How do I save my sims family to my gallery/library?
I have a sim family of 2 adults, 1 newborn, 2 kitties, and 2 kittens How do I save them as a whole family to my gallery / library so, I can place them in another game I'm playing. I want them all in the same world, in one game. I saved their house and lot, but I don't know how to save the whole family. There is an auto save of this family, but its only 2 adults and 2 kitties. If there's a current known issue, there's nothing you need to do unless someone requests information (Please see Current Status). No amount of troubleshooting will make the game go online cause it's an issue on EA's side. I don't have the gallery at all. All I see is the library There are two reasons why you don't have access to the Gallery at all (no icon for it). In both cases there's nothing you can do about it. The Gallery doesn't work with those two versions. You're using the Legacy Edition of the game You have a child account I can't connect to the Gallery There are several causes for this Firewall or Antivirus are blocking the connection. Make sure to allow access Origin/EA app and The Sims 4 through your security software (please consult the manual of your software on how to do that). There's an issue with your connection. If you can, try at a friends house or a public internet or through a phone hotspot if it also doesn't work through those (for troubleshooting) Try if it works with a mobile hotspot (for troubleshooting) There's a general issue with the gallery. Please see above for more info If you're running the game in any kind of compatibility mode, try removing that (for example Windows 8.1 when you have Windows 10) Delete your Sims Cache FIles Delete your Cache Files Try moving the Tray folder to the desktop. If you have a lot of items in there, it might cause issues. Try running CCleaner (please google for link, Windows only) Mac - Try the suggestions in the Origin/Mac connections issue post here Remove all your mods and test without Switch of VPN in your Antivirus Further Suggestions by SimQARobo If you have multiple network devices - LAN, wireless, Bluetooth, VPN, etc - try disabling them one-by-one to see if one of them is bad. The game could be attempting to choose a bad adapter that currently doesn’t have internet access. Try moving the \Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\ folder to your desktop temporarily, launching the game, and checking the Gallery. If it connects fine, that likely means there's something bad in \Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\ . If you are playing on a school or work network, perhaps that network is blocking connection. You should contact the network administrator of your work or school, or try switching to a different network outside of the work or school network. If 1, 2, or 3 above don't help, try pinging sims4cdn.ea.com . If the ping fails, it means your computer is not able to connect to Sims 4 CDN, and we can follow up with more steps. My gallery keeps saying "unable to go online" yet my origin and laptop are connected to the internet. Does anyone know how to fix it? I really need to get into my gallery and be able to download other simmers builds too. It says "UNABLE TO GO ONLINE. One or more of The Sims online services is currently Offline. Try again later." Hi!I really hope someone answers this but I build a retail store and when I uploaded it to the Gallery so I can share it with the community , the preview picture of it that would everyone would see was at a horrible angle! It shows the side of the building instead of the front, Im so annoyed I dont know what to do, I tried rotating it but it just made the preview pictures even worse! Is there anyway I can change them to what I want it to be? Like can I take screenshots and put those as the preview pictures? What do I do? I know this sounds pretty pathetic but I only own the base game and Get to Work in TS4. When I go into the gallery I select only the packs I have in the Packs dropdown many on the left side of the screen. I search for items (usually lots) and it keeps showing me house lots that contain items from other packs with only a few that match my criteria. I just purchased Pets last night for the sole purpose of being able to download all the amazing pets I see posted in the gallery. This morning I found that I can't add any pets from the gallery no matter what I do.The game allows me to add the pet to my family, but it never actually appears. The face icons of my person sims in the family become grey-ed out (in the bottom left corner in CAS) but the animal never loads in. I've tried using manage households to add the pet to an existing family, I've tried starting from the gallery and moving in with a family as the pet, I've tried removing all of my mods and clearing all my cache files before attempting. Nothing works. Plus, once I've tried merge the pet into my family, if I continue trying to mess around in CAS afterward, all of the game icons disappear from the screen and I become unable to click on anything at all and I have to use task manager to close the game and restart. I'm getting REALLY frustrated since I literally just spent $50 for one reason and now I can't do it. Can anyone help me with solving this issue? Sorry if this has been posted before.
