When I log into Titanfall 2 on my Xbox, the main menu screen freezes.
Hey, so for the last 2 days I’ve been trying to fix this issue on my own and nothing has worked. Whenever I boot up Titanfall 2 on my Xbox (Series S) it loads in and right as I get to the main menu it freezes and doesn’t unfreeze. I’ve tried restarting my Xbox, resetting it, unplugging it, and even uninstalling the game. However, the issue still stands and it’s happened to not only me but also a friend of mine. I’ve tried playing on my PS5 and it works perfectly but on my Xbox it won’t load. Other games on my Xbox (Siege, Madden, Rust, etc.) load fine but Titanfall has been an issue. Is there any way to fix this?8.4KViews4likes12CommentsTitanFall 2 won't launch !!
I recently purchased the game and installed it on steam. When I launched the game multiple times on EA... it just won't launch. It opens EA app then closes.. then opens again and nothing else. I've tried multiple methods to solve this, but in vain. If anyone has a solution I'll be very thankful..171Views3likes2CommentsOrigin activation popup when launching Titanfall 2.
I switched devices, one the former computer titanfall 2 worked perfectly but on the new one I got an Origin popup asking for login to activate game, this is impossible as the Origin servers don't exist anymore, after searching the forums I wasn't able to find a solution, I contacted EA live chat by creating a case but they gave me the same fixes I found on the forum ( they may work for some but they didn't work for me). I tried to re-install the game along with steam and the EA app but I still got the popup, I deleted every Origin named files on my drive and it didn't give me an origin popup but now when starting TF2 in steam or the EA app, it opens and closes the EA app, the "game is preparing" popup appears, then the EA app reopens but the game never launch.... I re-installed the game and the apps again but I still have this issue, I'm guessing that removing the origin files made the popup go away but I still have the same activation problem in the background. My theory is that I need my license to the game be "transferred" from my first PC to the new one, or at the very least it is related to my license to the game. I reached out again to EA support to be met with corporate garbage, with the last "advice" being "go and make post on EA forum", which I don't think will help as I'm not the first one having this issue, but now I can tell them I also did this...101Views2likes0Commentswhy titanfall 3 should be brought back into development
i think it should be brought back into development because at the end of the credits bt uses moarse code with coopers helmet leaving us on a cliff hanger and it would be cool if in titanfall 3 you and bt hunted down general marder after cooper gets him back and then it could have a longer story and they could make it as nice and heartfelt as titanfall 2181Views2likes0CommentsCan't play online
So, I originally played on PC, wanted to play on my xbox one, and it keeps giving me "This profile is not permitted" I've tried the DNS thing, I've tried the router, tried my multiplayer settings, tried restarting, tried unadding my account, readding it. Nothing seems to be working, does anyone have any fix??? This is incredibly frustrating, as I wanted to play the game with a friend who is also on xbox, he has no problem with playing online.Cannot run any EA games...
I cannot run any EA games. Brand new installation of Win 11, fully updated, AMD Ryzen 9 5950X, 32GB DDR, GAINWARD GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Ghost LHR. Tried reinstalling, but nothing. When I run Titanfall 2 or Unravel 2, it shows Preparing game for some time, then it just crashes. If I run it from EA, attached error pops up.Titanfall 3
**bleep** I want this game Why haven't EA put this into production yet it's honestly sad. It's one of the most hyped games of all time and EA haven't said a word about it. There was a VICE article that said the game is in post-production and is ready to play but i don't believe that **bleep**. If the game was really being made EA would make sure people know and they would be getting that bank. It's honestly a bad decision from them because they would make so much money from it and the Titanfall fanbase is still huge. I know there's a lot of people out there who agree with me and i hope someone at EA sees this.106Views1like0CommentsSooooooo, now that the Company is getting bought out....
CAN WE GET SOME GOOD GAMES! Yes I'm excited for BF6 the beta was great. But you wanna know what would hype me up even more?!?!?! F@#$%!@G TITANFALL 3! I would give up my first born child to get a new installment to my favorite game series since it launched! The sheer gameplay is something no other gaming company has provided. Titanfall 1 and 2 we're masterpieces. And the story in Titanfall 2 Chefs Kiss sure the story was short but boy was it a good Campaign. I just want my baby back in a New engine with new graphics :'(Statistical Analysis of Players
It would seem to me that given all the tools at EA's disposal they could with the help of simple algorithms determine who in their games are cheating/hacking the system. It is also a joke that reporting people who are obviously using cheats results in any changes to the way EA polices their games. Another complaint of mine is if a player drops out of a game at the very end (Titanfall 2 as an example) they don't appear in the scoreboard, so reporting these players is impossible, and they obviously know it. Tied to this is the issue that they don't show up in the list of players in the Advocate Network list, so if you block a player, the ability to see the block is next to useless, and it seems EA resets block identifiers on a regular basis so again you're left in the dark about these players. Make it impossible for people to be invisible in all your in game reporting lists. Players that come into a game and score above 250 points are suspect from the beginning, but I'm seeing the use of pilot and titan hacks at lower levels, such as a player using a Kraber rifle at levels below that in which a Kraber is accessible. Cheating seems to be epidemic in TF2 and it simply ruins game play for everyone else. If EA was truly interested in keeping this to a minimum they could invest in ways to determine cheating in real time, using the data they collect about the players, as it happens. So, EA are you vested in making the playing field level for everyone, or is this simply lip service on your part to make it seem so?
