Proposal: Star Wars Battlefront II (2017) Remaster for PS5 & Xbox Series X|S
Hello EA Team, I wanted to share an idea that many Star Wars and Battlefront fans strongly believe would be a major success. Instead of jumping straight into a high risk Battlefront 3, I believe a native remaster of Star Wars Battlefront II (2017) for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S would be a smart and profitable move. Battlefront II was left in a great state after years of updates, and many players still say it was abandoned right when it became truly great. A remaster that keeps the core gameplay untouched while upgrading the experience for current gen consoles would be extremely well received. What fans are asking for is simple: - Native PS5 / Xbox Series X|S versions - 4K resolution with higher frame rates (60–120 FPS) - Improved lighting, textures, and load times - Small additions only (minor map enhancements, a few skins, quality of life improvements) - No changes to core gameplay systems A remaster like this would: - Reignite the Battlefront community - Restore goodwill after the game’s early launch issues - Generate strong sales with relatively low development risk - Hold fans over for several years while a proper Battlefront 3 is planned Many players want Battlefront 3, but a Battlefront II remaster would be a safer, smarter bridge and one the community is ready to support immediately. I play this game on Xbox mostly. My dad has a PS4, and i have a PS5. He purchased this game to play it, and used my PSN account. My EA account is my Xbox login. I never used an Email, or if i did, it REFUSES to send me verification code. I have tried to login with a "verified device" which is my old Xbox One S. I play on my Series X now, so im extremely confused. Furthermore, the email i use for Xbox was unable to receive Emails for over a month, as i am in between jobs, and my microsoft drive was 700% full. I pulled everything out of my one drive, and put it on my Galaxy today, so now im under my 15 Gb. I dont know if i cant receive emails for 24 hours, because i JUST cleared the space on my one drive, but i sure as heck hate that i cant use an alternate method to log in. Is there an alternate way to contact support, or do i need to do this weird forum thing? The only thing i can find leads me here.I cant install Battlefront-(i have xbox gamepass)
Hi everyone, i wanna play battlefront 2 but i cant install it. i dont have the game directly but i have xbox game pass. Also in ea app, it says that you can access to game, but install button is not active and i cant install. I even tried installing it from the Xbox app, but the Xbox app redirects me to the EA app, and I still can't download it at all.Hero Locking in HvV
And heroes versus villains there is a bug that will not allow you to pick the same hero in your forced to change into a different hero. It is mildly annoying and it's extremely ineffective to team play because you are forced to not play as the character that you are good at and you are forced into a new character that you may not have as much skill and or that is not affecting your team positively. If there is a way to fix this because we all know you guys still have access to the game files and all that can you guys please fix this.Does anyone still play this?
It would be nice to have a third one by now i love star wars games like this either make another like this or open world with much customization… like your slacking on all this last time i played this kn xbox it was harder to find games 😩 been to long since last game u got the legendary bf6 now you cant say make a new star wars game bc essentially the gameplay and engines are alike and its amazingCertain character selection causes game to crash
I purchased this game on 3/26/26 for my kids. They are having issues with the game crashing if they try to play as Kylo Ren, Darth Maul or Yoda. I am trying to report this to EA but they say I have to write it in here. There's no error code thrown, no message. It acts like it's going to load and then goes back to our XBOX home screen.cant download a game
so I am subscribed to Xbox game pass ultimate, I'm on pc and I'm trying to download star wars battlefront 2, but it doesn't let me, when I open the EA app it only says available soon and under "you'll be able to download and play the game on" and it doesn't even say the date its been an issue for 3 months and my accounts are linked correctly because I can download other games like the battlefront 1 but not the 2nd one the download button is just greyed out and even on the Xbox app I cant download the game, I was hoping you would help me.
