Star Wars Battlefront 2 glitches XBOX
Hello, I'm a staff member in a Battlefront 2 group. This group operates on Xbox Battlefront 2. We have unfortunately been having problems getting to play the game constantly. The game has the following glitches that we have noticed being used against us or other people to break the game. 1): Pipe glitching is a glitch where they go and use the aerial class on the Galactic Republic defensive ship phase where they are defending the beginning points and sit on top of the map. Unfortunately this makes it impossible to capture the point as the range on the contesting line for the point is all the way on the top of the map and contest it. 2): This glitch is called infinite tank glitching, this makes the tank able to have an unhealthy amount of health and makes the tank not killable. This can make the game extremely hard to win or play any game as they can hypothetically sit on a point with the tank and never die. 3): This glitch is called sky glitching, this allows a player to get on top of many maps (Naboo and Kashyyyk being the worse) and take ARC power blast or a sniper/NT and obviously make the game hard to play. This glitch also allows the players to contest each point and make it impossible to play the game or win. 4): This glitch is called wall glitching, players can use certain corners with aerial and get in the walls making it hard to play the game or capture points. 5): Glitching the spawns and breaking spawns, this glitch requires a player to throw a grenade at the floor every time they spawn, killing themselves every time they spawn. At some point after a decent time of doing this the game will break and not allow anyone to spawn. This clearly breaks the game as you cant play it at all when this happens. I love this game and hope yall get to this and help the community please.9Views1like0CommentsBattlefront 2 for Console Cheats and Glitches
Hello! I help run a community in Battlefront 2 for Xbox. I wanted to reach out and give examples of the problems (glitches and cheats) players in my community have been experiencing on the console version of the game. (1.) Pipe Glitching: On the clone ship phase at the very tops of both A and B points, the pipes are accessible for enemies and allies to access through specific means. And they use these pipes to contest the points with no way of stopping them from doing so (unless using said specific means of accessing the pipes to reach them). (2.) Infinite Tank Glitch: There is a way tanks can gain unlimited health and are basically invincible. These are very tedious to manage especially in regards to holding points. (3.) Sky Glitching: Players can gain access to the sky box and snipe or use ARC blaster on the ground troopers. This isn't as serious as the other two, as these players are still killable. But it's still a glitch regardless. (4.) Wall Glitches: Players can use certain corners on ship phase to enter the walls and go under the point to contest. Extremely tedious and unplayable when it happens. (5.) Grenades Breaking the Game: Players can throw grenades on the ground and break the game/lobby completely. No one on the enemy team can spawn in anymore afterwards. I hope these are both insightful and helpful to you all. Thank you!11Views1like0CommentsLost all Progress except Levels
I just logged into my EA account on my Xbox and all my Star Wars battlefront 2 progress cards, skins, voice lines, unlockables, and now some of my levels are gone. I was told to play a couple games but now the levels on the characters I have previously played are gone. I had a ton of progress in this game with many characters in the triple digits of levels. How do I get my stuff back? No one has answered this issue from what I’ve looked for. my EA is BUOOA7Views0likes0CommentsCan't play game because old account is linked
So I just this game and I can't play online because my old account Candido0411 is linked but I can't access it because I guess it's been disabled since I haven't used it in so long. Tried to link this account to my Xbox account but it won't let me because that old account (which I can't access because EA doesn't even recognize it) is linked and only one EA account can be linked in its lifetime. Is their way to bypass this? I super frustrated with this. I just want to play some starwars online lolSolved28Views0likes1CommentLost Account Progression
My account had its level reset and all the classes/heroes star cards and weapons reset. Some of the heroes show the old rank, but once selected in game it resets it. Only thing I still have are my skins. Any fix? I was max level so kinda sucks starting over..12Views1like0CommentsEA missed out.
Hello and thank you for clicking on this, I'm hoping most of you will agree with me and support me on this forum. EA badly missed out on what could have been one of the most successful and community-driven Star Wars games of all time. Battlefront II (2017) had everything it needed to thrive—an iconic franchise, stunning visuals, and a passionate player base—but support was cut just as the game hit its stride. Instead of riding the wave of popularity with new content updates, live-service improvements, or even simple bug fixes, EA stepped away. They missed the perfect window to add fan-favorite content like Clone Wars expansions, The Mandolorian tie-ins, or long-requested heroes like Ahsoka, Ventress, and Starkiller. What could have been a goldmine of engagement and revenue turned into a missed opportunity. Thankfully, the Kyber modding community stepped in and did what EA wouldn’t. With custom servers, modded game modes, and an endless stream of new content, Kyber has kept BF2 alive and more exciting than ever. Players can now experience completely fresh game types like Order 66, Hero Blast, and era-mixed battles, all while exploring maps and characters that never made it into the official game. The creativity, balance tweaks, and sheer passion from modders has turned BF2 into a true Star Wars sandbox—one that still pulls in players years after support ended. EA had a chance to fuel this momentum with even the smallest bit of modding support or updates. Instead, the fans took control—and ended up making something even better. In the end, EA didn’t just walk away from a great game—they walked away from a thriving community and years of untapped potential. The modding scene has proven that there’s still massive love for Battlefront II, and that players are more than willing to carry the torch when given the tools. But imagine if those tools came from official support—how much further could the game have gone? Kyber showed what was possible. EA just didn’t stick around long enough to see it. Imagine what it would be like if EA didn't give up. Thank you for taking your time to read this.76Views4likes1CommentCannot get into the game on Xbox Series X
This has been going on for months now. I play on Xbox Series X, and I had been playing the game for a few weeks, maybe a month or two, when randomly in a match, my screen froze, made an error sound, then the game crashed. Any subsequent attempts to get into the game result in the game freezing then crashing once I press A to log in with my Xbox account. I discovered that if I logged in with a guest account, I could get in fine! The only problem of course being that I pay for Xbox Game Pass for my account, not any others, so I can't play online, and also don't have access to my progress! I have been in contact with Xbox and EA support. First I went to EA, they weren't a lot of help, or maybe it was a glitch because my cases got marked TWICE as resolved when they weren't. I did note that I was told to go to Xbox support both cases, so I did. We went over a lot of things, before they told me we'd tried everything and I'd have to go back to EA. I just finished talking with EA, I admit they were nice and seemed to want to help this time, and after rebooting my console after deleting my saved data from the console, I still couldn't get into the game. Then I was told there was nothing left they could do, and to come here because I can talk to Devs and people who are more equipped to handle this sort of thing. Also, after looking at forums the person at EA (before sending me here) said this was a common issue. So, this is a cry for help, please, anyone, help me play this game. I love Star Wars, I love the game, and I bought Game Pass just so I could play this online.45Views0likes2Comments
