[PC] Mass Effect Unauthorized DLC Error
Commander, you've received a new message at your private terminal! Ready to jump back in the game and save the galaxy? Are you running into an error that matches the following: "Unable to authorize the listed DLC"? Below are the steps to help resolve this error when launching both Mass Effect 2 and Mass Effect 3. Checking your account First things first. Make sure you are logged into the correct account. With older titles, we may often end up with multiple EA accounts without realizing it. Use the following steps to verify you are in the correct account. Head on over to EA.com and log in with your EA credentials. Under the About Me section, make sure you see a Mass Effect ID. If you play on Epic/Steam/Switch, check the Connections tab at the bottom of the page to verify the accounts are linked. Click on Order History, change the drop-down to match All, and scroll through the content, as there should be logs here with each DLC name. Note: If the EA account previously had an EA Play subscription, once the subscription ends, you will lose access to any additional content the subscription provides. You can read more about what content is included in the Learn about EA Play article. Once you verify you are in the correct account, perform the following steps below as these should help reinstall the DLC content and resolve these errors. Troubleshooting Steps Locate the following folder on their PC Default Path: C:\Program Files\EA Games. This path may vary depending on where the player installs the game. C:\Program Files\EA Games\Mass Effect 2\BioGame C:\Program Files\EA Games\Mass Effect 3\BIOGame Delete ALL DLC content within the DLC folder Delete EA License Files Make sure the EA app is closed. Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time. Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (without the quotes) into the new Window > ENTER. Enable View Hidden Files and Folders Delete all files in the "License" folder. If the above steps do not resolve the issue, you will need to contact one of our advisors to review the account and the content currently linked to the account you log into the game with. Players can contact our live support team on our Help Site. To request a chat or open a case through email. Thanks!1.9KViews15likes0Comments[PC] Mass Effect Online Access Error in Multiplayer Mode

Hello, a couple days ago I reinstalling Mass Effect Andromeda on my steam account MisterDiego310, to play it again. Since then each time I try to get in the Online Features are disabled with the message: Missing Online Access. I can't Import or Export my character personalization nor can I access the Multiplayer side, and it is very frustrating because 2 years ago I bought and played the game normally, but now this issue is making me reconsider buying EA games if they are going to have this kind of online problems. I followed the troubleshooting guide on the EA Support page, but none of them have worked. I deleted and reinstalled the game, logged off and on and even uninstalled the EA App to check if those things could fix it up but nothing... I also reported and sent a Support description of my problem, I don't know if they attend those things, but I would like to know if there is something else I can do to.456Views2likes11Comments[PC] - MELE 2 ACT 3 UNPLAYABLE!! Can't enter Omega-4 Relay!
Hello! I am a new Mass Effect player who is about to finish MELE 2 with an imported Custom Female Shepard (was modded with cosmetics and textures, but I had restored the game back to vanilla). I am playing the game on Steam. I had just finished all the assignments I could possibly find along with finishing all the missions, including the completion of installing the Reaper IFF. After the last cutscene of the Normandy Assault where we played as Joker, I realised that the interactable NPCs (Kelly, Doctor Chakwas, and Mess Sergeant Gardner) were still present in the Normandy despite the mission stating that ALL crew members were abducted by the Collectors. I already felt that there was a problem upcoming. As soon as I clicked on the Omega-4 Relay on the map, it had no option to land. My only option available was to press the back button, but the Journal stated that I need to enter the Omega-4 Relay for my next mission. Basically, the game became unplayable after the Reaper IFF installation. On another note, another small bug's been lingering in my game, and I wonder if it has contributed to the existence of the Omega-4 Relay bug. I have Dossier: The Assassin still marked incomplete in Journal, even though Thane has already been recruited and became loyal. It says I have to go to Dantius Bridge but it's practically impossible since I already completed the mission. I assumed it was because my game was modded, so here's a list of what I've tried to fix the game: Restored my ENTIRE MELE game to back to vanilla. Deleted game progress until I was back to the mission where I obtain the Reaper IFF and replayed from that point onwards in vanilla. Still same result. Replayed Thane's recruitment mission, but I still have his mission marked incomplete in Journal. Got Steam to verify file integrity but no corrupt files were found after I restored the game to vanilla. I will attach the related files here. Hopefully I can get my game fixed! I would like to get to this issue as soon as possible as I want to get my Shepard imported to MELE 3 and obtain the Long Service Medal achievement!! Thank you :]! *Note, I found a user on Reddit with my exact same issue (Dossier: The Assassin bug included). They stated that they are also playing MELE on Steam with no mods, so I assume mods may not be the issue for the bug?Mass Effect Andromeda - Missing Online Access
Anytime I try to access multiplayer I get a "missing online access" message and I've tried every solution I could find on google and every time I try to contact an advisor I'm just given the run around, either with "fixes" that don't work or just referred to another advisor with the same "solutions" I've been through 5 different advisors today, I want to 100% the game but can't because of this and I've found no helpSolved252Views1like11CommentsMass Effect Andromeda: Missing Online Access
Trying to playing Mass Effect Andromeda, every time I launch the game it shows that I'm Missing Online Access. I bought the game through Steam and don't know if that effects it or not. At the time of posting this, I'm in contact for EA support, but it hasn't been of much help. I'm kinda out of ideasI can't access ME:LE because my account that is connected to steam got hacked
Around 2 years ago I played and finished MELE. Last year I got hacked on pretty much every account on pretty much every site I had connected my gmail/yahoo/steam accounts. It was bad, but I fixed up as much as I could. NOW I want to play again and with mods, but I CAN'T because some bichass hacker with a hotmail account has replaced my MAIN LINKED steam account. I think it was from last year. I need help with this pleaseMass Effect Andromeda: Missing Online Access
Hi, i got Mass Effect Andromeda Deluxe Edition from Steam but when i open the game or try to connect i got the error "Missing Online Access" I can't contact support, the bot deflects me every time, i always end up on "self service" no matter what i do. Are the servers still online? * i have already tried restarting the app to clear the cache (help - restart) * Created Firewall rules * Turned off Windows Firewall * Checked DNS and they are working fine, i use OpenDNS and Google DNS as primary and secondary DNS servers. The EA App is connected just fine, no problem with anything else but the game, all other gamers, plataforms, software etc works as expected, problem is isolated to ME: Andromeda. Thank you in advance. PS: My user is the same as in the forums "ImperatorXM"Solved
