Unable to buy crate
I am unable to purchase crates using my TA funds. A generic fail message pops up. i have attached a screenshot. I have restarted the game and PC many times just in case. Hello, I'm experiencing a recurring issue in Command & Conquer: Tiberium Alliances. Since I reached the Apostle rank, I no longer receive the supply crates after attacking Forgotten bases marked with the crate symbol. The combat report confirms that a crate has been awarded, but it doesn't appear in my inventory. I’ve already tried the following troubleshooting steps: - Switching active bases - Refreshing and reloading the game - Checking that I had enough supply points available Unfortunately, none of these actions resolved the issue. The problem began precisely after advancing to Apostle rank, which makes me think it may be related. Thank you in advance for investigating and helping recover the missing crates.
