EA App crashes upon opening - 46-38F0
The app will crash after a few seconds of loading. I have tried running as admin, reinstalling, and using all the repair tool. My windows are drivers are both fully up to date. I cannot seem to find a way to open a support ticket on the ea help website. I get this error code in the logs: 46-38F025Views0likes0CommentsUnable to launch game due to "not owning the game"
I've been working with the support to try and resolve this, but they directed me to the forums. I can't launch my Red Alert 3 from my library. I bought the game back when it came out on CD-Rom and added it on Origin as was required. After the update to the EA-app (and I think the launch of the C&C remastered collection). The game no longer is able to download as I get an error messages stating: Which is silly as I'm looking at the CD-Rom lying in front of me. The game doesn't have its own gamehub and the only option under the three dots is to download it, which gives this error. Having down the usual gamut of uninstalling, repairing, cache clearing, restarting etc. The service team couldn't help me further and directed me to post over here. I read all the forum messages about this issue from 3 years ago and tried all their solutions. I sent in a ticket to EA Games. I cleared the cache, restarted everything, went into the EA Games folder in my program files, tried running as administrator, tried everything else people mentioned. I forced a game update, an app update, and all produced no results. What is the point of having a game you can't open? I never had this problem before the app. Yes, my new laptop meets and exceeds all requirements. Running Windows 11. What else can I do? And if the error is on EA Games end, why can't they fix it? Well, I am soooooo frustrated!! EA App Not Working! FREEZING! HELP!! Not only was my game, with not even 5gigs of cc (because I'm testing), continuously kicking me out and/or freezing for the last few days, now, Today, the EA App is freezing and I can not even enter the game. Hi all, For last few weeks, the right side of the EA app is in indefinite loading screen. My profile pic, status and friend list are a part of this infinite loading screen, PFA. Because of this, in game friends who are online don't show up as well as I don't show as Online for my friends. I have no issue playing the game but I am no longer able to play with my friends. Tried the following but nothing helped: App uninstall and re-install. Delete reg edit entries, clear local data after EA uninstall and reinstall. Delete Apex legends and EA app, delete all involved folders, local data, reg edit entries and reinstall. Restart router. Also tried installing EA app in D: drive(custom location) but it keeps installing in C: drive. Hello, I am currently an EA Play Pro subscriber with access to FC 25 as part of my subscription. However, I noticed that FC 25 is currently on sale, and I would like to purchase it permanently. Unfortunately, the system does not allow me to buy the game, likely because it is already included in my subscription. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?
