[XB/PS] Can't Claim event rewards/Connect to gallery/No Gallery
When I go to claim the rewards it says that I must be connected to the internet. I am connected to the internet and I've checked the settings and everything else. I should be able to claim them but no matter what I do I get the same pop up. Ive tried claiming them from the menu and live mode. Nothing seems to be working. Im on console (ps4) and have the latest update. Edit By Crinrict: Added pack tag to title. From the main menu of The Sims, head into Game Options-> Other and select the Link EA Account button. From here, you'll be prompted to accept the updated terms and conditions. If you are still unable to claim your rewards or access the Gallery once you've tried this, please let me know what specific error message you're seeing.
Nature's calling can't claim claimable rewards.
I've been doing the quests of this event and claiming my rewards until the last quest... I can't claim my rewards after doing the last quest released so far. I tried the 'claim all' button, tried to claim it in game UI and on main menu, tried to restart my game and try all of this again but nothing seems to work. I hope maybe when more quests get unlocked I can claim my rewards again. Does someone has the same problem as me or know a solution? In the screenshots below you can see I was able to claim the dish but not the book and the potion. Also rewards that go further than my progress bare are indicated with a yellow dot which I think means it's "claimable"? Is my progress bar not loading any further anymore or is the game showing yellow dots where it shouldn't? I play on pc btw.
Live Events
I have a problem with the live events. This has happened twice. The Grim Reaper Event when I got to week 3 it just stopped working; I didn't get to finish the event because it said I had no online connection. I troubleshooted, uninstalled/installed, reset my router and it's saying I have to be online even though I am. Well, it's doing it again with the Natures Calling Live Event week 3. This sucks because I never get to finish the event and get my rewards. Someone Help me Please.
event items not added to account
I have finished the Nature's Calling event and claimed all the rewards but it appears as though some of them have not been correctly added to my account. For example, I am missing the Touch Grass Weekly #3 even though I have #1, #2 and #4. I also appear to be missing the recipe for the Wooden Throne even though I was able to make it originally to complete the quest. I have checked in build/buy mode and filtered by 'event' items but the missing items are not there. I noticed this when I loaded up my household and it told me an item needed to be removed as it wasn't on my account - this turned out to be the Touch Grass Weekly #3 which I had placed down before. So something appears to have gone wrong between the play session when I finished the event and now. I have tried repairing my game but it doesn't help. I don't use mods or have any custom content.
