Unfair banned
Dear EA Support Team, I am writing to formally appeal the recent ban on my Battlefield account. I strongly believe this penalty is a false positive triggered by a technical conflict between the EA Anti-Cheat system and an incomplete BIOS/Secure Boot configuration on my PC. Prior to the issue, I was adjusting my motherboard settings to comply with the game's security requirements. However, the Secure Boot configuration was not fully completed or correctly registered by the system. Despite this incomplete setup, the game allowed me to launch and enter the application. Directly after entering the game under these conditions, my account was penalized. This ban is entirely an automated technical error. The EA Anti-Cheat system misinterpreted the incomplete firmware state and the sudden hardware/BIOS changes as unauthorized software or suspicious activity, which is completely incorrect. I have never utilized any third-party software, hacks, macros, or cheats of any kind. I am a legitimate player who simply fell victim to a strict anti-cheat trigger caused by a bad synchronization with my motherboard's security settings. I kindly request a human representative from the Terms of Service team to review my case, match logs, and the automated trigger report. You will find zero evidence of malicious software or unfair advantages. Thank you for your time, understanding, and for helping me resolve this technical misunderstanding so I can return to the game. si desconecto el steam deck de internet, cuando inicio titanfall 2 la ea app dice que tiene un problema para conectarse, pulso en "ok" y el juego inicia sin problemas, pero si inicio el juego conectado a internet la ea app se muere, mata el juego y si dejo pasar más de 5 segundos se cuelga el steam deck. if i disconnect the steam deck from the internet, when i start titanfall 2 the ea app says that has some problems to connec, then i click "ok", the game starts without problems, but if i start the game conected to internet the ea app dies after starting the game, kills the game and if i let more than 5 seconds in that state the steam deck get stuck, and the only way to get out of that is pushing the steam deck power button to force a restart, i need to get out the game the very moment i realize the game is killed by the ea app.ea app, titanfall 2 y steam deck workaround
reinstalé titanfall 2 en mi steam deck luego de haberlo desinstalado en la mañana del 27 de agosto del 2026, lo instalé y cuando iba a instalar la ea app le di en "customize settings" y desactivé la instalación del icono en escritorio, entré a matchmaking de defensa fronteriza, y me salí, reinicié el steam deck y luego inicié el juego de nuevo, se iba a romper la ea app en el resize, pero siguió funcionando, se me hizo raro, así que me salí del juego y luego lo volví a abrir, pude jugar una partida de defensa fronteriza y aunque el juego funcionaba medio raro, porque le dejaron un resize como de tv crt y los nuke titans se movian raro, pero ya funcionaba mejor que antes el juego, no sé qué pasó. i reinstalled titanfall 2 in my steam deck after uninstalled it in the morning of the 27 of august of 2026, i reinstall it and when the ea app was going to be installed i clicked in "customize settings" and unmarked the "install an icon in the desktop", i reach the game and started frontier defense, then i went back to steam, restart the console, then start titanfall 2 again, the ea app look like it will break again but somehow survived, i went back an started the game again, it stutted but started, i played some frontier defense, the game was resized to look like a crt ratio and the game stuttered sometimes, the nuke titans move somekind strange but aside those 2 things the game was kinda normal, i did not know what happened, it worked 3 times so i do not know if it was because of the unmarked install of the icon desktop or what happened.
Problemas para ingresar al juego
Buenas noches. Hoy durante la tarde en reiteradas ocasiones eh intentado jugar Battlefield 6, desde Steam y no eh podido ya que me aparece la pantalla de carga y el texto que dice "iniciando juego". En cuestión de segundos se cierra la imagen del juego y se deja de ejecutar. Quisiera saber a que se debe el problema, ya que mis amigos no tuvieron este inconveniente y yo jugué normalmente ayer durante la noche. Pero hoy me he encontrado con este problema que no logré solucionar. Intente reinstalar el juego, cerré el antivirus por si eso daba alguna interferencia pero todavía no logre ingresar. Necesito saber si alguien más le paso y de ser asi decirme como puedo solucionarlo. Muchas gracias.
The anti-cheat files always get corrupted when opening REDSEC.
I want a logical explanation as to why or rather, why it even lets me launch the game in the first place the three anti-cheat files keep breaking; it is literally always those same three files. Someone please tell me how to fix this before I actually refund the game. La ea app se rompe en un resize del juego al iniciar el juego desde steam deck mientras está conectado a un dock ugreen que tiene hdmi, pero si inicio el juego desde el deck con el hdmi desconectado, el juego funciona sin romperse, entro al match making de defensa fronteriza, detengo el match making y entonces conecto el cable hdmi, el juego hace un resize raro, pero todo sigue funcionando. The ea app breaks when the steam deck resize the ea app at the start of the game while i have the steam deck docked in a ugreen dock with hdmi output, if i start the steam deck with the hdmi cable disconected, the game starts fine, i enter the frontier defense mode and stop the match making, then i connect the hdmi cable, the game looks strange but it does not die, so i think the resize from the docked mode in steam deck its killing the ea app, or the ea app dies in that resize, i did it after the loop matchmaking problem solved, and this is not the first time it happens, i hope someone repairs this.

Hola. Tengo un problema grave de sincronización que arrastro desde hace aproximadamente un año. Mi cuenta tiene un historial mixto,: el juego base gratuito y varios packs son de Steam, mientras que muchas expansiones y kits los active directamente de la EA App (por sorteos y compras con códigos de creador). Además, tengo el juego instalado en un disco duro secundario. El juego funcionaba perfectamente con este historial mixto hasta que, hace un año, tras una actualización de EA, el antivirus me pidió permisos de administrador para volver a ejecutar el juego a través de Steam,. Desde ese cambio en el ejecutable, mi cuenta entró en un bucle dell que no ha salido: En mi biblioteca de Steam el juego aparece congelado con la etiqueta falsa de `SIN INSTALAR¨, aunque puedo jugar. Este conflicto de validación de registros bloquea la optimización ``Memory Boost¨ y el uso correcto de -Direct !!, a pesar de tender un hardware potente y preparado. En cada pantalla de carga, la EA App fuerza una verificación de mis DLC mixtos, anulando mi privacidad y cambiándome el estado de ´invisible¨ a ``en linea´´ continuamente. Es un fallo de comunicación de sus servidores al validar cuentas mixtas en discos secundarios tras aquel cambio de ejecutable. Por favor, revisen los registros de licencias. Gracias.
No suman puntos de los desafíos
Estuve jugando hoy en hice varios desafíos de puntos del pase de batalla, pero no me los sumaron, es decir, no se cargaron los puntos, hasta use un bonus y pues según esto lo mal gaste... Entonces que hace uno ahí, perdí todos los puntos, en bonus..??? No hay donde poner una queja formalcrash cuando estoy en el juego
cada vez que inicio el juego y pasan unos segundos que esta buscando partida se crashea. Tengo que validar los documentos desde steam para poder jugarlo, steam me dice que encuentra 3 archivos que están mal y los vuelve a descargar y ahí si me deja jugar sin que se crashee, pero tengo que hacer eso cada vez q abra el juego, por ende tengo que esperar aproximadamente unos 10 minutos para poder jugar o mas
