I need help
I have been plagued with bad luck when trying to contact anyone from Customer Service at EA. Repeatedly, I have tried to get my account fixed, they ignore me. I’m pretty sure that my EA account has been hacked because there is an unrecognized email attached. No one at EA seems to give a **bleep**.. I have opened numerous tickets, nothing has been done to this day. I personally do not understand why EA tech-support has to be involved when I try to delete my profile. my EA account name is, LOVA94. When I log on to my EA account using my phone or computer, I see an unfamiliar email and an unfamiliar account name attached to my account. The unfamiliar account name is, Hilarysnuke. The unfamiliar email is, [edit: email address removed] I want these removed from my account. I have not been able to play a single game from EA since October 2024. All of my content is being withheld from me by the people at EA because they will not give me the authority to have control of my own account.
Lost progress - Xbox
Many other unresolved threads about this so my hopes aren't high, but I had the bug causing my account to "reset" a year or more ago. Other suggested fixes such as opening other EA apps or playing matches haven't helped. Characters still look like they are a high level if I haven't used them since the "reset", but once I play a match with them they revert to level 1 and begin leveling from there. This also has caused me to be permanently locked out of earning certain milestone rewards, as the milestone has been marked "complete" and can't be done again, yet the associated cosmetic is locked. Attached pictures are a level 38 Han Solo with no star cards unlocked (If I play a match with him he will go back to level 1), a picture showing that I have completed the milestone for the smuggler han outfit, and a picture showing that the smuggler han outfit is still locked.Lost all Progress except Levels
I just logged into my EA account on my Xbox and all my Star Wars battlefront 2 progress cards, skins, voice lines, unlockables, and now some of my levels are gone. I was told to play a couple games but now the levels on the characters I have previously played are gone. I had a ton of progress in this game with many characters in the triple digits of levels. How do I get my stuff back? No one has answered this issue from what I’ve looked for. my EA is BUOOA
Battlefront II shows available soon 2017 in ea app
my xbox account is linked to my ea account and i have xbox game pass ultimate which includes ea play but in the ea app the game shows available soon 2017 instead of being available to install or play and because of this i cannot access or install it through the ea app also the on xbox app on pc crashes immediately when i open the game page for this game i already tried restarting both apps signing out and back in and checking account linking and deleting cashe and all that stuff> i really dont know what to do now> can someone pleases help? thank youPlayStation game is a complete joke compared to the modded game
I've been playing this game on the PlayStation to eventually find out that I'm actually wasting my time because to be able to enjoy this game you need a PC and play the modded version of this game. When you look how the modded game looks compared to The Original game The Original game is an absolute Joke. Of course The foundation was made by EA but as you can see it doesn't Matter who Made The foundation but actually Matters is the unstoppable Energy that People can apply to everything they make an everything that they do. You can see that actually the real Star Wars fans and Star Wars community can Make an amazing game and the show they are Incredible valuable for these things. What we can also see is that the game creator which is EA Games is only looking for fast money. They make a lot of money and immediately they focus on the next games. It's hard for me to understand why a company such as EA Games or dice doesn't connect with these moderators to upgrade the Star Wars battlefront 2 original game for everyone including people using a PlayStation or an Xbox or whatever. Secondly I don't understand why these people for working at EA Games and dice don't make this game cross platform because the numbers show that this game is still rising and The number of players is constantly increasing even in 2026. I've been playing this game for a few weeks to eventually find myself extremely disappointed because de game om de console is a complete Joke compart to the game that PC players are playing which is the modded version of the game. EA games and or Dice should connect with these people and upgrade the game so that everyone can enjoy the modded game. Dit should also make this game cross platform because Why not? If ea games or dice is not interested in the games that they Made but only interested in money they should spend some Energy to make it Impossible for People to change their game. Because these moderators have completely changed the game in a positive Way but it's still the game belong to EA games and or dice. So excepting this moderation shouldn't be existing. In this message I would like to ask EA Games to reach out to these moderators and upgrade Star Wars battlefront 2 to the most amazing Star Wars Game ever Made which is the game that the moderators Made. Is EA Games is smart they also pay a decent amount of money to these moderators because when EA Games upgrades this old game they are going to receive an enormous amount of new players on consoles and also on PC which of course will provide more money to EA Games eventually. While at it, I would also realize a crossplay mechanism for this amazing game. And by amazing game I mean the game that the moderators made. I only have this game for a few days and it some research on the internet for a few hours to come to the conclusion that this game is actually very very good and EA Games left it for dead. The second thing you find out is that moderators made an amazingly cool game. Actually one of the best games I've ever seen and I'm not even a Star Wars fan can you Imagine? Anywhere yeah I hope that someone from EA Games or dice reads this message and seize a potential for Star Wars battlefront 2 because this is a very very good game but not the basic game but only the game that the moderators made. Connect with the moderators, invest some money to these guys to eventually make an enormous amount of extra money on this game. I have owned Star Wars Battlefront II for years now but a while back it stopped letting me load into any multiplayer game at all. I keep getting a split second glance of the troop selection screen at the beginning of every game and then it kicks me out and displays error code 216. I have researched every possible solution and not a single one has worked for me. I play on Xbox One S, so I have cleared my cache and MAC address, changed my DNS, tested my NAT type and all my connections, and also clearing my reserved space before reloading the game. It seems that there is no fix to this and I am unsure what to do.
