Void sims skin Console after July update!
I wanted to start this discussion to see if other console players are experiencing VOID/BLACK Skinned sims. After the latest update after July 2025. I have had complete saves and households completely vanish and are not recoverable. There is no way to restore or repair on console. There are times I reload my game and all my saves are missing. To recover them I have to completely reload/relaunch the game and ever. Restart my X Box Series X I find this absolutely unacceptable. I completely recreated my sims and households/lots and now half of my sims are voided out. It causes my game to constantly crash. I cannot play at this time and nothing is being said about it. I've literally purchased all but 4 packs in total and it takes forever to uninstall and reinstalling all the packs just for nothing to be resolved. Then online they only are fixing it caring about PC players. Up until now I have always bought the games on PC but my PC broke and I wanted a console so after updating I both the game on PC and I feel they shouldn't be allowed to make console games anymore! This is terrible. I've spent thousands on the games and spent 48hrs updating content just for it to be all erased and to have to work ! So God knows when I will be able to ever play my sims let alone redo all the work into updating my sims! For my play through- XBox player Name - Geebahie
Navigating between filters and browsing show no results in Gallery
Last night during my live stream (around 11:30pm UK time) I saved a build to the gallery, but it took 3 tries before it actually saved and it took several minutes per try before it told me whether or not it was successful. Just to echo Deb_Marm, I too miss getting the in-game notifications for faves, comments, and Maxis faves.
'My Favorites' Not Loading Properly
When I open my Favorites section in the Sims 4 Gallery, it only displays up to 25 items, even though I have favorited significantly more than that. The additional items beyond the 25 are not visible, making it impossible to access or manage the rest of my favorited creations. This is the text in the error message: Server error. We could not process this gallery request. Please try again later. I tried uploading the image from my phone, but I can't get my laptop to do so. Spark'd Upload: Unable to remove a household from the Gallery
do I need to flag all of my Sims4 Sparkdchallenge household & sims if it's still in gallery after my removal in Library? Edit By Crinrict: Adjusted Title fit migrated bug report. Solution by milutinmujovic People, upon years of searching, messaging Gurus, chatting with customer support, I have finally found a way by myself to remove this Spark'd plague from my gallery. Go to https://www.ea.com/games/the-sims/the-sims-4/pc/gallery Log in with your gallery account. Search for your account by clicking on the "Browse" tab, selecting EA ID in the menu, and typing your EA ID. Find the content in your gallery you want to be removed. Press the flag icon, choose the "Harassment" category, and type anything. After that, your item will be finally removed. For those who still have them when they login into their game, just remove them from favorites/delete them the regular way. You are welcome!
