I bought Gamepass and downloaded EA FC 24 but I can't play it.
I bought a gamepass to play EA FC 24 2 days ago, but even though I downloaded and installed the game, the game automatically closes itself 15-20 seconds after the opening screen appears. I opened an Xbox support request and reported this, but they directed me here, please help. Xbox gives extension error before starting the game We are having trouble connecting to this extension EA app. Try restarting the Xbox app or contacting EA app support. Game consistently crashing during Squad Battles
Hi there. I mainly play squad battles and not rivals or champs. For the past month or so, my entire game is crashing on Xbox Series X in the middle of squad battles matches. 3 of my last 5 games have resulted in the game crashing. I am not losing power or internet connection, as I have other devices running and my Xbox does not say anything like that. No error message is displayed, I just get kicked to my Xbox Home Screen and have to launch the game again. Needless to say it’s really messing up my squad battles rewards because any disconnection in a game gets treated as a loss. Any help welcome.
