Wild hearts constantly crashing out
So I got a code for Wild hearts for the EA app from Humble bundle monthly choice a good while back. This game has been on my " want to play list" since it was Announced. My pc more than meets the Recommended specs but I can not get it to go past the Character customisation part, it just crashes out constantly. I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, Running repair and cleaning the install file out of both the EA app and the game. Ans still nothing. It's starting to really grind my gears. Wild Hearts Crashing when loading into Minato (Chapter 4 and beyond)
Every time I've tried to log in now for the past couple of days to continue the story because I do enjoy this game I get hit with an un-identifiable crash for the game because no error code pops up in the EA app. I was playing the game problem free until 2 days ago when this first started but its persisted through a fresh reinstall of the game which is kind of baffling to me. Its the moment I load into Minato the game just locks up and immediately crashes, no error code to fall back on or anything, just a dead process and no feasible way out of it. When I made a backup of my save data and did a little save reset by loading into a new save that works and is playable but the moment I try to load my original save it crashes immediately. I don't want to start over for the third time.

I still have this error 1073807360 Cant play online All fixes applied EA please identify from the devs what this error means exactly and help me find a fix. It has been months now and it is really dissappointing to log on everytime and see this error message. Thank you
