Faceoff Collectibles not appearing in collection
Hello, I am having an issue with where not all of my faceoff collectibles are showing up in my collection. Yesterday I opened the daily pack in the store which gave me 5 of the faceoff collectibles and the final pack from the wild card rewards path which also gave me 5. I already had 20 in my collection from previous daily packs but only 25 are showing in my collection. I tried reaching out via chat last night but they told me it was a glitch and wait until tomorrow. The collectibles are still not appearing for me and I was saving them for the 85 overall faceoff BND player set which expires later today. Any help is greatly appreciated. I’ve tried restarting my console and game already. Also tried to reconnect via chat today but it keeps telling me the advisors can’t help with this issue. im playing on Xbox series xCANNOT PLAY HUT ONLINE AFTER LAST UPDATE
I can't play online HUT after last update. When I am searching the game it's either won't be found or it says 'lost connection' when the game is found. Everything was fine until last update but now I just can't play online. Online is working only in online versus, but not in HUT. Tried to reboot router, tried LAN so it's not the internet issue. So how is it possible that after EA update the game becomes unplayable anymore?Cannot enter HUT mode. Download has failed. NHL 26
Please try again is what I keep getting. I have unplugged my router, my xbox, and restarted the game. Still, I cannot enter HUT. It says, "unable to download rosters. Please check your internet connection and try again later. I was also getting a message last time I was in HUT. Attached a file.Update broke game
FIX IT ASAP!!!! latest update fully broke game now you get full disadvantake when you have away team easiest shot go in like pass in blue line poce check go first other way where is bug and you need least 6 hit before there come even tiny animation puck lost AI players stand still when other get puck No matter do you have all attack and full preasure fix it asap no waiting week or even day it need fixed now or there come be very big drop for player countPathetic game
This is by far the worst NHL game I've ever bought for bugs. Do you guys even have a Quality Department? Multiple crashes, multiple lock ups which cause restarts, cards not showing up in HUT, baggy, cumbersome. $130 for this garbage and no way to get a refund.... never buying another EA sports game
Active captain has A on cup screen
I have selected Heiskanen as active captain and i have Bedard captain card also on lineup. In cup chase screen Heiskanen has A but in cup match Heiskanen has C. Other thing i noticed that not active captain Bedard doesn't have A or C in match. Should he have A atleast?XP Card glitched
Hello. In NHL 26 HUT I refunded XP Tokens from my Hronek card which went fine, but when I started adding them to my Dunn card, the game glitched multiple times. As a result, I lost most of my XP Tokens and my Dunn card keeps going back to tier 1 and im left with 4 tokens when I supposed to have way more (I think 8 or 9). Please take a look at this thanks.
