Please Bring a Cross-Platform Auction House
Dear EA Madden Team, I’m writing as a passionate Madden NFL player who has been dedicated to MUT on PC for years, alongside a close-knit group of friends. There are 11 of us who start every season full of energy and excitement, but we’ve noticed the same heartbreaking pattern year after year: we can only enjoy roughly a quarter of the season before the PC Auction House becomes unbearable. No matter how much we love football and this game mode, the extremely limited PC player base makes it nearly impossible to enjoy MUT the way it’s meant to be experienced. The problem is simple: without enough active listings, the PC Auction House quickly dries up, prices skyrocket, card variety disappears, and the game stops being fun. Eventually, even the most dedicated players stop logging in not because we don’t love Madden, but because the economy and progression grind to a halt. This isn’t a matter of casual frustration; it’s about the survival of the PC MUT community. We’ve all seen what cross-play has done for gameplay matchups—why not extend that same life-saving benefit to the Auction House? Imagine if a card listed by a PlayStation player could be purchased by someone on PC, or if an Xbox seller could find a PC buyer. Suddenly, the MUT economy would be healthier for everyone, and the PC community would no longer feel like the forgotten segment of the Madden fanbase. From a business perspective, this isn’t just about making a small group happy it’s about engagement and revenue. If the PC community had a vibrant marketplace year-round, we’d stay invested all season long. That means continuing to buy packs, chasing limited cards, and engaging with every new promo instead of dropping off by Week 8. Right now, EA is losing out on an entire segment of pack buyers and loyal fans simply because the Auction House is isolated by platform. Cross-platform markets are not a radical concept—other sports titles and online games have implemented shared economies successfully, keeping all platforms healthy. With cross-play already a feature in Madden 26, the infrastructure is partly there. A unified Auction House would be the natural next step in leveling the playing field for every player, regardless of platform. We understand there may be technical challenges and considerations around balancing the economy across platforms, but the alternative is what we have now: a PC MUT community that dwindles away each year, no matter how much heart it starts with. EA has the opportunity to not only retain the current PC fanbase but grow it by showing that this community matters and that you are willing to invest in its longevity. We love this game. We love football. We want to stay here all season, year after year, and be part of the MUT excitement instead of watching it from the sidelines after October. A cross-platform Auction House could make that a reality. Please look into it. The PC MUT community’s survival depends on it.
Twitch Drops Haven't worked since Madrid MCS
I haven't received any Twitch drops since the Madrid MCS last month. I'm missing multiple packs, the Ingram upgrade, and the Waller MCS card. Already filed two support tickets, and all they've told me is that the devs are "looking into it", but without any kind of timeline on what's gone wrong or when it will be fixed. I've been getting drops from the streams for the past 8 seasons without any issues before now. No idea why it started now but it's extremely frustrating and I'd sure like some indication that EA actually cares about how it's impacting their customers.MUT squads is completely unplayable due to Lag/stuttering.
Yes, I turned off "On Field Visual Feedback" which only sort of helped with challenges and solo gameplay. Squads is still completely unplayable for me and my friends. Spent money this weekend on packs to upgrade my team to play with the boys and cant even play. Billion dollar company btw. Fix your game EA.
Keys for CPU play?
Hey all, I promise I was searching first but so much results are spam. I just got Madden 26 to fill the old Blitz itch, and I like this UT mode, but I was flabbergasted by the key requirement to play vs CPU. As I understand it, my only option for more keys are the weekly login and doing a full weeks worth of challenges, is that right? In addition, the login just doesn't seem to click. Do I log into the game, login to some app, or login to the site here? I swear I've tried all 3 and don't have my silver key and it's driving me nuts because I otherwise like this game. I know challenges are there, but I want to play full games, and I'm too green to stand a chance vs most human opponents....Hello is anyone having an issue with Sacks and Tup
It’s almost impossible to catch a sack dudes throw of sacks way too consistent this year compared too others there is no penalty to it. Throw under pressure stat simply doesn’t matter it simply doesn’t work you can throw under pressure and out of sack and still throw perfect spiral back shoulder passes 20+ yards up the field the game needs update before launch date it ruins the football experience my online H2H experience is throw out of sack throw out of sack throw out of sack 4&10 throw out of sack perfect spiral to a stem down post touchdown it’s hard to gameplan and be competitive for a broken game mechanic.

I’m sitting here playing today’s event.. 3/10 wins and grinding for the 10 wins. Dominating. Was up 35-0 or something and I lost connection to EA now I get to lose out on an awesome award because the servers are trash? How is this right? Why can’t you implement the Resume/Delete screen when this happens? I need compensation or atleast a reset.
