Scott Wedgewood Shutout
Wanted to let you guys know that during play goalie for HUT Moments Prototypes Scott Wedgewood shutout I had a goal waived off for kicking motion but it still counted for some reason and I failed. Also my Hut auctions “bids won” doesn’t show up in auctions and I never have any idea if I’m losing coins from bidding on things and not getting card or coin back but seems like I lose a lot of coin for some reason. It’s to much to count every bid but really think I’ve lost a lot on cards and bids. I can see unsuccessful bids and offers but no bids or offers won. I know I’ve won bids plenty of times, offers I don’t think one has been accepted.Perk-Glitch in Be a Pro Should make this game Refundeble
After spending lots of hours playing Be A Pro during one season I get to off season. I have turned my perks of auto renewal. I come to a point where it is time to renew my perks. I then see a have went from having about one million to only 30 000k. Fine. I start turn perks off. But two of them I 365 days perks. And I cannot turn them off which means I cannot progress from the perk renewal screen. So the games tells me to turn perks off but I can’t do it. So I’m stuck. I have to start over. Which I won’t. I have invested time in this. Is there a work around. This should be a factor for refund on the game. It is unplayable.Camera Angle issue (UTAH Arena)
In be a pro fixed camera mode, as soon as the camera lowers towards defensive zone (the goalie zone), the camera slides back down the arena and it ends up going through the stands platform (that arena has kind of an advertising structure). I feel like the camera is not set properly to not go that further back compared to other arenas that don’t have that structure. The problem is that by the camera being too fat back and going through the stands “rendering” , the camera films behind the stands hence blocking the whole gameplay, the front of the structure is displayed in the whole screen blocking everything. I’ve been dealing with this crash for about 4 - 5 games (NHL 22 -26). I thought it might be fixed finally this year, but no. I’ve seen other reports on this and no solutions. Every 3-5 games (playing mostly HUT) the game freezes and then boots me back to the dashboard. It’s super frustrating considering there’s challenges and rewards given based on going undefeated or wins in a row. Pretty much impossible to play or get anything done in the game. I’m on Xbox series X. I’ve done factory reset, changed my camera angle, done a power cycle… none of these have worked. I don’t know what to do at this point, feels like a waste of money buying the game at this point. [CM - Minor title edit for clarity]Club Name
Hello, I have recently found out that my club name was deemed offensive by other players but when I went to a live chat they said they couldn’t do anything about it. I feel bad that people found it offensive and I was wondering if there’s anyway for me to change it to something else. I know you can delete and make a new club but I’ve worked so hard for all the stuff we have please let me know if anything can be done so everyone can be happy.Overtime setting not available in Be A Pro
Basically, in the regular season of my Be A Pro mode, it goes right to a shootout in the case of a tie. Every single time it skips over OT. I am on the top 3 on 3 line but it only ever works in the post season. is there a fix for this? I really want to enjoy this game to the fullest
Player Names & Numbers Disappearing Games Platform: Xbox Series X|S
Description of the Problem After creating a player or editing an existing one, the nameplate and jersey number disappear after playing 1–2 games. The player becomes completely blank on the back of the jersey, even though the customization settings still show the correct name and number. This happens consistently and seems to reset only the visual part, not the actual settings. Steps to Reproduce Create or edit a player. Set a custom name and jersey number. Play 1–2 games. Return to the customization screen or next game. Notice the name and number no longer appear on the jersey. Expected Result The player’s name and number should remain visible on the jersey for all games unless manually changed. Actual Result Nameplate and number disappear after 1–2 games, requiring re‑editing or restarting the game. Additional Notes Happens to multiple players on my team. Restarting the game does not permanently fix it. Seems to occur after loading into certain modes or after matchmaking. This issue affects team identity and immersion, especially in EASHL. Request Please investigate and patch this issue. It’s affecting a large portion of the community and makes team customization pointless when it resets every couple of games. If anyone else is experiencing this, please reply so EA can see how widespread it is.No powerplay time in BAP
I'm on the first powerplay unit on my team in be a pro and for some reasons the coach puts me on the bench for f*** three minutes of 5-on-3 with full energy. I'm 98 overall and lead the league in points. And every time I jump into a game mid way through, and we have powerplay, I always start on the bench. What's the point of grinding for staying in powerplay 1 if I don't even get to play pp.😡🤦 Let me guess, nobody will reply or do anything about this like always... This support is A JOKE.
