Why do I have to take responsibility for all these bugs?
Why do I have to bear all these bugs? My account was banned because it got stolen, and now EA has even hidden my ban history. No one is handling my case, and customer service is just AI. What exactly are we players supposed to do?My account was hacked and then banned, and the only solution you gave me was to appeal. Now you’ve even closed the appeal channel. Is this the kind of service an international gaming company should provide? Is this a proper attitude toward players?I used to tell everyone that Apex Legends is the most fun game I have ever played in my life. But after dealing with your incompetent management, I am truly disappointed in EA and saddened by the future of Apex Legends. It’s pathetic, infuriating, and lamentable.24Views0likes0CommentsEc:10001,Ec:10005, black screen. stuck on loading screen in the launcher
1.when i enter EA app it shows black screen and network errors like ec10001, ec10005 and "you have problem with your EA account. 2.after using vpn it works and lets me log in and if i press sims 4 then the game doesn't launch...its stuck on a launching loop 2.5--i also chatted with multiple support advisors and followed instructions from them. i think its completely EA's fault in there servers or the system. because i and people only have problem with EA app, also i dont wanna use the ea app and open sims 4 from epic ....how can i do that? 3.i have tried many things to fix this sims 4 loading problem but nothing works. i already did these troubleshooting steps: i change my internet network and mobile data to enter the app because of black screen. i moved my mods folder to desktop and delete all cache files but game still loading. i try to play in offline mode but the sims 4 wont launch at all. i forced close all background apps and ea app from task manager. i use the app recovery tool and repair the game from the library. i also try to run the ea app as administrator and reinstall everything. i try to use vpn and change dns settings but still same problem. i try to log out and log in many times but the ea app keeps looping. i know people have these problems like ec10001 and ec10005 for 3+ years in the forms . i see people fixing it with random clicks or vpn but for me nothing is working for me. the ea app keeps looping the launch and saying "there's a problem with your account". i just want to play my sims 4 always offline without these issues. how can i fix this loading loop now? 4.Since the standard troubleshooting steps didn't work, I would like you to perform a manual verification of my account entitlements. Please check my Sims 4 game license and offline play permissions on the back-end. I believe there is a sync issue or a digital signature error (like EC10001) that is preventing the EA App from validating my account for offline use. Can you please refresh my account permissions manually so I can stop the loading loop and play offline?33Views0likes0CommentsApex- "Failed to launch game - An error on our end"
I’m experiencing an account-specific issue affecting EA games in cloud gaming environments. My EA account can successfully log in and launch games (such as Apex Legends) on a local PC. However, when using GeForce NOW, I can log into my EA account, but the game fails to launch after login with a login error. This is specifially for apex and battlefield. I tested with a different EA account on the same GeForce NOW setup, and it works perfectly. This confirms the issue is specific to my main EA account. GeForce NOW support has confirmed there are no issues on their end. I’ve also seen similar reports from other people experiencing this issue across different EA titles/games, which suggests this may not be isolated to a single game. Troubleshooting I’ve already done: Relinked Steam account, Reset password and logged out of all sessions, Tested multiple devices and networks At this point, it seems to be a cloud specific authentication or entitlement issue tied to my EA account. Its been going on for well over a year now and im tired of it. I can't run the game on my computer so I HAVE to use a cloud gaming service but they dont work.Trying to play FC 26 EA App wont install?

I've been trying to start ea for a couple weeks now, I've got the pop up of saying it needs an update but when i click update it pops up with "up to date exiting" and closes the tab. i thought maybe i had corrupt mods so i deleted them all, same thing. So i thought it if i tried to go through steam it would work but nothing. I'm not sure what to do, I've even restarted my computer. That's what it shows before the second pop up saying its already up to date. Anyone else have this problem??33Views0likes0CommentsNo play or download button for Sims4
I have no idea what happened here. I personally has never had a steam account. The app is installed in our computer, but only my husband has an account and he hasn’t played in weeks. I tried to open Sims4 today and it suddenly said “managed by steam” and asked me to login through that. I saw no reason for it suddenly to be linked to steam so I went to my account settings and lo and behold my ea account was linked to his steam so I unlinked them. I restarted the computer, tried to reopen the ea app, and now it only says that I own the standard edition of Sims4, but there is no play button. It also says my program file is located in the steam file and it’s now only on my husband’s account. I can’t redownload it either from ea because the download button is greyed out. What do I do???BF6 purchased from Steam is not showing up in the EA app
I bought Battlefield 6 from Steam months ago and I play it without any problems. The issue is that I can't see it in the EA app. I want to redeem some gift codes, but since it's not showing up, I can't. My account is correctly linked; I have other Steam titles that display without any problems, and this issue only happens with Battlefield. I've attached screenshots to see if an admin or user can help me with a solution. Thank you for your support. Hi, I’m looking for clarification or escalation regarding Sims 4 DLC compatibility and EA support guidance. I purchased multiple Sims 4 expansion packs through Steam (on Windows), and my Steam account is correctly linked to my EA account. All DLC appear in my EA library. However, on macOS, all packs are labeled “Available on Windows” and cannot be installed. I initially contacted EA support and was told my entitlements should work on Mac, which led me to spend several hours troubleshooting (cache clears, reinstall, etc.). After multiple chats and over 7 hours of support time, I was ultimately told that Steam purchases cannot be used on Mac and that I would need to repurchase everything. I understand that there may be platform limitations, but the conflicting information from EA support and the amount of time spent troubleshooting based on incorrect guidance has been extremely frustrating. I would also strongly recommend that EA consider working with Steam to create an option for Mac users to access content they have already purchased. As it currently stands, this creates a situation where customers are required to repurchase the same content for a different platform, which feels unfair given the cost of expansion packs and the expectation that linked accounts would provide cross-platform access. Is there any way this can be reviewed, or is there any official clarification from EA on this situation? I would really appreciate any guidance or escalation.87Views0likes6Comments[INFO REQUEST] "Service Limitations Apply" Error In EA app Or Online
Hi everyone, Over the past week, we’ve seen a small uptick in reports from players encountering a “Service Limitations Apply” error in the EA app on PC and Mac. This error appears during login, when launching a game via a third-party launcher (like Steam or Epic), or when trying to link those launchers to an EA account. To help us investigate and hopefully resolve this for those affected, please share the following information in your reply: Your region/country of residence Whether you are located in or connecting through a country listed under EA’s restricted regions (see: "EA games unavailable in some countries or regions") Are you using a VPN? If so, please disable it completely (make sure no VPN-related processes are running), reboot your device, and try again. Your EA app Error Reporter ID You can generate this from the EA app and post it here in the thread. See [INFO/GUIDE] Index - Troubleshooting the EA app. Once we have these details, we can investigate the issue further and try to identify its cause. Thanks for your help!27KViews7likes213CommentsNEW EA APP launcher installation may be corrupt started 2-19-2026
Seems EA is back to "its" games again. Starting 12-19-2026 the EA app launcher updated and failed to install and will not reinstall and it does not even install far enough properly to even do a proper uninstall. leaving files and registry trash un-removed. It is one thing to install and have it NOT work. It is another thing to partially install and leave files all over your PC. Good job EA another crappy software product. Last time something happened like this I could not get anything working for almost a year. Good job EA way to break whats not broke on a supposed better update. Now it erased the good WINDOWS EA app installation I had and installed a corrupt installation with bad entries in the the startup (msconfig = startup entries) that I had to keep removing manually because of dead entries and to stop the perpetual re-install loop EA created. The install NEVER completes and dies at about 90% of the installation because it is looking for bad installation paths and and then it remains in an installation loop after launch attempts and reboots. If you are lucky you might be able to perform a partial uninstall removal but it leaves all kinds of trash in the registry and leaves random installation files and folders all over the place. I spent 6 hrs trying to get BF3 working for my nephew and I have never seen such a crappy software package in my life as I have with this EA APP and to roll this out to the public without proper testing is criminal. Talk about unprofessional! It removed critical windows C++ files and never puts them back. I have tried many EA App downloads of various version and installs (which is really useless because they all pull from the same install directories but I wanted to be sure) NONE of them work and I know without a doubt 3 of the earlier version worked fine. I also managed to get an MSI.exe installation of EA APP and I was able to get the the EA service loaded but it would never connect and authenticate to EA hence even that did not work so this implies there has been a change in EAs link authentication process between this newest and the last EA APP versions (which basically means there is nothing any of us can do about that) I even went back to the old manual Origin Installation and it was able to get the EA background service installed working but then EA along came the forced installation to blow it all up again. and remove everything on its forced update and left me back in the installation loop. I have tried running the install as admin and in various compatibility modes, tried installation repairs (it to loops) , checked the ports they were good but no data was moving so I suspect the installation never gets far enough to create the port communication protocols completely and this is also because it never seems to install the EA background service fully either. So it all comes back with the same and no luck same results. Tried manually blowing away all the files I could find in the file system and the registry the tried 3x ...no change. Scoured EAs website for a cleanup tool like they had years ago and nothing.. My God! who built their help site. The colors are so dark you cannot even read the pages. It is impossible to read or even put in a case. Brilliant move EA. (Was this your intent to begin with?) I am able to get to the BF3 gateway website and access my online web BF3 profile and everything works fine on that side. Heck ever punkuster was working but without the EA launcher you cannot get authenticated into EA to launch anything in the software library. It just fails because it is an incomplete corrupt installation and therefore not connecting to EA hence the Game apps will not launch.. So it is crystal clear this is a failure with the EA App specifically.. All the web access and web plugins function normally.. So it is not the OS, or the Browser or even my system files. it is the EA APP that is the problem. I have scoured the web and there are MANY MANY MANY MANY complaints of various issues all related to the same EA app problem. I have found no clear fixes. anywhere and EA support has been next to nothing. No fixes , no support phone number, no chat, no response, no nothing. They left the EA customers to their own discoveries to try to fix the problem with zero support. Pathetic! I suspect this is their FORCED answer to ending support for earlier windows editions which is ridiculous for a web interface product. All you need is a login web site the people can authenticate to and not a separate installation app. EA come to the the 21st Century we are waiting on you. So you sent out bad software and then ostracize people who have been customer for years. POOR POOR POOR! I know this will be the last EA product I will ever buy considering how they throw garbage out after we pay top dollar and don't even support it. My god.. EA wonders WHY they are losing so much market share and why people are moving away from their products. Ie their last BF6 release for example. I cannot imagine why with this garbage support. I must say this has been frustrating to be left hanging by EA like this..... Guess I go tell my nephew to go to the store to go pick out something other than an EA product since it does not look like this game or any others he plays will be running any time soon. Way to lose another customer EA. Keep up the good work!
