Missing a couple of weapon charms from my account, the "N7 badge" from Mass Effect and the "Rig Helmet" from Dead Space, I've had these two charms for a few years and I'm wondering why they have been removed from my account, they are my favourites in the entire game. I've had these two equipped with the RE-45(the weapon I use most, noticed immediately that it was gone when the N7 badge wasn't on there) and the Mastiff shotgun... due to the weapon spread and pattern, reminded me of the Dead Space Line gun. Why are they gone now? it can't be because of it taking up too much space, as it would only be a couple Mb or less.

Account was reset out of no where
I booted up the game last night and prompted me to sign back in to my EA account. Upon doing all the necessary steps, I found that EVERYTHING was lost and my account was reset back to level 1. I’ve been playing since Season 3. So needless to say, I’ve lost all my legend skins, gun skins, emotes, heirlooms, EVERYTHING. Is there any one to actually talk to about this to get my account back to what it ACTUALLY SHOULD BE?!Fix your reconnect feature
Just loaded into a ranked game I’m plat 3 atm so you know I lose 48rp anyways load in and disconnected try to reconnect takes me straight to the menu no way to rejoin I get a rp penalty and a abandoned penalty you know respawn I used to love it when back in the day ur game had players and you would release good updates and proper features on the rare occasion but your staff need changing its so frustrating a game I love and spend so much time on I was 12 years old spent my first pay check just to hope I get an heirloom but now the state of the game there’s no point fix ur **bleep** to get ur player base backWhat is the approximate date of response?

Having trouble to log in after the s27 update. I have two accounts, I log in under the same device, one is ok, but another one just shows this error message everytime. Don't know how to fix it. Hi Respawn Team, I’m reporting a persistent micro-stuttering issue in Apex Legends that has made the game difficult to enjoy. After extensive troubleshooting, I’ve pinpointed a specific behavior: one single CPU thread consistently hits 100% usage (while overall usage is normal). Additionally, the "System" process in Task Manager sometimes spikes above 20% during these stutters. Interestingly, the CPU usage on that specific thread drops slightly when the mouse is stationary, but spikes back up immediately upon movement. My Specs: CPU: Intel Core i5-11400 GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti RAM:16GB+16GB OS: Tested on both Windows 10 and 11 Troubleshooting Steps Taken (None have resolved the issue): Frame Rate & Settings: Capped at 60/120 or Uncapped; Video settings toggled between Low and High. The single-thread bottleneck remains regardless of these changes. Launch Options: Tested both -no_render_on_input_thread and -render_on_input_thread. Drivers & Software: * Clean GPU driver install using DDU. Uninstalled Realtek 2.5 GbE Family Controller. Disabled all overlays (Discord, NVIDIA App, Xbox Game Bar). Turn On/Off Windows Game Mode, HAGS, and Core Isolation (VBS). Turn On/Off NVIDIA Reflex, G-SYNC, and V-Sync (both in-game and NVCP). Added Apex/EAC to Windows Defender exclusions; Running game and EA App as Administrator. Swapped different keyboards and mice. Removed all unnecessary USB devices. Cleared Apex/Shader caches and performed a clean reinstall of the game. Hard drive health and temperatures are all normal. I’ve spent a significant amount of time trying to fix this,I really want solve this problem.I love this game. If anyone has successfully resolved this specific CPU thread bottleneck, please share your solution!
