Activate your game on origin windows error
a while ago i bought dead space 3 on steam, can play few hours. Today when i launch the game, it bring the old origin says activate your game. the problem: ea app will launch the preparing the game, and then the origin windows pop up. i have done every solution found on google and ea forum like clear ea app cache, deleting license file, clear temp folder, update windows. still not working deleting license file will prompt error invalid license etc etc (look at attached) have contact support but still no reply Also my ea account have been hacked recently, got recovered back fast thanks to ea ACCOUNT support. any other answer?
Games wont start
Hey, so whenever i try to start "A Way Out" via Steam or the EAApp it just goes to the "Preparing game" screen and then back to the App without any error notification. The same thing happens with every other game on the EAApp. Ive seen lots of people with the same issue for years and nobody seems to have a fix for it. I tried everything that was mentioned in previous threats and its still not working.
NO EA GAMES WORK
Everything was fine until about 3 weeks ago. Every time I try to launch a game it loads the ea app, gets to the splash screen ( BFV for example ) then minimizes ea and crash, nothing opens have tried BFV,BF1,SWBF2 nothing. I have looked online for EVERY solution, I have cleared my ea cache, removed the documents files, made sure everything is running as admin, done a complete system reboot, all my drivers and OS are up to date. nothing and i mean nothing has worked to resolve this, with BF6 releasing soon i want this fixed
ERROR
I have EA Play through Xbox gamepass for PC but when trying to install a game (like Star Wars Jedi Survivor) it gives me this error "We're having trouble connecting to EA app. Try restarting the Xbox app or contacting EA app support". I also can't see Xbox in the EA connections tab. I have tried: restarting my pc fully closing both the Xbox and the EA apps reinstalling the EA app But nothing has changed. Would love to get some help as I found nothing helpful online.Purchased for Mac but downloaded for Windows
I just purchased SimCity for Mac (I know that I selected for Mac, and the purchase receipt proves I selected the option for Mac), but when I look in my library on my EA app, it shows that it's for Windows and unavailable. Is this a bug? What do I do to get it fixed?
EA APP CRASHING SECONDS AFTER OPENING.
This is starting to get ridiculous, i've had this issue along with 4 more of my buddies for months now. Ive did every possible thing that has been said over and over, how theyre getting away with not fixing this is crazy. with Battlefield 6 right around the corner, I garuntee half of the people will discover this **bleep**ty bug after having to come back to this **bleep**ty launcher after forever. I can provide a clip of me starting the app and it closing literally 5 seconds after launching to the login screen. The app is already updated so it says when using the manual updater. App recovery does absolutetly nothing
Can't uninstall a game
Hello, I have this problem where i can't uninstall a game, in this case it's Battlefield 1; I press the uninstall button but nothing happens, I don't get any confirmation message and the game doesn't unistall, only the play button refreshes and that's it. I tried to repair the game and restart the app multiple times, and nothing changes. With other games everything works perfectly, it's just Battlefield 1 that gives me this issue.
My Account got hacked by strange domain
I just watch the battlefield 6 trailer and i got hyped so i want to play battlefield 2042, i downloaded EA app again and then i realized my account got hacked, email has been changed, auth code linked to that strange domain that even don't exist. I lookout trough EA Help website but the services really bad, theres really 0 method how to get back my account. That's not the only problem, my xbox and steam account also linked to that EA account, so when im using xbox gamepass i can't play other EA games. Did anyone know how to contact EA services?
