F1 23 error code PM65539 persists beyond all solutions - can't use multiplayer
Product: F1 23 Platform: PC Please specify your platform model: PC Summarize your bug: When trying to join any multiplayer session, I receive an error code named 'PM65539', which in practice prevents me from using any of the game's multiplayer features that require entering a lobby. I have tried every fix I can find, to no avail, and other people reporting this issue have still not been offered concrete solutions, even ones requiring a compromise. For example, the most commonly offered solution is to disable crossplay, but for numerous people, including myself, even this has not helped. What is your 16 digit Report Code? Multiplayer Did you have cross-play enabled? Yes How can we find the bug ourselves? Attempt to join any multiplayer lobby What happens when the bug occurs? I try to join any multiplayer session, and will get 10-15s of loading screen before being met with the error code PM65539 and the text "Failed to join the session. No response from host." I then have to select "Okay" and will be returned to the 'Multiplayer Grand Prix' screen. What do you expect to see? Being able to join multiplayer lobbies This issue and related error code has persisted in various forms for at least two game cycles now, with (to my knowledge) only temporary/compromising solutions offered, such as disabling crossplay and antivirus, none of which can be relied upon to solve the issue. The fact is that people either cannot fully enjoy one of the game's core and most popular modes, or like in my case simply cannot play said mode at all. We are long overdue an actual, concrete solution to this problem, but having said that, I will take any solution I can get so that I can actually play the game I payed for, so any help is greatly appreciated. So far I have tried: Disabling crossplay (which has it's own issue of preventing me from even searching for online lobbies), Disabling antivirus, Whitelisting F1 23 from firewall protections, Using a VPN on both my local and foreign networks, Updating all of my drivers on multiple occasions, Verifying game file integrity, and Reinstalling the game on both my existing and a new hard drive, all as yet to no avail.

Persistent connection issue in multiplayer games and menus
Hello. Can anyone help with my eternal problem, namely with the internet connection. Often after one lap qualifying my game decides to disconnect me from the session or everyone shows a red X next to player names during races. I have been struggling with this problem since the beginning of the existence of this F1 23. I would like one of the experienced people or technical support to help me find a problem that may be sitting in my computer. The game is very enjoyable, but the technical aspects of the game are quite weak.

Single Player Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to any game mode, such as Time Trial. Change cars and / or tracks to load a new session. Drive. What happens when the bug occurs? Loading times are slow. "Communicating with online services" messages pop up frequently and some of them even cover the screen while driving, without even pausing it. What do you expect to see? Normal loading times. No error messages that cover the screen while driving without even pausing it. F1 23 Crashes on launch every time!
So this was my first time launching F1 23 since I had just got it off of gamepass and I wanted to give it a go especially since I had been hearing nothing but negative about F1 24. However, every time I launch the game, it goes into a windowed mode which is out of focus. On a normal situation, this is no problem, just click on the window to refocus right? Apparently not, this game hates it if I move the mouse anywhere but the game screen. Upon attempting to refocus the game window, it freezes for a few seconds before straight up crashing. It does the same thing if i try to alt tab. Diagnostic steps I already took without success : - Running the game in different display modes via the config file since ingame settings are not accessible. - Double checking that DLSS didnt somehow turn on even though I have an AMD GPU. - Running the game as admin. Running the game as admin removed the crashing upon attempting to refocus, but after a while I just got a blank grey screen with the sounds of cars driving in the background until the window just closed itself and the game crashed. I saw no error codes for anything upto this point. My specs are : Intel Core i5-13600k AMD Radeon 7900XT 32 GB DDR4 The game is stored on an SSD Is anyone else facing this issue?
