[Resolved] Change the Mystery Portal Rotation, Please!
There are multiple achievements that are unobtainable at the moment (Check this post for more information about them) There are 5 achievements tied to game modes you cannot play anymore. How you used to play these game modes is when they would go live in the Town Hall Mystery Portal for a limited time. In January back in 2020, the Mystery Portal was changed. PopCap stopped supporting Garden Warfare 2 to continue development on Battle for Neighborville. To avoid shutting down the Mystery Portal, they made the Mystery Portal automated by making it rotate game modes based off of a list of what to play dependent on what month. The problem with this rotation is that they didn't include any live event game modes that have achievements tied to them. So at the moment, getting all GW2 achievements is actually impossible. (Check the post I linked above for what they are.) Current Rotation: - January: Lawn-A-Thon 1 - Febuary: Lawn-A-Thon 2 - March: Legends of the Brawl - April: Capture the Taco - May: Tactical Team Up - June: To Heal or Not - July: Rando's Rapid Revenge - August: Lawn-A-Thon 1 - September: Lawn-A-Thon 2 - October: Legends of the Brawl - November: To Heal or Not - December: Rando's Rapid revenge In my opinion, the most favorable option would be getting someone from the community to make a schedule everyone is happy with. A different solution that's automated, and easier to do would be exchanging some of the game mode repeats in the list for game modes like Cats vs. Dinos and Boss Hunt. For example, you can replace the repeated August Lawn-A-Thon 1 with Cats vs. Dinos, and September's Lawn-A-Thon 2 with Boss Hunt. All of the content with these game modes are in the game when you download it, so releasing an update that players need to download wouldn't be necessary. The only problem I see with this is that Boss Hunt has 4 different playable hunts, Brothers Gnomus, Yeti King, Spooky Squash, and Sasquatch. You would have to pick one of these to put into the rotation, but I think implementing a system that makes the game randomly pick one of them when you enter the portal to play is the best choice instead of picking 1 and neglecting the other 3.
Plants vs. Zombies 1 for PS5 and Switch
Since xbox is the only console where you can still play the console version of plants vs zombies 1 thanks to being backwards compatible with the xbox 360 (and it's also available on game pass but only for xbox consoles), it would be so cool to port it for the other consoles like ps5 and switch since the ps5 it's not backwards compatible with the ps3 and nintendo never got that version on home consoles. It's kinda necessary at this point since it's so hard to play the console versions nowdays because not everyone has an xbox and not a lot of people owns a ps3 nowdays, it's also difficult to find physical copies of the game too and they're overpriced. Would be glad to at least get some kind of response!
Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 Character Promotion BUG/GLITCH
So I've been playing Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 all day today working on leveling up my characters in my backyard killing bosses that spawn and I came across a glitch that has completely broken my Frozen Citron character. So I was leveling up Frozen Citron and I reached level 10 like normal and when I went to promote him I clicked to promote and then it said it went through but when I looked it still showed my Frozen Citron needed to be promoted so I clicked again and it said he needed promoted to the same promotion again so I figured maybe it just didn't go through and so I promoted him again and it still didn't go through so I tried over and over again at least 10 different times trying to promote him and it just wouldn't go through and so eventually I gave up and decided to restart my game. Well when I restart my game and loaded back in now it says my Frozen Citron is fully mastered and max level but I don't have any of the character upgrades you get while leveling up! I don't know if it was the server being old since I was playing all day or my friend who was playing with me having a bad connection I don't know what caused this glitch all I know is now my character is broken and is now maximum level but i didn't get any of the character upgrades and I didn't actually level him up all those levels for some reason it just skipped to the maximum rank and now it's stuck like that :(
Plants vs Zombies GW2 "Cross Progression"
As a former console player of the garden warfare franchise I recommend if possible, to try and find a way to add cross progression and possibly crossplay to garden warfare. I know there are people out there that have started on console back in 2016 that grinded for hours upon hours getting all the unique cosmetics and etc to finally get a pc and wanna play garden warfare 2 again in the future. It is where im stuck atm. I would love to buy the game on steam, and play like its my childhood again but having to restart with leveling and doing all the side quests at the bases, finding all the gnomes again, and other small things are just gonna take too long after hours of doing it back then. I strongly recommend even for the other players to add cross progression to the game. Crossplay for me can wait. I just would love to play again with all my stuff you know.
What is Going On w/ PVZ BFN?
I keep getting brought back to this title screen and cannot login. EA support seems like a phishing scam asking for all my personal information like IP address and cc info, home address, cell etc. I’m so confused as to why they would need this! I LOVE this game and am so upset that neither of us can login today 3/12/26. I was on support for 4 hrs and they kept “transferring” me.
