Add a "Rolled-up Sleeves" Option in the First Upcoming Title Update!
Hi EA Team, Since the game is already out, I would love to suggest a new realism feature to be added in an upcoming Title Update for the Kit Customization menu: "Sleeve Style". Building on the current sleeve choices (Short, Long, and Under-layer), this option would let us control how the sleeves are worn. In real life, many football players prefer to roll or push up their long sleeves to their forearms or elbows during matches. Proposed Feature: When a player selects "Long Sleeves", a sub-option should appear: - Default: Standard full-length long sleeves. - Rolled-up / Pushed-up: Sleeves folded or pulled up the forearm. I truly hope to see this adjustment implemented in a future update to enhance player authenticity, especially in Career Mod e and Clubs!Overhaul Career mode tactical suggestions and dynamic manager formations

We request an interactive tactical notification system that allows the custom player to share tactical decisions with the AI manager and shift the current repetitive system based on player status and season context. Below are the functional specifications for the engineering and AI teams. 1. STAR PLAYER TACTICAL SUGGESTIONS NOTIFICATION ENGINE DESCRIPTION Implement a conditional dialogue framework where the AI manager sends tactical notification prompts directly to the custom player allowing input on team tactics. EXECUTION TRIGGER Condition Custom player becomes the top rated star player and primary goalscorer driving team progression. DIALOG RESPONSE OPTIONS The manager sends a dynamic prompt with 3 distinct tactical suggestions. The player selects 1 option and the AI manager applies this tactic. ROTATION LIFECYCLE Trigger this interactive feature periodically during key season moments or ahead of high stakes knockout and final matches to replicate real life star player involvement. 2. MANAGER ROLE AND PLAYSTYLE SUGGESTION PROMPTS DESCRIPTION Activate a secondary notification channel focusing entirely on individual player duties within the active starting lineup. MESSAGE CONTENT The manager sends a targeted instruction suggestion regarding a new custom playstyle or tactical role on the pitch. SELECTION PROCESS The player chooses 1 response out of 3 options to safely recalibrate their default tactical positions. 3. ANTI STATIC FORMATION AND DYNAMIC MANAGER LOGIC DESCRIPTION Unlock the current constraints that force the AI manager to run a single static formation throughout the career mode lifecycle to fix this broken system. MINIMUM VARIETY CAP Force the engine database to assign at least 3 distinct tactical formations and playstyles per licensed or generic AI manager. DYNAMIC SHIFTING ENGINE Implement a logic array allowing the manager to change formations and playstyles automatically based on opponent difficulty or star player recommendations instead of current programming limits. GLOBAL SCOPE APPLICATION Deploy this dynamic tactical suggestion engine uniformly across Player Career Mode in upcoming title updates to fix the static system. I hope this is implemented to stop overcomplicating things for us. Every time we request a change to the managers formation and playstyle in Player Career Mode instead of the constant static system throughout the season which is highly frustrating. We have requested many times to add at least 3 distinct formations and tactics per manager in Player Career Mode but nothing ever changes. Will switch 2 have the full pack opening experience? Last year this was a huge letdown for me as theres was 0 hype in getting good players, they were just there. also another simple note to please turn that crossplay switch on in you hq as it just doesnt make sense why i would pay full price for a game that wont find matches in certain gamemodes. Its pretty much robbery. And if switch 2 players are in a disadvantage, fine thats our problem not yours. Call of duty literally did this and the beta did really well so please make it happen before full game release.

An additional proposal regarding team playstyle and formation changes: I previously requested enabling these features dynamically and automatically in Player Career Mode. If this automated system is currently too difficult for you to implement, I hope you can apply it as a manual option as described in the explanation below: * Manual Pre-Match Lineup Adjustments: In Player Career Mode, instead of forcing the player into the manager's rigid baseline formation for the entire save, implement a lightweight UI option before matches allowing users to manually tweak the starting formation, select from multiple pre-set realistic tactics per team, and adjust player positionings freely. * In-Match D-Pad Tactical Toggles: Re-enable and fully unlock the D-Pad directional controls during live gameplay in Player Career Mode. This allows users to issue instant, dynamic tactical instructions to teammates on the fly, toggling vital systems such as: (High Press, Balanced, Ultra-Attack, Defensive, or the Offside Trap) to adapt to real-time match dynamics. Hi EA, I’m writing because the Youth Academy in Career Mode has so much potential but right now it feels really underdeveloped and outdated. Here’s exactly what I’d love to see changed and improved: 🔹 The Problem Right Now You scout a top young prospect with huge potential, but they just appear with a generic look, zero personality or unique traits, and literally just sit in a menu until you decide to promote them. There’s no journey, no development story, and it feels completely disconnected from the actual football experience. The current youth tournaments are a nice touch but they’re nowhere near enough. 🔹 What We Actually Want – Full Academy System U18 & U21 Teams: Proper youth squads that play in their own realistic leagues and domestic cup competitions throughout the entire season. UEFA Youth League: If your club qualifies, your academy side should compete in it too – playing against other top clubs' young talent in Europe. Full Match & Stats Tracking: Follow every single youth game. See goals, assists, clean sheets, ratings, form streaks, injuries, everything. You should be able to see: '17-year-old striker – 26 goals in 20 games this season' and actually care about it. Manage Or Delegate: Let us choose formations, tactics, and lineups for our youth teams – OR hire a dedicated Youth Academy Manager to handle it all for us if we want to focus only on the first team. Either way should be an option. Real Storylines: Imagine your star youth striker is on fire, your main first-team striker gets injured in a title run, and you have to promote this youngster for his debut. That’s the kind of real, emotional narrative Career Mode is missing right now. Scout Other Academies: Let us browse every club’s youth setup across the world. See who’s lighting up the youth leagues in South America, Europe, or anywhere else – not just the randomly generated players we scout ourselves. Give us proper global scouting visibility at youth level too. This wouldn’t just be a small upgrade – it would completely transform Career Mode. Developing youth would actually mean something. Every season you’d have new stories, new talents emerging, and real reasons to care about your academy beyond 'wait until their overall goes up'. It would make the mode deeper, more immersive, and infinitely more replayable the idea was completely mine but I used ea to make it more detailed and better to understand
