Update on points transfer
I had opened the same discussion a few days ago regarding the points transfer, and as helpful as the managers of the threads have been, we are now 3-4 days (depending on console) from release and we still aren’t sure on the points transfer system. Now I understand it might come out later on with the FC27 deep dive, but I know this is a subject alot of people are waiting for. I have seen a lot of accounts on twitter post about buying points from a company for FC26 to transfer onto FC27. Do they know something we don’t?620Views0likes8Comments⚡ Feature Suggestion for Future FC 27 Updates: Competitive Attack Scenarios Mode
⚡ Feature Suggestion for Future FC 27 Updates: Competitive Attack Scenarios Mode One feature I would love to see in future EA SPORTS FC 27 updates is a new competitive mode inspired by the VS Attack concept from EA SPORTS FC Mobile, but redesigned specifically for the console experience. The original VS Attack concept is interesting because it focuses on creating different attacking opportunities instead of playing a full-length football match. However, a console version should be designed around the strengths of console gameplay and should not simply copy the mobile format. ⚽ How the Mode Could Work Each player would receive five attacking opportunities, giving both players a total of ten scenarios per match. Each opportunity could last around one minute, keeping the entire match short, competitive and exciting. The winner would be determined by how effectively each player converts their opportunities. For example: - 🥅 1 Penalty opportunity - 🚩 1 Corner-kick opportunity - ⚡ 3 Dynamic attacking scenarios, such as counter-attacks, one-on-ones, fast breaks or other situations where the attacker and defender can directly demonstrate their skills The important part is that these shouldn't simply be automatic chances. Both players should have an opportunity to demonstrate their actual gameplay skills. 🛡️ Attack vs. Defense The attacking player should have to make the right decisions, use skill moves, create space and finish the chance. At the same time, the defending player should be able to read the attack, position their defenders, anticipate passes, make tackles and prove their defensive ability. This would make every opportunity feel meaningful rather than simply being a shooting challenge. 🏆 A Separate Competitive Mode I think this mode could work especially well as its own competitive game mode, similar to how VS Attack is incorporated into the Division Rivals experience in FC Mobile. It could have its own: - Competitive ranking system - Divisions or tiers - Weekly rewards - Weekly objectives - Milestones - Exclusive cosmetic rewards - Packs and player rewards For example, EA could release new weekly objectives specifically for this mode, encouraging players to come back throughout the week and continue improving. This would give the mode its own identity rather than making it feel like a small side feature. ⏱️ Short, Fast & Competitive One of the biggest advantages of this mode would be its short match duration. A complete match could take approximately 7–10 minutes, making it perfect for players who want a competitive FC experience without committing to a full-length match. As a player, I believe shorter competitive modes can be extremely valuable because sometimes you want to play FC, compete and test your skills — but you don't always have enough time for a full match. And because the matches are short, players could easily play multiple games in one session. For example, if a player plays around 10 matches per day, that could potentially create around 70–110 minutes of gameplay per day, depending on match length and matchmaking time. That could make this mode not only fun for players, but also a strong source of daily engagement and playtime for EA. 🔥 Why I Think This Mode Could Be Extremely Successful I genuinely believe this could become a very popular mode because it offers something different from traditional FC gameplay. It's fast. It's competitive. It's skill-based. It's fun. And most importantly, every single opportunity matters. You don't have to spend 20–30 minutes playing an entire football match just to get a competitive experience. You can jump into a match, face a series of challenging situations, test your attacking and defensive skills, and know the result within a few minutes. The combination of short matches + competitive progression + weekly objectives + rewards could make this a mode that players return to every day. 🎮 A Console Version of VS Attack — But Better I wouldn't want EA to simply bring the mobile version of VS Attack directly to console. I would love to see EA take the core idea and build a deeper, more skill-based version specifically for FC 27 on PlayStation and Xbox. A console version could give players much more control over every situation and allow both the attacker and defender to genuinely demonstrate their abilities. That could make the mode feel less like a mobile mini-game and more like a real competitive FC experience. ❤️ Final Thought As a player, I think this could be one of those modes that you launch FC 27 just to play for a few minutes — and suddenly you've played ten matches because you're having fun and trying to climb higher. It's the kind of mode that could be fun for players, competitive for serious players, and valuable for EA in terms of long-term engagement. I genuinely believe a console-focused Competitive Attack mode could become one of the most fun additions to FC 27. Please consider bringing this concept to EA SPORTS FC 27 in a future update and giving players a completely new way to compete. ⚽🔥15Views0likes3CommentsMarco van Basten rating refresh
I would like to provide feedback regarding the ratings and in-game representation of some Dutch Icons, particularly Marco van Basten and Johan Cruyff. Marco van Basten being rated only 91 does not accurately reflect his historical status in football. By the age of 28, when injuries had effectively ended his playing career, Van Basten had already won three Ballon d’Or awards. He was a European champion with the Netherlands, won the European Cup twice with AC Milan and was one of the defining players of one of the greatest club teams in football history. My main issue is not only his overall rating, but also his in-game representation. Van Basten is often portrayed in FC as a relatively slow and stiff traditional target striker. That does not represent the player he actually was. He was exceptionally technical for his size, elegant on the ball, intelligent in his movement, outstanding in the air and capable of scoring with both feet and from extremely difficult positions. When Icons such as Ronaldo Nazário, Zidane, Ronaldinho and Maldini receive significantly higher ratings, while Van Basten sits at 91, the difference seems difficult to justify based on their historical standing. Zlatan Ibrahimović being rated higher than Van Basten is particularly surprising. Zlatan had an extraordinary career and remarkable longevity, but Van Basten reached a level of individual recognition and success that included three Ballon d’Or awards despite having his career cut extremely short by injury. I also believe Johan Cruyff deserves reconsideration. Cruyff was not only one of the greatest players ever, but one of the most influential figures in the history of football. A noticeable rating gap between Cruyff and the very highest-rated legends such as Pelé and Maradona does not properly represent how highly Cruyff is regarded historically. This is not about making Dutch Icons overpowered simply because they are Dutch. It is about representing football history accurately. I would suggest: Marco van Basten: approximately 93–94 OVR, with significantly improved agility, ball control, dribbling, finishing, positioning and appropriate PlayStyles to represent his technical ability. Johan Cruyff: approximately 95 OVR and placed in the same highest historical tier as Pelé and Maradona. Most importantly, Icons should feel like the players they represent. Younger FC players who never watched Van Basten should be able to use his Icon card and understand why he won three Ballon d’Or awards before injuries ended his career. Marco van Basten should feel like one of the greatest strikers football has ever seen — because that is exactly what he was.21Views0likes1CommentFC27 PLAYER NATIONALITY MISTAKE
FC27 Olympiacos player Nair Tiknizyan has been assigned wrong nationality on his card. Nair Tiknizyan chose to represent Armenian National Team starting from 2023 and has been part of many UEFA tournaments under the Armenian flag. Please update the card and make sure that Nair Tiknizyan has an Armenian nationality on his card20Views0likes1CommentAdd “Any + One Player” option in Co-op Seasons
I would like to suggest adding a new control option to Co-op Seasons where one player uses “Any” and the other player controls only one specific player. For example, Player 1 would have the “Any” setting and could control any player on the team, while Player 2 would be locked to one specific player for the entire match. This would create a fun and different way to play Co-op Seasons. One player could control the team normally, while the other player focuses entirely on their own player, position and movement. I think this would be a relatively simple addition that could give players more freedom and make Co-op Seasons more enjoyable for different types of players.18Views0likes1CommentSoundtrack Suggestion: "Bullet Soul" by Switchfoot (Perfect Main Menu)
Hi everyone!I wanted to suggest a song that would be absolutely perfect for the entire game's soundtrack: "Bullet Soul" by Switchfoot. For those who don't know, this track has already been used by the WWE as a main theme, so it has that intense stadium/arena energy. The riff and the main hook ("Are you ready to go?") are extremely motivational. It fits perfectly everywhere—from the main menus and Ultimate Team screens to the background music inside the stadiums during matches. It's exactly the kind of energetic alternative rock that players miss from the classic soundtracks. I hope the Community Managers and the music team can look into it for future updates or upcoming games! What do you guys think?Solved57Views0likes1CommentManager career:academy
Hi EA, I’m writing because the Youth Academy in Career Mode has so much potential but right now it feels really underdeveloped and outdated. Here’s exactly what I’d love to see changed and improved: 🔹 The Problem Right Now You scout a top young prospect with huge potential, but they just appear with a generic look, zero personality or unique traits, and literally just sit in a menu until you decide to promote them. There’s no journey, no development story, and it feels completely disconnected from the actual football experience. The current youth tournaments are a nice touch but they’re nowhere near enough. 🔹 What We Actually Want – Full Academy System U18 & U21 Teams: Proper youth squads that play in their own realistic leagues and domestic cup competitions throughout the entire season. UEFA Youth League: If your club qualifies, your academy side should compete in it too – playing against other top clubs' young talent in Europe. Full Match & Stats Tracking: Follow every single youth game. See goals, assists, clean sheets, ratings, form streaks, injuries, everything. You should be able to see: '17-year-old striker – 26 goals in 20 games this season' and actually care about it. Manage Or Delegate: Let us choose formations, tactics, and lineups for our youth teams – OR hire a dedicated Youth Academy Manager to handle it all for us if we want to focus only on the first team. Either way should be an option. Real Storylines: Imagine your star youth striker is on fire, your main first-team striker gets injured in a title run, and you have to promote this youngster for his debut. That’s the kind of real, emotional narrative Career Mode is missing right now. Scout Other Academies: Let us browse every club’s youth setup across the world. See who’s lighting up the youth leagues in South America, Europe, or anywhere else – not just the randomly generated players we scout ourselves. Give us proper global scouting visibility at youth level too. This wouldn’t just be a small upgrade – it would completely transform Career Mode. Developing youth would actually mean something. Every season you’d have new stories, new talents emerging, and real reasons to care about your academy beyond 'wait until their overall goes up'. It would make the mode deeper, more immersive, and infinitely more replayable the idea was completely mine but I used ea to make it more detailed and better to understand10Views0likes0CommentsCarier player
I would really like to see a proper contract system added to Player Career Mode. As a player, I want to be able to negotiate my own contract, including my salary, contract length, bonuses, release clause, and my role in the team. I would also like to receive contract offers from different clubs and have more control over transfers and my future as a player. I believe this would make Player Career Mode much more realistic and immersive. Please consider adding this feature to EA SPORTS FC.20Views0likes2CommentsQuestion About FC 27 Early Access With an EA Subscription on Xbox
