Weapon and Legend adjustments - 04/10/2026

Hi all, we just pushed an update to address the following:

FIXED: 
-Reactive skins will now work as intended in and outside of the firing range
-Wraith, while phased, will no longer be stunned by Gibraltar's electrified dome

We have also made some changes to the Hemlok based on data and community feedback since our last round of changes to the Hemlok.

ADJUSTED:
-Increased horizontal and vertical recoil
-Increased hipfire spread

DEV TIDBIT: The Hemlok's recoil was a little too smooth ("smooth as butter", as we've been calling it), and its hipfire was overperforming. These changes should help provide some more spread to make those shots harder to hit. Thank you for your continued feedback!
