonder why nobody wants to play dis piece of 💩 game cuz you can’t fix simple 💩 just like this.No care
I have been talking to support for 24 hours. They can't help me with my missing co tent . Then they yell at me to come here . And nothing happens. I am missing out on 6 Ltd presents which everyone in this forum knows is so valuable. Like can I please get help. I will pay money to get my stuff back at this point
Twitch Drops Haven't worked since Madrid MCS
I haven't received any Twitch drops since the Madrid MCS last month. I'm missing multiple packs, the Ingram upgrade, and the Waller MCS card. Already filed two support tickets, and all they've told me is that the devs are "looking into it", but without any kind of timeline on what's gone wrong or when it will be fixed. I've been getting drops from the streams for the past 8 seasons without any issues before now. No idea why it started now but it's extremely frustrating and I'd sure like some indication that EA actually cares about how it's impacting their customers.
