Clarification for Player Ban on Specific Mouse

There was a claim that a player was banned for using a specific mouse. This is categorically false and not accurate. A player's behaviour detection, compounded with other heuristics that accumulated over several months, caused the user to meet the threshold for a ban. As per our normal process, we reviewed the ban and deemed it a false positive and unbanned the user. We have modified the rule that triggered the ban threshold and are currently looking at historical data for any other false positives now. If this specific mouse was being targeted for bans, you would see this issue across other titles as well that use EAC.
