LOYALTY TOKENS WENT MISSING
I received 4 loyalty tokens from NHL 26. I used exactly 2 in the NEW WAVE set and the remaining 2 were visible in my HUT inventory afterwards. A few days later after logging back into HUT, the remaining 2 tokens were gone! I did not spend exchange or discard them. Please escalate this to the HUT team. and please restore them back

[Bug] Custom Strategies / Tactics Keep Resetting to Default Description: Customized team strategies and tactical settings fail to save and constantly reset back to their default values. Steps to reproduce: Go to the Strategy / Tactics menu. Change tactical settings or sliders and save. Exit the menu. Re-enter the Strategy / Tactics menu. The settings have reverted to their original default state. Expected result: Saved tactics and strategy settings should persist after saving and leaving the menu. Actual result: Tactics reset to default every time. Please look into this issue and release a fix as soon as possible. Thank you!82 OVR NEW WAVE SET (BND) ERROR
In the new wave set my 82 OVR NEW WAVE SET (BND) Pack gets collected by using my 30 new wave collectibles and they are spent. I get the Pack sent to my store unopened packs, I open it but, get error code 90A7B981F67B2ADC-0000000000009999-4599D9BF2782C9B7 . Then get booted from HUT back to the main menu. Pack is still there but, my 30! Collectibles are spent I can't retrieve the Pack. Please help and/or fix. I spend money here and usually the rewards are received. Platform: Xbox (Series S) The Issue: Whenever I open a mode in NHL 27 that requires typing (like custom player or team creation), a privacy prompt/overlay triggers, and opening the Xbox virtual keyboard causes the game to crash straight back to the Xbox Dashboard. NHL26 is working perfectly, but in 2027 I cannot create HUT team or edit CHEL player name, every time I try to do it game crushes. I tried following things and it didnt solve the issue: Game Privacy Settings: Checking EA Legal & Privacy menus directly from the game settings (which only display informational text, with no sign/accept buttons). Xbox Account Privacy: Changing Xbox privacy settings for user content sharing and enabling all text/voice communication options. Console Language & Region: Changing system location/language to English (United States) and restarting. Disabling UI Overlays: Turning off Xbox accessibility tools like Narrator and Magnifier. Bypassing Virtual Keyboard: Plugging in a physical USB keyboard into the Xbox. System Clears: Force-quitting Quick Resume and deleting local save files. Display Settings: Lowering display settings (disabling HDR, 120Hz, lowering to 1080p/60Hz). Full System Reset: Performing an Xbox OS reset ("Keep games & apps"). Could you please check and assist? After transitioning from the initial period of play into overtime I was met with an “EA Sports” loading screen that indicated the game was “syncing”. Meanwhile the game proceeded to play while I was trapped in this syncing screen. Hitting pause would provide a brief look at the on-ice movements but did not remove the screen. This issue persisted through the entire OT period as well as the shootout after.
I didn't receive 2 packs
I didn't receive 2 packs. I started playing 6 minutes before the global release. After a win, the screen showed that I had received 2 packs: the Season 1 Ranked Silver 5 reward pack and the Season 1 Ranked Gold 1 reward pack. However, the packs didn't appear in my inventory. Rich_Beggar
Alexis Binner missing from the game (TPS Turku)
EA_Aljo Could you please ask your content editor team to add Alexis Binner to game? He is missing from actual line up (play now) and also missing his HUT card in team TPS Turku (Liiga). In NHL 26 HUT he was found in team Grenoble (Champions Hockey League), then he was traded to TPS Turku during the mid-season, and the contract got extended this summer on 21st of July. PS. I like to use Euro players when playing HUT, so these kind of players are making a big deal even its just one "random" player. Thanks a lot!
