Hi EA Support,

I am unable to connect to the EA servers when I'm trying to play FC 25. Every time I receive a message stating that my account is restricted from accessing any online features. I'm unsure why this is happening, as I have not violated any terms of service to my knowledge.

Could you please check my account status and provide more information on why I am restricted? If there is an issue that needs to be resolved, I’d appreciate any guidance on how to fix it. I would like to connect to EA server and play my FC 25.

The servers are in the gutter bro nobody but EA can do something about it sadly
