Unlinking
I am a user on EA Play and have my Xbox account linked to a Gmail that isn't active anymore. I am wondering how I can contact EA so that they can respond to me with the right Gmail. From research, it looks like they are the only ones who can unlink my Xbox account from the EA account. Also, do I need to show any proof that I am the right user as well, or will they know?
Hackers in Draft
litteraly the second game i got into from my draft i faced a hacker. All my player icons went white the game froze but i still heard the commentators. Then the game just shutdown and i got a dnf message while i didn't do anything. My draft has ended and i got a penalty for leaving while the hacker just crashed my pc. How is this even still happening what a shame that they still ruin the pc community that's why so many people won't play pc because of the hackers. That is also why i never face console players because the they all turn of crossplay. And after all that i can't even see the guy's name so i can't report him. I feel like ea needs in implement a report button in game anyways."Service Limitations Apply" Error and useless technical support
I created another useless discussion because in the old one many people reported their problems, and the company did absolutely nothing to help players from Ukraine, and technical support only gives useless advice, and then closes cases as having no solution, so I hope that players who have problems will make as much noise as possible so that the deaf company EA will hear the players at least for a moment, and this is just one voice out of many.

No matter what site I launch it from, the EA App or Steam, games like Skate. and BF6 crash my PC, effectively turning it off. It isn't a hardware issue, as my PC is rather high end, RTX 4070. This keeps occuring maybe on each game I play, the longest i've gone without crashing would be 20 minutes, and fix would be nice because this is getting frustrating. I've cleared the cache on steam and EA app, I've verified files on both, gone and checked the anti-cheat software as well, and reinstalled again and again and there is no fix. As mentioned, it is not a hardware issue, it is a software issue, please help me fix this issue.Banned account with no violation history
My account has been banned(Error code: EC-107) since oct 16 due to system abuse i tried to write a new case and accidentally closed my penalty history case there for i have no history of any penalties to appeal them and every time i reach out to advisors in online chat, they respond like AI and they dont tell me what to do, if you are an EA employee please message me and help me submit an appeal for my main account that has been banned, i never cheated and never did any actions against ea rules and i like to have a manual review for my banned account.My old Account Hacked/Stolen - Changed Email & Login

Game License Invalid. No Fix Has Worked
I've had this issue for over a month now and I just want to play some Sims. I tried launching the game and I keep getting the same error of "Game License Invalid" no matter what I do. Here's a full list of every way I've tried to fix this: Cleared Caches Repaired the game files Reinstalled the game Reinstalled the EA app Reinstalled with no add-ons Installed on a different app (Xbox and Steam) Clean boot of my PC Authorized all versions of the executable in my firewall and antivirus Authorized EA in my firewall and antivirus Turned my firewall off None of these solutions have done anything but occasionally make the launch popup last a few fractions of a second longer. I'm desperate to find out how to fix this because I've put a lot of money into the game and would like to not lose out on over $400 from add-ons.
EA Sports FC 25 Activation Issue
Dear EA Support, I am experiencing an issue activating EA Sports FC 25 on my computer. Every time I try to launch the game, I receive an error stating that the game could not be activated using the EA account I provided. I have followed all the tips given by the previous advisor, but I still can’t open my EA FC 25. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled Steam, EA, and FC 25 overnight, but it still won’t open. Every time I try to launch it, it shows the same message as in the picture I sent in the file. I have also deleted the License file as instructed by the previous advisor. I have followed other steps from YouTube as well, but the result is still the same—I can’t open the game. Please help me. I even created a new EA account, but the same screen still appears as shown in the file. I’ve tried everything, including running EA as an administrator, deleting and reinstalling, but it still doesn’t work. I even deleted FC 25 and re-downloaded it, but it still won’t launch. Before this, I could play without any issues, but starting yesterday, this problem appeared. What else can I do? Please help me. I’ve spent the entire night trying to fix this, but there’s still no solution.
