FC 27 Core Presentation Request: Replays, VAR, Cutscenes, and Controller Fix
Dear EA Sports Dev Team, I am writing to submit critical proposals to improve the immersion, presentation, and technical aspects of EA SPORTS FC 27. Previous editions like FC 25 and FC 26 were disastrous due to repeated bugs after updates, and we hope you fix these issues for a successful season ahead. Please implement the following features: Improve Post-Match & In-Game Replays: In previous editions, the game failed to show replays for critical moments like dangerous attacks, close shots, tackles, and corners. The replay system must be heavily improved Match Immersion (Referee Debates & Red Cards): Add contextual referee arguments during high-pressure games. Players and technical staff should be able to argue with the referee, leading to realistic yellow or red cards for dissent. We also need physical player altercations and illegal fouls/clashes, just like real football. Optional VAR Mechanic: Add a Video Assistant Referee (VAR) system. It can be optional, flashing a notification on the screen, with a dedicated controller button assigned to request or view the check. Cinematic Cutscenes & Award Presentations: Enhance cinematic stories for a better experience. We want to see official post-match/tournament trophy scenes on the pitch, specifically for the Golden Boot award and the Player of the Match/Tournament award. Built-in Controller Configuration Launcher: Fix the chronic controller compatibility issue that has ruined all previous parts. EA must add an external settings launcher—similar to PES—where players can configure graphics, display, and controllers natively. Forcing us to use third-party software causes input lag and ruins the game. Thank you for your hard work, and we hope FC 27 avoids past mistakes and moves forward successfully.
Ideas input - for making Player Career mode more interesting outside the pitch
With the upcoming FC 27 releasing soon, it might be too early to say how big the potential of the "The Grounds" is, but I feel like limiting this component to online interaction only feels like a missed opportunity. Hopefully my reservations are proven wrong though, once the game gets released. For the idea input, you'd add a calendar-based RPG sandbox component of balancing your player's daily/weekly limited activities (time-blocks) to specifically train which football stats (such as Pace, Physical, Mental etc.), improve your own off-pitch "Social Stats" for a variety of on-/off-pitch bonuses (ex. Knowledge improving the rate of raising mental skills, and the adaptability of tactics of your player while AI controlled; Courage improving rate of aggressiveness and defensive stats, while lowering AI teammate's pressure on high-stake games; Diligence to improve the rate of raising pace/physical skills, and making personal training sessions more effective; Charm improving composure/defensive awareness (considering FC26 still doesn't allow editing these stats through the player editor), and making it easier to build support with teammates to build team chemistry or learn one of their PlayStyles/making it easier to get better contract terms/endorsement etc.; Proficiency to improve rate of technical stats & making it easier to improve Weak Foot/Skill Moves - with sufficient levels allowing you to build support with players of higher OVR, and maxing a Social Stat rewarding you with a Playstyle/Playstyle+ upgrade, which makes earning the progress of leveling your player feel more meaningful), spending your earned salary on consumable items to help you with training, cosmetic items, gifts to improve support with teammates etc. To balance the game time spent, Player Career mode could be limited to 1 season only, with subsequent seasons effectively counting as New Game+ with the option of retaining all your progress, reset your football stats gained, or retain your cosmetic progress/salary only. Not only do I feel that it will improve career mode gameplay, but I also feel like it will allow you to get attached to your biased players. To the point of hopefully getting them in Ultimate Team. Even though I'm not sure how well receive this component will be for the public/devs, and how feasible it will be to develop in a short development cycle, but I do hope that you take it in consideration and consider making a neglected offline component more immersive to play with for the near future even though it might be not as popular as playing Ultimate Team (which I have yet to try out, but my reservations of Gacha prevent me to do so). Hello EA SPORTS FC Team, I would like to suggest adding Alex de Souza to EA SPORTS FC 27 as a Hero or Icon. Alex de Souza is a legendary Brazilian footballer who became a huge icon at Fenerbahçe. He is especially loved by Fenerbahçe fans and is remembered as one of the greatest players in the club's history. I believe adding Alex de Souza to FC 27 would be amazing for Fenerbahçe fans, Turkish football fans and the EA SPORTS FC community. Please consider adding him to the game. Title: [BUG] Missing substitution cutscenes & robotic/glitchy audio Hello EA Sports team, I'd like to report a few bugs I've encountered while playing EA Sports FC 27 on PC (MSI laptop). 1. Substitution cutscenes are missing. Normally there's a camera animation showing a player being subbed out and the new player coming in, but in my game this animation frequently doesn't play at all, so substitutions just happen instantly with no visual transition. 2. During replays (for example after a goal), the camera sometimes shows a strange angle fixed on the center circle, like a cameraman standing there, instead of showing the actual goal action. 3. Most frustratingly, the in-game audio randomly turns into a crackling, robotic-sounding distortion, as if the sound is stuttering or delayed. Some sound effects (like commentary or crowd/stadium audio) disappear completely, even though gameplay/FPS remains smooth with no lag. Troubleshooting steps I've already tried before reporting: - Disabled all audio enhancements (Nahimic) - Changed the audio sample rate in Windows settings - Verified integrity of game files - Updated audio drivers The issue still persists after all of this. Jan Jarkovský was a Czechoslovak footballer who played for Bohemians Prague and represented Czechoslovakia during the 1970s. 🇨🇿 JAN JARKOVSKÝ — CAREER Position: Striker Born: 16 January 1947 Height: 175 cm Weight: 70 kg Club: Bohemians Prague Nationality: Czechoslovakia 🇨🇿 INTERNATIONAL CAREER Czechoslovakia: 5 international appearances Goals: 0 International period: 1973–1975 He represented Czechoslovakia against some of the strongest national teams of his generation. One of the most important moments of his career came on: 🇧🇷 Brazil 1–0 Czechoslovakia 📅 7 April 1974 🏟️ Maracanã, Rio de Janeiro Jan played for Czechoslovakia in front of the huge Maracanã crowd. For me, he is my grandfather. I grew up with his football story and with the memorabilia that he kept from his career. I have seen the shirts, heard the stories, and learned about the matches he played in. I would love to be able to open EA SPORTS FC one day and see his name in the game. I know that there are thousands of great footballers throughout football history, and I understand that adding a player to FC is a complicated process. I am not asking because I think my grandfather was the most famous footballer of his generation. I am asking because football history is made up of more than just the biggest names. Players like Jan Jarkovský were part of an era of football that deserves to be remembered. And his story has something very special: A Czechoslovak international playing at the Maracanã against Brazil in 1974, followed by a shirt exchange with Marinho Chagas — with that shirt still preserved by his family today. Legendary Difficulty… Chest Tightness and Heart Pains
Exactly what EA wants under the name of the gameplay it invented: blatant unfairness, and a desire to crush players and put them under psychological pressure that can lead to more health problems. What EA wants has nothing to do with developing your skills or improving your level. What it wants is for you to pay it from your own money so that it can bring out the worst in you in the name of the enjoyment of football. So how are we supposed to beat an unbeatable AI when we don't have good players or good luck? Not to mention the physical challenges and violence that the players are subjected to. And if you think it ends there, wait until you see the script supporting the AI in the physical battles, where it eventually gets the ball. No matter how well you defend your goal, it will eventually get the ball and score more goals. We are literally living through the atmosphere of the Egypt vs. Argentina match in the World Cup, where awareness is absent and refereeing corruption is widespread. No matter what the AI does to the players in terms of physical challenges and fouls, it will not receive the yellow cards that you will receive. It will even get penalties. Didn't I tell you? We are paying EA with our own money for a game that we want to enjoy after a long day of work, but EA takes our money and turns us into lab rats subjected to a sick gameplay system that forces you to become angry and stressed, and perhaps even feel pains in your chest. And the reason is EA, whose employees and developers are paid with our money. And if you ask them for updates, they will tell you: "Wait until you adapt to the illness."Please add Amedspor Kit and crest to Ultimate Team
Hello EA Sports, I would like to request that the official Amed Spor (Amed SK) club crest and kits are added to Ultimate Team in EA SPORTS FC 27. Amed Spor is a club from Turkey’s Süper Lig and is already included in FC 27. It would be great if its official home/away kits and club crest could also be available as FUT cosmetics. There are many Amed Spor supporters who would love to use the club’s real crest and kits in Ultimate Team. Please consider adding them to FUT. Thank you!

Hello EA SPORTS FC team, I would like to share some positive feedback about EA SPORTS FC 27. In my opinion, the game currently feels very good and the gameplay is enjoyable and well-balanced. I really like the way the game plays right now. I would like to suggest keeping the current gameplay as close as possible to its current state in future updates. If possible, please focus on fixing bugs and technical issues, rather than changing the gameplay. I think FC 27 is in a good place right now, and I would love to keep playing it for many months with a similar gameplay experience.

Hello EA SPORTS FC Team, I would like to suggest adding one of the greatest legends in Bulgarian football history to EA SPORTS FC: Gheorgi Asparuhov, known as Gundi. Gundi was a legendary Bulgarian striker who represented Levski Sofia and the Bulgarian national team. He is widely remembered as one of the most iconic footballers in Bulgarian history, and his legacy remains extremely important to Bulgarian football fans. I believe he would be a fantastic candidate to be represented as an ICON in EA SPORTS FC. Adding him would also give Bulgarian players and fans the opportunity to see one of their country’s greatest football legends represented in the game. Follow-up: [BUG] Missing substitution cutscenes & robotic/glitchy audio (Previously Reported) Hello EA Sports team, I'm following up on my previous bug report submitted on September 22, 2026, regarding missing substitution cutscenes, a stuck replay camera, and robotic/glitchy audio in EA Sports FC 27 (PC, MSI laptop). Since my last report, I've done further testing and wanted to share some additional findings that might help with diagnosis: 1. I ran "Verify Integrity of Game Files" on Steam, and it found and re-downloaded some corrupted files. However, after this fix, the robotic/glitchy audio issue still returned during a later play session. 2. The audio issue does not happen immediately at the start of a match. It only appears after playing for several minutes, and the exact timing varies randomly between sessions (not tied to a fixed time or a specific in-game event that I've been able to pinpoint so far). 3. I also ruled out several other potential causes on my end: - Disabled all audio enhancements (Nahimic/DTS) – no change - Verified RAM usage during the issue – it was only around 70% (11GB/15.7GB), so it doesn't appear to be a memory/resource exhaustion issue - Confirmed gameplay/FPS remains smooth throughout, even when the audio distortion occurs - Network connection is stable and not related (audio assets are processed locally, not streamed online) Given that corrupted files were found but the issue still recurs, I suspect this could be related to how the game reads/streams audio data during longer play sessions, though I'm not fully certain. I wanted to pass this along in case it's useful for your team's investigation. Could you please provide an update on whether this is a known/tracked issue, and if there's any estimated timeline for a fix? Thank you for your continued attention to this.
