Sims Medieval missing from account?
I had The Sims Medieval and Pirates and Nobles DLC on my Origin account, and recently came back to find it's become "EA App" and the game is missing from my library. Trying to re-enter my CD keys in EA App refers me to the Sims 3 store page, but my keys are 20 characters long originally from Steam, not 16 characters for the form on the Sims 3 redemption page. It's ridiculous that I can't directly contact customer support lmaoSims Medieval Disc Code
Hi i tried registering my disc code on ea app since medieval is sold there when i enter the code it sees the game as correctly but said that i need to redeem it on sims 3 website. So i did that but now i dont know where to find my game i redeemed it on sims 3 website but where is it😭 How can i download that on ea now? I also registered sims 3 outdoor living stuff disc code on the website and i can see that on there. Thanks😅Solved19Views0likes2Commentsthe sims medieval is unplayable
so far, with every quest i've encountered, there has been a bug that has made it impossible to progress. made the mistake of decorating my own castle, because that made the messenger post UNUSABLE. got the responsibility to send a guildmaster to the stocks, had them there but the game didn't register it thus FAILING it. tried to marry my build master, but kept getting cold feet because i dared to NOT use the church despite the game telling me it was an option. somehow fixed that just to have my husband UNABLE TO COME TO THE CASTLE to consummate the marriage. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE. the game has been out for over a decade and there's still bugs? are you not embarrassed?!? and to add insult to injury, the amount of time I WASTED trying to fix these problems, i've now played it past the hours allowing me to RETURN THIS ABHORRENT MESS to get my MONEY BACK. shame on you, EA. shame on you.14Views1like0CommentsSims Midieval Doesn't work
Purchased a few days ago, I did all the basics, uninstall and reinstall, the repair the app offers. Tried the powershell script fix I found online which managed to get the game to launch, but not smoothly. The lag was so bad it was basically non functional (weird because my PC handles TS4 with every expansion and zero lag or even load time.) Tried to get a refund but couldn't, since it's technically been launched. I even tried the Alder Lake patch but that's a no as well. Any advice? Or is this just a lossSims 3 Medieval Won't Launch
So first off, I have the physical disk of this game and it seemed like everything went fine while installing. It updated after the install, launches the launcher, click play, then nothing. Tried doing the intel 13 patch and a notepad code that seemed to help others, but no luck. I've spent a few hours trying to figure this out but I'm not very tech savvy so I would appreciate any advice! I used to really love this game and enjoyed it enough that I got an external CD drive just do I could play it again! Anyway, thanks in advance for any help!47Views0likes0CommentsSims medieval can't install
I'm trying to install the sims medieval but installation fails at 96/97% every time with the below error: Error: The VC++ runtime redistributable package was not installed successfully. Setup cannot continue I have tried running the vc redistributable .exe(s) from the install folder and repairing each but it isn't fixing the issue. I have also cleared the EA app cache and tried installing programs directly from the MS website123Views0likes4CommentsSims medieval service initialization failed (0x0175d824)
I downloaded The Sims Medieval from the EA app but it won't open and keeps giving me "service initialization failed (0x0175d824)" error every time I try to launch. I've already tried: Changing resolution in options.ini Using alder lake patch Repairing through EA App Uninstalling and reinstalling Deleting TSM folder after uninstalling and then reinstalling again Using PowerShell to launch Changing in task manager to only use one CPU Running as administrator I have a 12th gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1235U, Windows 11, and I use an Intel graphics card on my laptop. I don't know much about computers so if any more info is needed please let know! I hope someone has a solution, it's so frustrating that I've spent money on it just for it not to work right out of the box. ☹️ Any help is appreciated, thank you! This feels practically hopeless.51Views0likes0CommentsBłąd instalacji The Sims Medieval
Próbowałam instalować grę z dodatkiem i bez. Czy ktoś widział gdzieś taki komunikat i czy da się z tym błędem jakoś uruchomić grę?18Views0likes1CommentThe Sims Medieval not launching
I bought the Sims Medieval two days ago. While the game and the P&N DLC seem to install fine, neither will launch. I don't get a screen, error, or anything. I get the spinning loading icon, and then Origin pops back up. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game five times. I've tried launching it with and without P&N installed. I've repaired the files and tried launching them. I've tried running it in compatibility mode and as an administrator. I deleted the cache files in Origin and on my PC. I cannot seem to get this game to launch no matter what I do. The most luck I've had was to go into the Program Files (x86) > Origin Games > Sims Medieval > Game > Bin, and then tried launching the game and the launcher from there. The launcher gave me an error saying "Unable to start. Please reinstall the Sims Medieval base game." I'm wondering if there's a setting on my computer that's blocking this, but I can't think of what. I'm on Windows 10.Solved31KViews1like43Comments
