Xbox Game Pass won't link with EA Play
After trying multiple ways to link them I finally got an error saying it was already linked to a @disabled.ea.com account. I assume that is Origin. I have had an account with EA just about since Origin launched. Why tf did this not migrate the link when switching to EA Play? I then determine I need support to help fix this mess. Go to EA Help and find no options to contact support. Just the most unhelpful knowledge base I have ever seen. I selected random games and clicked through options trying to find a "contact support" option. For the love of God let me use the accounts I spent money on. How do I remove the linked Origin account if it won't show as linked in the account settings? Better yet, how do I get a support case in? I'm an IT professional in my work life. EA PLAY PRO MISSING MEMBERSHIP REWARDS FOR 3 MONTHS PC MEMBER PLEASE READ ------> I have been an active member of EA Play PRO for 3 months now... since 12/02/2024 to be exact I have picture proof if necessary... and I have been playing Madden 25 Ultimate team pretty much every day since then, actively. I have not received a single Madden 25 Monthly reward since playing this game, and actively paying for my membership. In fact I was unaware that I was even supposed to be receiving monthly rewards because I wasn't getting them! How sad is that.. anyway I have all the payment transactions and proof to back it up. I am missing December MUT monthly rewards, January MUT monthly rewards, and now February MUT Monthly rewards. I know I am not the only one with this issue. I spoke to a service agent for around 35+ minutes just to be told he can't do anything, and to make a forum post.. so here I am making this post... along what looks to be a few other people who have had the same issue sadly enough.. EA just can't seem to get the Monthly Rewards out properly to some people it seems. I hope it gets resolved and I get what I am owed, as I have been a active loyal member for over 3 months now as I said. It's a bit frustrating to find out I have been missing out on packs that I was supposed to be getting, would've and could still be very helpful lol. I changed my username yesterday or two days ago so maybe that impacts why I didn't get this months rewards? but then again that doesn't explain why I didn't get any of the other two monthly packs... wish ea could actually help instead of directing me to a simple forum post... like that will somehow give my monthly packs i missed lol.41Views0likes1Comment
