The game is stuck seriously and cannot be operated. You can only force the game to close. Does the team already know about this problem? Asian Servers

Yes, my game was working prior to this update, now it just freezes. CPU is brand new w/RTX 3080i.
I have the same issue
- @BradleyRMan4 had the same issue and have same cpu i did a rollback and use the old 517.48 driver and it work fine for me
