LixyQuinn170 Thank you for your question! So, first of all, the "antivirus scan for malware and other threats" is a legitimate process. This is a built-in feature that scans downloaded apps whether it has any malicious code inside. If you are seeing the apps within the app itself, it is most likely how this app is designed; however, if the pop-ups show while you are downloading the app from the store, those might come from different apps installed on your phone. Your phone should have a native tool for scanning the device for unwanted programs (PUP's). Have a look and let us know!

Yes, it actually has a built-in security system, but I didn’t realize that my phone’s default settings allowed ads. I rarely download apps so I had no idea I could turn them off! 😂
